The grass wasn't laid properly. They put saud on top of soud which has caused a mound in the yard. The soud has gaps which looks like holes in the yard.

The whole process was great.

I would have to say the professionalism from the sales team ,to project management, to mortgage team have been the best I have ever worked with, and now you can include the warranty dept. which have been top notch also. Have not had any issues to date all has been a pleasure.

Weekly updates during build were excellent and included pictures. Found many issues after move in but are being addressed as needed.

We had a wonderful experience working with our Pulte team. Our sales manager Terry was a wealth of knowledge about the home we were interested in. Once we were under contract our construction managers Sonny and Matt were phenomenal at keeping us informed about our build. We were over 700 miles away throughout the entire process and were fully confident in our team to complete our home efficiently and with great craftsmanship. They definitely did not disappoint!

Overall I think the turned out as expected with only a couple of minor issues which were easily and quickly corrected. There is one change I would suggest. I paid extra for the Energy Package Upgrade 2 which included insulation for the exterior garage walls as well as an insulated garage door. I wanted to have the garage ceiling insulated as well but was told this was not an option. Insulating the garage ceiling should be part of the package to properly insulate the garage. The insulation company is already here. Now if I want that done I have to find someone to do it and it will probably cost more than it would have to have it done during the construction process ... Housing development t was in a nice area with trees We were given a choice of colors and prices of different upgrades. Construction was done on time. Closing was easy . There were a few issues after closing that needed to be fixed . It seems there are some issues with certain areas like landscaping and irrigation . Hopefully they can be resolved quick.

Kevin was always responsive in answering questions and dealing with any issues with the buildout. We are enjoying the house and the local area.

This is a very nice neighborhood with great neighbors.
