The quality of the home is great. It took a bit longer than we anticipated, but we are in and they made all the fixes we asked for and we are quite happy.

Just recently moved from CA to AZ and was able to manage the whole process from CA. Ron Rolfes was great at communicating and sending photos. He responded to all calls in a timely manner and address any issues we had right away.

Very happy with our decision to build with Pulte

Pulte has been a good builder to work with overall. The seller Victoria was friendly however I think she could pay a bit more attention to detail when dealing with clients requests. Brittany from the design center was very helpful answering questions and providing suggestions for improvements throughout the house. Jim was superb taking ownership and addressing all items from the final walkdown in a timely manner, going above and beyond to assure I was a happy customer.

I would have given you five stars but there certainly some issues along the way that could have been handled differently.

Pulte company and builders made the transition very easy and the work came out beautiful. I would hire this company again, if I ever decide to move.

Quiet neighborhood, good quality homes for a decent price.

We love our home, no question. However, we were disappointed that the gentleman who took us through our final walkthrough promised that certain issues that were spotted would be taken care of. They were not. Nothing major, some doors needed spot painting, a toilet paper dispenser was missing, A/C documentation was never delivered, etc. We decided to wait until the 9 month inspection period to bring these issues up again. We do enjoy the home and the area, The quality of the home in general is good. We look forward to living out our retirement years here.

Jenn and Issac were horrible to work with.

The processes was great thanks to my realtor but the house is ok. The tile is not lined up properly in a majority of the kitchen area, seems like it was rushed which it probably was. The tile in the shower is also not lined up very well. The paint was supposedly redone but the redone paint inside and outside had a lot of issues the bump out accent colors were covered with the main house paint and the paint inside had a bunch of areas that don’t match. When this was supposedly redone the painters left lines of pain on the carpet in the bedroom. The fence had a bunch of wiped off mortar and mortar splash that they just painted over instead of cleaning up. And some of the windows have scratches. I’m sure I’m forgetting some stuff but that is the main things with the quality you get for over half a million dollar house ... More

The home is great. Lots of blemishes throughout the home tho. Walk through was rushed

There are lots of things that are great with Pulte. But few bad things will certainly eclipse all good things, especially when you're paying the money and expect good quality. I could write an essay of my experience but in short, it was not bad, not good.. by my home is beautiful.

The upgrade options are very expensive compared to other builders. The default items installed are very cheap in quality. Overall not satisfied.

The sales experience was great. Initially, we enjoyed meeting with our design consultant but since we have moved in we realized she should have provided us more information. Specifically regarding our flooring options and choices since this was by far our biggest ticketed item . Our construction manager provided amazing communication throughout the entire process but once we did the walk thru and received our keys … all her cared about that we would give him a great survey score. We have things that day and a few days after and his communication was far less timely and didn’t seem too interested in helping. ... More

A number of small architectural design issues such as light switch locations, the non-use of 'dead space' in the Primary Bathroom, etc., add up to create some permanent disappointment. The lack of ability to address these issues during the construction process was highly frustrating. Perhaps the architectural design department should be staffed with people equipped with better real-world experience. The response time for repairing a major electrical issue was extremely disappointing and the discovery of the solution creates a high level of skepticism regarding similar lingering issues that have yet to surface. ... We have submitted several repair requests with only one repair

Slippy work everywhere that needs to be fixed.

House have lots of defects which have not been taken care of and we are still pursuing to get it corrected.

Once in home we began to see many quality issues that we didn’t notice during our final walk through. Pulte service is responsive to tickets, but if they had better subcontractors there wouldn’t be so many tickets.

Our home is beautiful but we would never buy a new home from Pulte again. The process was a year and half long. Lots of changes were made over that time frame. Quality of the build is moderate, definitely not what we expected. Joey our construction manager did his best to make sure things were done however he only had so much pull. The worst experience would be the design center. Making you pick out every detail of a 4000sq ft house on a 4 hour period is ridiculous. The designer was not helpful and pushed us through things way to fast. Details were left out on important things and now we are stuck. ... More
