Very profesional and trustful company

Everybody was helpful and knowledgable and did everything they could to make the process go smoothly. All noted (tiny) issues were addressed ahead of final purchase. Chris was awesome!

I really like the all process since sales with andrea up to delivery my house with Paul. They take care of all process and delivery a good an amazing house.

In general the house purchase went well and we are happy with the end result. Some of the issues we had were solved quickly others are taking too long.

Matt was amazing, he made sure to keep me updated during the entire time, sending me photos, and explaining whatever was happening. He made it easy to trust him and relax during the construction process.

The builder was wonderful, no issues at all. Submitting to get things fixed on the other hand is not so great. Lani door does not latch properly, worker showed up it’s no tools looked at it and said he could not fix it. Unacceptable

Ashley showed as everything of the models, the floor plans and was very patient with out questions. She answered in a timely manner. She helped us with details about the home. Kyle was the building manager. Same high level of attention. Answered questions. Advised us on things. We had 2 inspections, pre and post drywall. Only minor issues were found that were corrected promptly. The design center was lovely and the people there helpful. There was no push to sell to us or rushing us through the process. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

The entire home buying process was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Though I felt it was a little bit pricier than I wanted to spend the home is our dream home. The builder was great, he responded to any questions, requests and concerns I might have had. What I would tell any home buyer is Pulte is a builder you can trust!

Rosanne, I wanted to share some great news with you. The electrician came by yesterday and did an outstanding job. The switches to the lanai light were covered by sheet rock, but he expertly exposed the box and installed new switches, making the lanai light fully operable. We genuinely appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and ensuring it was resolved efficiently. After reading some bad online reviews for Pulte, we were very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend them. We were out of towners while our home was being built. Andrea, our sales consultant, at the community was quick to answer any questions we had. Zac who handled our loan was quick and effficient. Ryan our construction manager was quick to give us updates on our home and resolved any items that we noticed that needed to be corrected. Eleanor at the title company was awesome to work with as well. Everything was very smooth. We did not use their home owners insurance as I found better and less expensive coverage elsewhere, but they were quick to offer a quote at least. ... More

We came in to the purchase after a previous buyer backed out. So, there was not much back and forth with Pulte. However, the buying process went smoothly and they accommodated our schedule to help with financing and relocating.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of construction and finishing. Regarding the documentary part, everything happened according to our expectations. The engineer responsible for the work (Mr. Omar) was extremely attentive and kind, assisting us with all our demands.

It is really neat to be in on the very beginning of a new community. There’s a sense of family, everyone knows everyone and everyone’s in the same boat. Tony, our construction manager stops by to check on us pretty much every week! :)

Great team who make the whole process effortless and easy, but given the fact that this was a very especial moment as we were buying our very first home i just expected a little more warmth and excitement from the PGP Title team, i understand that this is a daily routine for them, but they should also understand that buying a new home is a very especial mile stole in many people's lives and they should at least put on a happy face during the closing.
