We love living here and the Pulte buying experience was excellent. The trim work through the house appeared rushed and in places a little sloppy, but Pulte fixed most of it for us and is addressing more as I write this.

The whole process from booking till closing was really good and clean with Pulte. They kept all information open and informed. I moved in 1 month back and we are happy so far with overall build quality and we had great experience of buying the home from Pulte Homes

The sale person was the most professional and helpful person to start off the experience of buying our first new ground up home. along the way from superintendent to closing, all the people involved were excellent to work with. Questions were answered immediately and professionally. great company do do business with.

We have been in the house for close to 2 months now and absolutely love the job that has been performed.

Overall a great experience; the sales staff kept us informed and let us know when the exact model was available on the lot size we’d been hoping for. Construction was completed on time and call backs for follow up items were prompt and/or reasonable.

Ron was wonderful as our project manager. Great communication!!!

The process of buying and building the home was very easy. The building supervisors kept me informed on the progress of my home during construction. All minor repairs were noted and repaired when we did the walk through.

Pulte has a member of their team to walk you through every step of the process.

We were in constant contact with the building manager and he let us know what was going on at all times and let us visit the building site whenever we needed to. There are a few things that is a little faulty, some electrical ad cosmetics but overall workmanship is very good.

Lane, the field manager has made this experience so easy. I do want to say that the home is built very well but some of the detailed things seemed a bit rushed and could of been done a little better. That being said we are very happy with our beautiful new home.

I do not know how to answer the last question. JBHunt did not install the stove correctly, and the Corvid 19 has stopped repairs.

Completed ahead of schedule. Sales and field manager were awesome to work with. Design center options a bit overwhelming-would like to have seen more upgrades included in base price. Overall, under promised and over delivered!

I will start by saying I love my new home. The build process was great and the onsite staff addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner. The final walk-through was an opportunity to identify last minute repairs and touch-ups before the closing date which is typically 5 days later. During the walk-through several items were marked for repair which were mainly paint and drywall touch-ups. At the time of the walk-through I was told that two to three weeks after move in Pulte would schedule a follow up visit to repair anything that may have come up like nail pops, settling cracks or anything else that may have been overlooked. After almost two months the follow up visit never came. I asked some of my neighbors if they had received follow up visits and none of them have. Fortunately I have not had any real issues. Some of the touch ups that were marked with blue tape were never addressed and I didn't see them until after I closed and received my keys. I was able to take care of the paint touch ups with the paint that was left behind. Some of the drywall repairs were never done but I'm learning to live with them. Granted on a large scale these things are very minor but its the principle that this service was promised to homeowners and never followed up on. Very pleased with Pulte employees we worked with along the way. Thank you Josh & Ron. Only complaint would be that the home design has a number of wasted spaces that are behind walls that could be utilized much better and more effective for the price.

Pulte Homes has our trust and the quality is the best. We were kept in the know throughput the build process and closing was perfect.

Sam was our sales rep and was great to work and we were happy to work with her throughout the new build process. Walt was our site manager and did a great job with continually providing updates as well as responding to questions and concerns that we had through the process. At completion his walk through was very comprehensive and remedied all issues

From start to finish this was a great home buying experience. The sale was simple, design team was patient, and the build was delivered on time. We understand that there are little hiccups along the way, but the project was handled well by JT our project manager. There were a few issues with our tile work (custom shower mostly) that took longer to figure out and a few back and fourth conversations that felt unnecessary. The shooter is still not perfect and if I had to do it again, I would have hired someone myself to do the custom work.
