Be sure and review everything carefully. I caught the sales rep with errors particularly with change orders. At one point she asked me to select different cabinets because I changed to built in appliances which I never did. When I received the final closing documents price did not match my final change order. I believe sales rep forgot to submit the last change order. Beware of Procom Pulte's partner for smart home features. Very deceptive practices in order to make more sales after close. Thought I was getting a "system" when all I was getting were speakers. Only allowed in home 1 time during build process ask for more so you can see quality. Ended up with scratches in tub which Pulte stated was not covered under warranty. ... More

I am very happy with my purchase of a Pulte home. The sales rep & construction managers were great to work dueing the process.

During the buying process, Pulte has been keep me well informed about the progress so I can get everything prepared ahead of the time. Buying house is a very stressful process , especially if you also have to sell your existing house. It takes a lot of carefully planning. Pulte delivered the house on time, even though there's still couple times not done by the time we moved in, but that all been taken care of within couple weeks. In terms of build quality, overall I would said it's very good, there's always some minor issues. But that's true regardless if you buying a condo or a mansion. Pulte didn't deliver everything perfectly (doubt anybody could), but if you keep your expectation within reasonable range, you will be a very happy home owner. ... More

The house is very nice at a reasonable price.

Britta was great on the front end patiently going through many options on many models. Matt and Meagan were very professional and responsive as we neared the end of the build. Pulte is slow to address service requests after closing.

Overall we had a good experience. We enjoyed the entire process of planning building our new home. The pulte consultation at the design center was a pleasant experience. The only thing I would like to have known was all the additional add on we could have received. Example gas line outside for a grille, additional outlets in the garage and outside. Being first time home buyers we did not have any experience in building a house.

Ryan was absolutely amazing! My AC unit wasn't working the first day I tried to use it. Of course it was 86 and humid. I emailed Ryan and he showed up at my door within the hour. He had an electrician on site so he sent him over to my house. I was worried I had a bad outside AC unit, but there was just something loose in the wiring . Ryan had my AC up in running within a couple of hours!

The process was very easy and effortless. There was no delays or hold ups on materials. They stayed on the time limit they said they would.

Happy with the overall experience.

Pulte has two great responsive Field Managers, Brandon & Alex, they were there to correct and still correct issues. Know exactly what you want and get want you want so when your home when it is completed, you'll enjoy. If Pulte doesn't have something you really want, don't settle, get it elsewhere so you can enjoy your home when you move in.

My community was built with many restrictions on choice of materials and amenities so the builder could take advantage of economies of scale. It’s good for the builder but a bit disappointing to the buyer. Otherwise all went well for me.

The experience of buying, construction, and closing on our new home was seem less!

Buying this home was a roller coaster initially due to heavy demand for the Wagner Farms community. While the price was steep, the rest of the experience with the Sales team, Field Managers and Customer Care was awesome. Given the crazy demand for homes during this year, it has been a great experience overall.

Excited about our new home

Gina was great with sales and communication. Anthony and Nick have been helpful and responsive during and after building. Celeste made making design choices easy in the design center. While most of the work was high quality, the quality and neatness of a couple of the sub-contractors was not up to Pulte and our standards.

The construction manager was very responsive to any questions/concerns and very thorough in his final walkthrough.

They stayed on schedule which helped facilitate the move

Great quality home that is of a reasonable price and is beautiful! Up until now, any issues are timely addressed by warranty as well.

Home buying process was smooth. Pulte met all deadlines despite Covid-19 restrictions.

We love the house and the craftsmanship is incredible. The post sale responsiveness to a service tickets has been terrible and borderline unacceptable. Apparently caring about a customer after money is in the bank ends.
