Built the Furman Plan on River Green and put in all the options that we could think off. Wish we extended the Gathering room since we spend most of our time there. Very happy with the open floor plan and proximity to everything. Love the Master on main. Downsized from a 3600 sq ft house to a 2880 sq ft house and we feel that we are not cramped and have plenty of space for everything that we need.

Inconsistencies from sales that were passed on to builder. Strange methods of selection with sales (other home owners before and after us experienced the same). Our home is great and we really like it. Our builder was great, straightforward and had good response time with action. Good follow up to typical issues after move in

I requested for a lawn repair for over 3 weeks and nothing has happened

The home is relatively amazing. The contracted workers(painters, etc.) were pretty sloppy and didn’t pay attention to detail at all. Pulte and Georgia Power did an amazing job, but the painters and dry wallers etc. made a bit of a mess of a good thing. I would recommend the company, but they need to pick better workers.

Most of it went well, apart from some closing details that I won't disclose here and have been discussed with Pulte's team during closing. Still learning the details of the house and getting minor details adjusted. So far, the experience with the building/aftersales support team has been pretty good.

Slow response times to follow up request for fixing or repairing things.

Overall experience is good however when you buy please ask about the details on what’s there on surrounding as for me I noticed no one mentioned there is a gas line going along with my house and the my area not being accessible due to that even though it falls under me part n parcel.

Thank you Pulte for my beautiful home. This would have been an 5 star review. However, the quality of workmanship and materials, construction team, etc. needs improvement at this price point.

I moved into my home in July 2023. I love the house. Only issue is that alot of things were not completed prior to closing that was written in the inspection notes. Having these issues fixed after closing as been a nightmare.

We wanted a fast track closing - Pulte Homes delivered that - the home we purchased was already built - there were no items to choose from or discuss with the sales agent or builder - we think that because we were not involved from the beginning, some of the items we have discovered leading up to and immediately POST closing are items that would have been addressed early on in the process - now we are just handling through the warranty/customer care process instead of the build process - some of the items are frustrating (like loose outlets/missing screws/stuck doors) - others are simply an annoyance (inability to register HVAC unit) - overall, the people with all the different divisions of Pulte have been willing to assist and make things work - "do the right thing" is a core value and our experience is that they do live out that value ... Overall we had a good experience with Pulte Homes. The sales process was average but the build process was great. Our Construction Manager Phil did a great job providing us updates weekly and answered all of our questions quickly. That said, the responsiveness after we closed and moved in to issues we didn't during final walkthrough has been slow and at times, frustrating. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this team from Everton Creekside in Peachtree City to friends and family.

We recently bought a home in north cove by Pulte, it was a nice experience since booking, they are on schedule till pre-walk, but could have been better. Our first construction manager used to send videos of the weekly progress so that was very nice, but it didn’t happen after construction manager changed. We were invited for a pre-walk very early (before actually 99% complete), when we started with private inspection it was 70% completed and when we came it was 85% complete, so we had to postpone closing couple of times due to pending items.

Overall it was good experience to buy a house from Pulte Homes. Definitely lot of things can be done to improve buyer experience while buying a new house.

I did a thing! I bought a home without physically setting eyes on it. My wife saw many homes in Illinois where we lived but there was something different when we entered a Pulte home there. It was well designed with great space. We fell in love but the price was far over our budget. Last December we visited Georgia to see a totally different house which my wife didn’t like, we checked others but no luck. We returned to Illinois and I continued my search and noticed the Pulte Furman and Continental builds. We liked them and then I contacted my realtor to help us check them out. She became our eyes and ears till we closed. On seeing the house for the first time 5 days ago, we were not disappointed. Just a few minor oversights that we expect to be fixed I.e not keeping an air filter in the furnace and a malfunctioning forest in one of the toilets. Overall, we love it here ... More

Issue with low quality staircase rails and broken ones . No lights on any of the bedrooms

They were able to finish the home ahead of time and surprised us.

We had a good experience with the construction manager, Joe, and are overall very happy with our home. There were certain details that were missed (e.g. lots of wood shavings and sharp nails sticking out inside kitchen cabinets, drywall wasn't repaired in the garage as promised) and hearing back from the warranty team has been a challenge. They have many projects they're trying to catch up with but we wish they'd prioritize a bit differently.

We like the most about Pulte NorthCove the big lot sizes, building exteriors, structural options, but the quality of the building need to be standardized, base / inbuilt structure for a same option varies across homes, either missed or looks different than standard options, requires lot of follow in the process of building. Sometimes we feel we are getting low quality finishing for amount we have paid.

Didn’t not have a good experience with pulte mortgage, sales, design center, or the builder. We ended up using our own mortgage company because there were so many issues with pulte mortgage. We had a few didn’t issues during the building process. Once the home was completed it turn out very nice but only because we stay on the builder throughout the process. If had not been for the area and the community we probably would have cancelled our contract early in the process.

Sadly the quality of the subcontractors’ work was shoddy and needed a specialist team to be engaged to fix the myriad issues in all rooms of the house. The house was nowhere near ready on our “celebration walk through”. Covid supply chain issues aside, there were too many shortcuts taken in the building of our home. We still have unresolved issues 2 months after closing.

Accessibility is good for this community but I see few hiccups during entire process especially loan process with pulte. Home built quickly was not so good. I don’t like bidding concept which is adding more money to the lot and its worthless.

Great neighborhood and location, but builder needs to focus on contractors quality of workmanship.
