Feeling like we were scammed a little bit, and things were a little misrepresented.

Since moving in, we have discovered a lot of subpar Building practices, craftsmanship, and quality of materials. Although addressed with the local customer care team, our backyard is a swamp. Cabinetry finishes failing from a poor cover-up of damage Prior to delivering the home. The subgrade siding material is flaking off on its edges. Our floor is sinking around the entry to the garage. Just to highlight a few of our issues. Starting to feel a little bit like we were scammed a bit.

First weekend we moved in the builder supplied en-suite washer leaked causing water damage that was exacerbated by the fact that their customer service rep doesn’t check messages after hours or on weekends. The floor got ripped up by the water remediation company and a month later has not been repaired. Lennar does not care about you after you close. Horrible company.
