Great people to work with. Quality of the material is not that great as compared to the price. Does lacks some finishes/touchups at the first place which were taken care once service request were created. Overall I am happy with Pulte. Would definitely recommend.

Field manager was outstanding with advocacy for the homeowner and responsive communication. Slower than expected sales reflect a less than ringing endorsement regarding the value for the price paid for this community. Reasonable quality of materials and workmanship overall, but some areas could have been better for the price of the house. Particularly disappointed that the drywall seams in the garage were not finished. Also, the double hung windows have a fixed upper half, making it extremely difficult to clean the outside. i am not completely satisfied about the house for the price i paid. i upgrade a lot of stuff in the house, and as soon as i moved in I found out a few things started chipping and peeling, i called, emailed, texted, it took a month for me the get answer and i got an attitude too. this is my second Pulte home, i have to say i am disappointed. And if i get another house, it will not be Pulte.

overall process is streamlined right from initial discussions to handover of house was streamlined and every resource have worked have been pretty responsive to any queries and issues - so thats great. on the downside - i would really want them to make an effort to up their build quality for sure.

Sales representative was very good. Design center not the best experience, very expensive for not the best quality. Would definitely recommend getting a pre-drywall inspection and a pre-closing inspection. We closed before our driveway and the yard was in, would not recommend that. Once they have your money, they’re not in a big hurry to get things done.

Nice home Pulte sales department needs to improve their communication. Would like better insulation in the garage but the rest of the house is very nice We have been in the house for 2 months and nothing minor or major has showed up.

I've had several fixed or to be fixed issues with the home thus far. High speed in bathroom fan did not work, honeycomb leak in basement, sump drain had to have rocks removed from it, Master bathroom sink drain does not close, stripped screw on outside garage door handle, water running off side of roof and has not been looked at for almost 4 weeks, poor paint/patch job on outside garage door, crack on outside shower trim. Some of these I've not put tickets in for yet as I can only be around so often

It was overall OK experience in purchasing new home. Handing over home before exterior completion especially driveway and sidewalk is unexpected. But, I love the quality of work inside and their handover process. Quality of things used for smart home is questionable as some of them didn't work and not sure how it passed quality check

There is a room for workmanship. We haven't raised any question or issues, so can not comment on Responsiveness yet.

During the home buying process, as an attorney who handles real estate transactions, the process was a bit unconventional as there were no attorneys handling the deal, but the process went smoothly overall. However, our window is cracked and we are missing a screen and there has been no response from Pulte. We have a baby on the way and we have not received any communication on when this window will be fixed or even acknowledgement of our window issue.

Follow each step with a close attention for details

We love our new home. Plan on spending a couple hundred thousand more than the base price. The lot is not included. And everything is an upgrade. Everything!! If I was younger, I would have taken the included kitchen and tore it out to remodel after purchase. I’m just not up to living through a major remodel at this point. I do feel it is mostly a quality build, especially ventilation and structure. Service after close has been prompt but they were unable to resolve a faulty low quality kitchen pull out. The convenience kitchen package was not worth it. The only other thing that looks lower quality is the baseboard and the lack of shoe molding. We were notified that our selected backsplash was discontinued and they wouldn’t allow us to go to the showroom to pick another one. They wanted us to pick it from their online link. We decided to get our own after the build. For the same price, we got a much higher quality beautiful backsplash on our own. Overall, we are very happy with our new home. After moving, I realized that inside walls don’t have insulation at all. Voices and TV sounds are the echoing in entire home. Even water sound in bathroom is echoing in home. It’s very disturbing.

Some of the service are over priced and no service for even small customization.

Buying experience was ok good communication initially. Once the build process started only two opportunities to see the build process pre drywall and final walkthrough. On final walkthrough about a dozen minor issues. Home inspector said the AC wasn’t working, sump pump was the cheapest quality you can purchase. Most issues were fixed prior to closing found on the final walkthrough. Closing process with Pulte was horrible they delayed closing by 5 days everything is on their timeline.

Have been in my new home about 5 weeks now and feel I made an excellent decision to buy a Pulte home in Trillium Farm. While we still have some minor issues to iron out all seems to be going quite well.

Home is in good shape so far with only a few issues identified. Service Manager responds to service requests quickly. Construction manager was able to answer all questions during building process. Sales manager was not responding to emails and phone calls sent during home construction and was not very helpful. Overall we love the home plan we have selected and plan to utilize most of the space.

I did not like the bidding process to buying a home.

Home construction completed within time frame. Not sure where it is a smart home as advertised. For the price we expected the interior doors to be solid rather than hollow core doors. Also response time for a continued problem has been slow and no return calls.

First time home builder, fell in love with a neighborhood where Pulte had the remaining lots. The build process itself was pretty painless - there was a decent rough schedule of when to expect things (and when not to, with some of the supply chain issues causing delays), and progress was pretty consistent. On the whole, I do like my house, and I think it looks nice - we've had a couple service issues (shrunken joist causing a dip in the floor), but Pulte Customer Service has been responsive thus far. The design center experience was actually pretty fun, though I remain a little bummed that Pulte stays (intentionally) limited on customization options - I love my standup shower, but to not even have the option of adding a wall niche for shampoo seems really behind normal trends (they offered a glass shelf instead). The frustrations started later in the process during the finish work - I didn't appreciate the letter "forbidding" me from visiting the house, and while I can understand that they don't want buyers distracting workers and that they're trying to actively avoid changes, it doesn't do much for your confidence in the process when you're told you can't see the work going on. There is a very short "celebration of craftsmanship" walkthrough ahead of the close where you can go through and point out issues with paint/finish, but I think it's unreasonable to assume everything will get caught in one hour. Additionally, more time would have allowed me the opportunity to actually think about some of the things I was seeing (the mantle I selected at the design center is a good match to the floor, but I don't love it against the rest of the room, so I would have at least liked the chance to do a change order even at extra cost). The other major frustration has been with the handling of the weather-affected items on the exterior. I built over the winter, so I knew that I would likely close with the driveway/landscaping still pending, but getting those final items completed was a genuine irritation. There was no communication of a schedule (the "official" response from the project manager was "the subcontractors don't follow the schedule I give them, so anything I give you would be wrong", which is an unacceptable non-answer that actually makes me more concerned that my house has quality issues if Pulte has such little authority/control over its subs), so crews would just appear with equipment at random. I work from home, so this was a massive inconvenience, as I'd be on important calls and unexpectedly would have a tractor 10' behind me in the backyard grading the lot, or I'd run an errand and come back to discover my driveway had been blocked off for asphalt while I was gone (was super lucky that I had my car out already, because the crew "was surprised" that it wasn't a vacant house, so they hadn't even rung the doorbell to warn me). I would HIGHLY advise anyone building over the winter to try to push the closing to after ALL work is completed, because Pulte is ineffective (or just not interested) at minimizing the inconvenience to you once you're in the house. ... Purchase of the property was made relatively easy by people involved. Lack of communication was a bit frustrating during the process. Construction and materials used is subpar in certain areas. Most materials appear to be builder’s grade. Once moved in noticing many issues. Most screens on windows are bent, large dried concrete spills on basement floor, exhaust fans that are defective and need replacing, windows that don’t remain open, tiles and sinks damaged during install, scratches in windows. Not satisfied with materials and construction for price paid.
