Our experience with purchasing our home was great. From the initial contact with Zak in the sales office to working with Trent in charge of building was outstanding. Both were extremely responsive, professional and pleasant to work with. Both Zak and Trent answered all our questions knowledgeably, timely and with a genuine willingness/passion to ensure our full understanding. Trent made sure everything was corrected with the house before the final work thru with him. He explained to both my wife and I everything we needed to know about house before moving in. He was a pleasure to work with. We loved the welcome home sign Trent put up on the garage when we arrived after the closing. GREAT experience with Trent !! Our experience with the closing dept was very good as well. The ladies were friendly and knowledgeable. The process was explained clearly and made very easy to sign documents and close on the house. Appreciated the insurance branch of Pulte. This was a big help. We ended up taking home insurance and switching over my auto policy as well resulting in a significant savings. We had a very good experience from pre-sales to closing. Everything went smoothly, and the Pulte team was very efficient. Glenn, Chuck, and Angela were especially helpful. We are very excited to be in our new home and part of the Lakespur/Wellen Park community.

Our sale rep. Zac was a huge help in finding this home. He stayed in contact with me for months until we finally sold our home and were able to make a move. He assisted us throughout the process. The home itself more than meets our needs and takes a while to adjust to. When we discovered some "issues", they were mostly addressed in a reasonable time. Brittany in their customer care department has been outstanding with listening and assisting us with the issues. As a senior couple in our 70's, we do find it to be a somewhat high learning curve to contact multiple Pulte, HOA and other portals/websites to request assistance and pay fees. We do recognize our lack of technical expertise limits our understand and ability to adjust but we still recommend our community and builder. ... More

We purchased a quick move in home with Pulte in Lakewood Ranch FL and we love our new house. High quality craftsmanship and finishes throughout. There are a few imperfections but the managers have been wonderful about repairs and respond quickly with great attitudes. Would buy another house from them. Would recommend working with them if you’re thinking about buying a new construction.

Andrew, Daniel and Gianni have been our main contacts, pre and post purchase. All have been responsive, courteous and knowledgeable … can’t ask for much else. So far, we feel that we’ve made a great choice of home and community.

We have been Pulte’s home owners in the past. With this home we purchased at time of closing was so disappointment to see the tile floors. The grout and scratches were all over the grout and tiles. The house was poorly cleaned in general.

Pulte gives you alot of home for the money. The process was well-defined and delivered as promised.

The craftsmanship on the home was excellent. The landscaping was very good. But...the trash was everywhere and blew into our yard daily from new construction across the street for weeks! Food rappers, coffee cups, junk. Very unsanitary. Disgusting. Sloppy workers

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Sales representative was very knowledgeable & informative, not just during the initial sales but throughout the construction period. The site manager was also well informed and responsive. We are now working with the warranty representative & he too is very responsive and very helpful. I feel Pulte really cares about the customers and they built us a really beautiful home. We retired and this is our forever home and we look forward to many happy years in it.

It was my first experience with Pulte. I would highly recommend it, and if I ever looked to buy another home, I would definitely look into a polo. Thank you for my wonderful new retirement home.

The construction manager would say he was going to do something, but then would never follow up. The next in line manager was very helpful, very responsive. Still some issues with window and lanai sliding door after closing 2 months ago. Should be resolved this month although very unhappy with the way they left the garage floor. Paint, stains …total mess doesn’t look like new construction.

We feel very fortunate to have been able to build a home in Magnolia Ranch. The value of what we received with all the extras included is unmatched to other neighborhoods around here. Specifically the hurricane impact windows, the tile roof, the paved driveway and patio, screened patio all included as the standard! We were very pleased with the care that went into our home. Our project manager Dan was great! Maguire was lovely to work with during the buying progress. AJ continues to be helpful with the warranty process.

We love our villa in Avanti, Madison, our sales consultant was great, and so was Andrew, the contract manager, we are finally home! I would steer away from Pulte Mortgage though, had the worst experience with them, and had to look for another lender in a rush to get the purchase going, it all worked out at the end!

Pulte was very easy to work with and very responsive to any issues identified during the construction process. The project manager for our build was outstanding. The communication through out the entire process was very good and very detailed.

Our job superintendent was super caring and communicative. We did have some bumps to be expected with a new build-cracked tub-which got replaced after closing. Refrigerator doors had rust on them not noticed until after the closing-weather stripping in entry door needed adjustment as bugs were coming in. Our sales person left Pulte during our build so Tucker took her role on. I know he was busy but really went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were all addressed. We were told by sales agent we wouldn’t have a problem getting a pool installed-the homes are so close together-our neighbors are concerned for damage to their property-potentially holding up the process. There is NO view in the yard so I’m hoping we are able to get the pool we want. ... More

We built great relationships while building our home with Pulte. The sales experience was great. We were able to secure a great deal on our homesite and build. The building project manager was very communicative, professional, and understood and tended to our concerns. He really went above and beyond. The only negative part of our entire experience is that for what we paid for the home—the workmanship and details on certain things is almost unacceptable. Some door jams unlevel. Walls bowed. Ceilings lines unlevel. These are things that you don’t necessarily catch unless you look for them specifically. That said, we understand the problems facing the current construction market. Sloppy work and workers can’t be easily avoided simply by firing the workers since there aren’t more workers to take their place. And all in all—we are very happy with our new home. The location and neighborhood and neighbors are all wonderful. And the home is sure to be worth twice as much within a few short years. ... More

Pulte made the home buying process easy and rewarding. We were rewarded with a beautiful home because our documents were up-to-date, and we met the requirements There were a few defects such as a roof leak, and countertop defects but Pulte responded immediately to each issue. Job well done !

I was very discouraged by the home market after searching for a home for two years. I got a text from my realtor about quick move ins and went straight to look. What I found was great curb appeal and great value at a great price. One look and I signed the next day. I am SO glad I did not overlook Pulte. The entire experience was totally painless and everyone was very helpful and responded quickly.

We have had a good experience with pulte so far. Extremely responsive to everything and also very responsive to warranty stuff after closing. Although there wasn’t much wrong at all with the home. Just very minor things. So far very happy with our decision. Thank you pulte homes!

We were very excited, somewhat nervous as we are from Canada, but when we arrived after closing we were so happy, the home is beautiful!

We bought a speck home which was Quick Move In , We bought in September and closed in beginning of December. We didn’t have to choose anything and loved all the finishes, so that made it stress free . Sean, building manager, was very helpful and always available to answer any questions and help us with concerns. A very easy transition for us.
