John is literally run ragged and has a number of things to monitor and manage per day and can always provide updates because he always has to put out fires. He has had no assistance with it either with exception to towards the end of my build. John did everything he could to keep us up to date on things that were going on when there were things happening. He returned calls at his earliest convenience as well. The amount of issues that we have with the home for which are all MINOR issues and are getting fixed. It’s more so the amount of time that it’s taking to get them fixed, it almost is like the company PULTE just says well you can deal with it you already signed and we got your money, we will do it when we want to. John and David have worked tirelessly to get things done. I went over a month with a bathroom upstairs that had no working toilet because the tank was cracked on install, mind you I closed on November 30, 2021 and it wasn’t fixed until January 11. Our builder Dustin was great. Some of the subs seemed to rush to get the job done because of their workload. Some of the work was sloppy, concrete, paint, floors… but Dustin is taking care of any issues in a timely manner so happy overall.

Our experience was really good! We were nervous about deadlines but they were able to get us in our new home before our little one is born which we didn't think was possible. The project manager and sales manager were great at getting back to us in a timely manner.

We looked for a newer house in various cities, but our realtor in Jacksonville showed us a fully furnished model home by Pulte and we simply could not refuse this. Very beautifully built home in a circle where we can go for walks, jogging and biking every evening. Good company, good employees.

This is our second Pulte home. This time, we purchased one of the models so lots of people had been in the house. Jeff, the sales rep, worked with us on pricing and timing of the purchase. Ryan, the construction manager, did the pre-closing walk-through with us and noted/took care of all the minor issues in a very professional manner.

It was a relatively pleasant experience.

I loved the design and materials it is a good price include for what they offered, I loved this company because they are honest about what they are selling you, they show you two models houses, one house without upgrades and another one full upgrade, that’s tells you a close Idea how it’s gonna be the house what you want. Others builders just shows the houses full upgrade just because they want to sell.

I love Pulte Homes. The entire Building Team experience was excellent, extremely responsive and thorough. The workmanship was very good. Would recommend Pulte as a Builder any day, all day.

So we're loving our new home and the great use of space. There were small issues most of which were associated with the current pandemic that were quickly addressed and corrected.

Overall things were pretty good. The only real negative was the nickel and dime charges.

Very pleased

The home buying was great, but some of the materials used and the workmanship is poor, I am still fixing mistakes. Not one thing addressed at the walk-through was fixed before moving in, very poor CS.

Nadia and Nate were great. After closing we noticed damage to the front door. Sent an email and work ticket along with photos and have not had any response.

Buying experience very good. Cheryl our agent very attentive and thorough. Overall value of home so far is good. Workmanship needs improvement. So far resolving home issues has been good.

I am aware with anything manufactured/built, there will be some flaws. Pulte does a wonderful job of responding to issues when they are discovered. But some things were definite design flaws and poor craftsmanship. For instance, finding that a towel rod was only attached to the drywall and not anchored properly, the back door hitting the top of the building, and the poor paint job. Little things like these makes one wonder about the overall workmanship of the home and very thankful for the 1 year warranty for anything.

We like our new home overall. The follow through on resolving issues has been slow

Long home closing date waiting

This was my third home built within the Pulte Corporation. A very interesting process, since COVID was at its peak. However, this experience seemed more aggressive with certain aspects with the closing process. Just was not accustomed to certain lack of professionalism and communication. But in the end, I was satisfied.

Pulte Mortgage and Title were phenomenal. I purchased a model, so I would say that this comes without the standard warranty and i should have done a little more checking before the purchase. But the sales and project management team were very good themselves as well.

Andrew,Tim,Gretchen,Mike and Ally have been great. The craftsman ship of the home is very poor. Lots of issues and many repairs needed. I would not recommend a Pulte home to anyone.

Don’t trust quality of workmanship get it inspected don’t close until everything is fixed and they will make excuses for most problems in the house walls they will look at from 6 feet away to see if they’re straight sliding door glasses. They will look at 9 feet away for scratches and many other problems that may not be resolved.
