Overall very happy with our home building experience. I think it depends a lot on who your superintendent is, but we had an awesome experience with Joe Harrigan!

Everything good so far. Only slowness is with after closing Warranty time to attend issues

Pulte has been good about following up with issues and thankfully there were not many to begin with. In our experience they strive to go the extra mile and really try to help out. They are extremely busy as this is a popular development but appreciate what they have done for us. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the "Value for the price paid" is because these homes are more expensive than similar homes in the area, but........ We bought here anyway, as did many other folks.

Everyone we worked with from the Pulte organization was customer focused and extremely helpful.

We are very satisfied with the purchase of our Pulte home. The Field Manager is a very able and pro-active person. Always willing to listen and ready to solve your problem. The same can be said for the Warranty manager. Had a few minor issues and was taken care of in a timely manner. Will recommend any buyer to purchase a home built by Pulte

I would of preferred Pulte to not rush building this townhome. I have had many issues with the craftmanship. I think if Pulte would of taken their time building this townhome, there would of been less issues to address in the home. I think Pulte buids a solid townhome but needs to slow down with construction so it is done right. The response time repair things in the townhome is good but too many problems to address. I was not happy the garage door sensors. We pulled the tape off the sensor and the plastic cap came off. I feel like the cap was not on tight. I put in a work order to have the cap put on thr wires connected the garage door sensors and the customer service manager Chris canceled the work order behind my back. He said it was not covered under warranty. I feel like Pulte turned their back on me when I needed them. That was poor customer service. I had to hire A1 Garage door service to screw on the cap and I was charged $178. Pulte could of done a courtesy service. I really liked Blake at the sales office. He was very helpful and friendly. The build process was good, on time. Sales was great. Many electronics never worked. Google doorbell and nest devices are inoperable. Won’t replace, service company Phoenix Systems in charge of install are ridiculous. It’s not difficult to give me the correct code to make the devices work. They want additional money. We’ll replace all of this unusable junk using Best Buy geek squad. Nobody seems to care, thanks for nothing. The loan process was horrible. Agent disclosed qualified for $175,000. We paid cash. Utterly useless employee made the wrong choice because he didn’t do his job. Extremely unprofessional. Downstairs AC hasn’t worked yet. Another service call submitted but it’s made the primary bedroom unlivable. ... More

2 months and my sidings at the front is crack and the side needs fixing and no one is responding.

The materials not great at all already I have issues on my house they didn’t used great materials

I would find out what size your property would be it depends on the level your house is in my wash room I ordered the sink mine is a slop sink I have 95000 in upgrades did not expect that fancy moen faucet in a slop sink

A lot of details still unresolved, Plastic Pan under washer dosen't fit and was broken during placement.

Everything went well from dealing with out sales manager and later setting things up through our building manager. Everyone was super informative on what to expect throughout the process. However when it came to giving us detailed information on when our house would possibly close even after the windows came in we got very little information. We had to keep asking and it affected our living situation at the time. We almost got kicked out of our apartment with a newborn because of the lack of communication from the building manager. As the house was finished, they left paint everywhere on the floors, cabinets, fixtures, and hardware. There was some drywall work that didn't get addressed until 3 weeks after moving in. They also still haven't come to paint the patch that they corrected on the drywall. Our toilet roll holder in the guest bathroom downstairs is broken no fault of ours. It was due to how it was installed into the cabinet, it's loose. The quality of painting on the exterior of the home could have been much better especially around the trim areas and the home numbers. We also had a minor electrical outlet issue fixed and it was due to something coming loose behind the fridge. Thats most likely due to lackluster work in that area by the electrician. My overall experience was great do far.

While Pulte shrives to build beautiful homes, the contractors and their laborers are not performing and producing products (homes) to pulte’s standards.

It was an okay experience

There are many cosmetic details that can look worse over time, the finishes on the doors and other details did not leave me satisfied.

Overall the experience was extremely positive especially for first time homebuyers. The only complaint I had was the deadline process for inspections holding up the build. The initial projected date for close ended up being 5 months late due to forms needed by the city holding up stages of the build, however during that time the sales and construction teams kept in direct communication and made sure we knew what was happening at all points. Our construction manager Ray was an amazing communicator, and took the time to make sure we were happy with every single addition to the house. Couldn't have asked for a better team. ... More

John was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, forthcoming, transparent. He did not disappoint. He takes pride in what he does. I know my home is build to last by him.

Excellent quality of materials and professionalism of the Pulte team.

The home buying process was a long process with lots of paperwork involved but it was worth it in the end. The Home Builders were very communicative in letting me the latest update on the home building.
