Be patient and check the building process, often, on your home.

The price is fair, well organized step by step experience, the many options you have to choose is very nice but will suggest they add a 3D with all the structural options and the interior design options before committing to the final decisions... it is hard to visualize all and picture the final product.

Incredible Sales Personnel who really care about you, the home buyer. And we really appreciated the weekly meetings with our Field Manager (the specific Builder who is assigned to your house). Communication between the home buyer and the builder is excellent. We were impressed that our builder (i.e., Field Manager) for our home had superiors above him who oversaw the building process. ALL Pulte staff were so courteous and helpful. When Pulte says 'the tentative completion date of your house is ____', you can count on it!!

The materials quality for some parts are really not worth the price, and the plumber doesn't show with his/her appointment on day.

There is no question that in today's market is quite impossible to receive a value comparable to the amount of money you pay for a home. Houses are built in a hurry and many times builders cut corners to maximize profit. My happy with the house but in less than a month living there I already spotted many quality of workmanship & materials issues that really makes you think is the house really worth what we paid for it.

I love my new home, I had a water leak the next week, it was fixed but the Sod has not been replaced in 6 weeks/ looks horrible, I have one set of jingles in my bathroom needs replacing the wrong color. So all I have to say is stay on the builder or replace yourself.

Overall, we are pleased with our new home from Pulte Homes. We had communication issues with our project manager during the build process. The house wasn’t cleaned to our expectation prior to closing. There were several items on our punch list that weren’t fixed prior to closing - our project manager stopped communicating about a month after closing, so we submitted service requests via Pulte’s website. Jason has been overseeing those service requests, and he’s been great. He called me immediately, came out a few days later to walk the house and look at the items which needed to be fixed, and scheduled the contractors shortly afterwards. The responsiveness, in some aspects, was difficult. For the amount of money you’re paying, you shouldn’t feel like you have to ask the same questions and keep following up to get answers.

Smooth process. Financed with Pulte Mortgage as well. Great 3% incentive. Builder hasn't responded well to issues we found after moving in; local field manager won't fix issues but keeps promising to come back.

I think custom relation could be improved.

The person who manage the building here was very nice until I signed his review which he begged me to give him all 10. He told me that after the move in if I need help touch up walls etc because furniture hits the walls etc. and I’ve called him four times and still nothing done. He told me im not going anywhere if you need my help well I haven’t seen him since. Im very disappointed in the situation and so are my neighbors. Im also very disappointed with the HOA taking a long time for my fence request while other homes are not even going through them and just putting their fences up. The builder put the time and money into running Cat 6 cable to every bedroom tv but not to the built in office...only a PC can take advantage of Cat 6 speeds. Also, the backdoor opens into the dining room table so that they can save a few bucks on the door type. The builder ran the AC with a missing filter because he didn't know it needed 2 filters. Another dumb problem is that the house roof drains right down a steep hill causing obvious erosion issues. The other common problem in the neighborhood is that the builder doesn't know to set garage door openers away from sunlight...so openers only work at night if the house happens to face the sun. The AC system in my house also didn't have sufficient refrigerant gas causing high humidity which will lead to mold if unresolved. They also cut corners in not painting the garage. ... More

Would not recommend. Poor response time to issues. Quality is terrible for the price of homes.

Beautiful home and great neighborhood, but overpriced

my kitchen slab is build incorrectly it seems dont know how to fix that issue

Unfortunately when we closed we were promised that everything would be taken care of. Well that certainly was not the case. House was not cleaned, paint on floor , some areas not touched up before move in. Back door is installed wrong. Issue was addressed and then dropped. Requested a warranty issue and nothing was done about it. Very disappointing to say the least.

Kept us posted about the progress of construction but after 1 month for issues I have emailed few times to get work done and still waiting

After closing not much of support for issue

The overall build process was good, but we were severely rushed through the close process. We were asked to sign off on items that weren’t fixed in order to not delay our close. We were promised multiple times that the remaining items would be fixed immediately. But we’re over a month post close and most of these items remain open. Multiple times we’re been told they were coming by to fix then nobody shows up.

HVAC is always having problems. I’ve lived here for a month and it’s been fixed twice.

If you have anything that you would like to incorporate into your new home that is not outlined in this builder's blueprint, then you will not get it. This builder is extremely restrictive and most likely will not allow you to make even simple changes. Therefore, you will live in their house and not yours.

The builder was ok it’s the closing that was the problem. The underwriters for Pulte needs some fixing I thought we was trying to buy a home if I did know any better I thought the underwriting department was not trying to sell this home.

Easy to purchase, problems revealing themselves, outside and inside. Disclosure of property was iffy at best.

The house looks good and it is beautiful. I just wish they would take the time to finish things right. Some walls are smooth, others aren’t. Minor details are missing here and there and it takes a while for them to get fixed. Were it not for those things, it would be five stars all around. The employees must be overwhelmed. So, either Pulte should slow down and focus on quality, or higher more people.

Overall, I am happy with the quality of the house. However, the customer service of the builder is very very low. They will promise you the world to get you to buy the house and to have you to write a good review, but will drop contact and won't address anything they should have fixed once it is done.
