I would want them to know the house is more than worth the price and your field manager is one of the most important person during the building process. William really left a lasting impression on my wife and I.

I still have some outstanding issues that are being worked on. Overall, most of my issues has been resolved.

Pulte builds fairly decent homes for the price. I would recommend this builder if you are looking for a home that’s doesn’t give you wasted space in there models. Our home was in the mid to upper $300s but with almost every possible to make it look nice. At the end of the day I did not experience anything over the top when compared to other builders and we build 4 homes thus far.

Sales and Warranty Personnel have been fantastic to work with!

Quality of workmanship: no major issues but is lacking in attention to detail. Drops of paint and drywall mud on the flooring throughout the home, and in the showers. Trustworthiness: overall a pleasure to work with, the sales department was very helpful and informative. During a warranty repair where the bottom of a sliding closet door was falling apart it was found that all of the sliding closet doors were having the same issue. When the repairman called the building manager to report what we had found the building manager seemed annoyed that he was calling her while standing in front of me and was trying to sweep it under the rug. Value for price paid: as with anything there will always be minor things that come up. For the price paid I would have liked a little better attention to detail, but overall value seems very comparable to the price paid. Responsiveness to issues: So far I have had 2 warranty claims and both have been responded to very quickly. 1 of them has been fixed and the other we are still waiting on. ... More

Thank you for building my new home. I’m slowly getting unpacked. The builder team is very nice and good about communications. They will do whatever they can as quickly as they can if you have requests or concerns. The contractors work could be done a bit better for the price paid.

Our home was priced much lower than the same house in Lakeshore. Neighborhood is friendly. Staff is friendly, accessible and professional. HOA takes exceedingly long to respond to an architectural request. I am on week #5. No email or call, simply an acknowledgement of receipt email.

It was a great experience buying our house with Pulte. We had some issues, but talking with some friends that bought houses with other builders We notice that we had fewer problems and less important problems. We recommend Pulte as a builder.

The house is nice. It was built as advertised and it has the quality proposed for this type of home. In some areas it even is better then expected. All granite counter-tops have a thickness greater than what we usually see out there. This is only one example. The "BUT" on the title refers to the common area. The Swimming Pool is WAAAY different than what was advertised. I understand that it might change a little bit but dramatically reduce the size is not a small change. This is the type of change that was planned and definitely discussed and for some rea$on they decided to save money on that area leaving to the home owners something different than what they promissed. ... Excellent field manager: his communication, honesty, hard work. Poor communication between different sales agents at Lemon Lake Office. Careful about changing structural options. Big penalty if you change your mind about ceiling height. Be very careful about incentives: Obsolete, non-energy efficient washer/dryer installed. Yet, refrigerator/freezer are fine. Poor follow-through after move-in. HOA Representative not available on closing date ( a Thursday). Finally available on the following Monday. Problems with gate entry closed at 6 PM. Awful experience with landscaping company: sprinklers on at 1 AM, spraying patio doors and furniture for 15 minutes on consecutive nights. The house is ok, no major issues. Since it’s a builder-grade, HOA-community house, the choices on some items important to us were limited, such as quality of materials and availability of finishes. The mass-production approach also doesn’t take into account end-user experience. Due to these two factors, it will require substantial rework, something we were hoping to avoid by buying a new home. Live and learn.

Pulte had an easy process for picking out our options and guided us through everything. After we moved in there were a few items needing attention that we pointed out. Pulte warranty was all over it! very happy with our sales team and the our builder!

Pulte was there walking me thru the process of buying and truly made it stress free.

I had to sell my washer and dryer because they were to big and the door wouldn’t close. These are modern townhomes they should have laundry rooms designed for modern from load machine. Even the standard machines I had to buy as replacement were just the right size for the door to be able to close.

Read all the paper work before agreeing to sign with pulte mortgage . They say they will give you $10,000.00 toward close but not really when they are paying for stuff that is typically paid for by the seller out of said $10,000.00

The after sale service from the builder was super and they were reliable. Steven in particular delivered a complete house in the end.I thought all the finishing touches should have been done before closing, Mass production leads to the above problems.

Suffice it to say if I had to do a home purchase all over again, I'd still choose Pulte, The total buying experience was streamlined and convenient. The customer service before and after sale has been exceptional.
