Good quality for production home builder. Construction Manager and Service Manager ensured our home was move in ready. They were also professional, effecient and prompt to respond to any questions and very minor touch ups.

We had a wonderful home buying experience from the very first meeting with our sales rep Sammy! He was very informative and helped us out tremendously. Also - during the actual build , our field manager was Lester and he was just FANTASTIC. Lester is a very hard working individual who is there from early morning to the late hours of the evening checking in on the homes and solving issues. Lester is Truly a great asset to Pulte .

As far as the building of the house had no problems at all. All done in a very timely fashion. After the build, slow to get punch out and touch ups done. 8 weeks in and still waiting on service. So be patient. Getting a small mortgage through Pulte seemed to give me the most aggravation. All in all , after everything is said and done, we're happy customers

Having expected better build quality than I would have had with WCI or Lennar, I was surprised that obvious quality problems were not remedied before the final walk-through. An obviously mis-cut tile was missed by the construction team, so there was a visible gap between the tile and kitchen cabinet. There were also scratches on most of the windows in the house. Given how much I paid for hurricane-proof windows, that was disappointing and rather upsetting.

With Pulte you get what you pay for - no surprises (plus or minus). Actually the fact that Pulte was able to get the job done on a normal schedule in the midst of a Pandemic is noteworthy. There was a little bit of correction needed in workmanship, but it was minor. This was the third Pulte new house we have purchased during a 23 year period, as our retirement needs changed, each with the same satisfactory result.

There is a long list of things that I am very pleased with, but I am sure the minor things that could have been better are more beneficial for any firm. Here is my list of changes I would make: - The grass was laid haphazardly and there are holes and empty patches all over the yard. - Our shower door does not close all the way and allows water to leak out - The grout was not sealed and displays each and every drop of water or dirt stain instantly and permanently.

Customer service was outstanding from the time we looked at homes until we signed with Pulte and paid our money. We didn't get our keys the day we signed. Move-in day keys still weren't ready and it seemed all customer service ended. When we finally got the keys, so did all the guidance on how to get registered as a resident with the HOA. Two months later we are still discovering areas we were supposed to have been given information from the business center at move-in (i.e., back gate). The person who provided outstanding customer service at move-in was the builder whose "office" is still on ...

Have always like Pulte Homes but never purchased one. Always thought that the quality and workmanship was top notch. Our purchase was a bit less than that. Attention to details, caulking, painting and clean home before move in was lacking. They need to revisit those issues to make sure the customer can move in with little concern for major things such as those. I don't want to move into a home and then have to go behind a 'professional' that has 'rushed' at his/her job. Overall, they are in the process of trying to make it right and make us as the homeowner, happy. That matters!!!!

We love the model, the process was quite simple and the post move in team have been extremely responsive and helpful (Ryan is the customer relations person). Our construction super (Steven Chipman) has been wonderful as well. Our comment would be - we would encourage you to step the quality control checks prior to move in. While your team has been fantastic in responding, we think that many of the items could have been detected on the front end. Last, the only major concern has been around the overall paint job --- the painters were not good. Simply stated. We have shared this feedback ...

They were very responsive to any problems we had. There's 30 days after move in to address any issues. The only thing I would advise, if you've never had an HOA get the guidelines before you buy. It's very restrictive to someone who's been a private homeowner for all their lives.

We love our new home, but the process has had (and is still having) its moments of frustration. Didn't really feel that the sales team was super honest. We were pushed to sign our agreement with the insinuation that prices were going to go up and lots wouldn't be available if we didn't sign right away. They didn't and Pulte came out with a free pool offer and 50% off upgrades 2 weeks after we signed. We asked for a pre-drywall inspection, and had severe pushback.
