We had a great experience with the purchase of our new home. Closing was made easy, especially with everything they covered, like closing costs, down payment, etc. Maintenance requests have a quick response time as well. Overall experience was manageable and professional.

Everyone who I worked with whose shirt said "Lennar" was very friendly and attentive to all of my questions and concerns.

The only thing that comes to mind is the sod was supposed to be installed right after closing and was installed during the time we were supposed to close and we did not end up closing till three weeks later so our sod is dead.

Natasha and Nicol did an amazing job of staying on top of any issues that arose and addressing each to get us through the process of approval!! They were very professional and made us feel more than just customers. Thank you!!

My experience with Lennar was great! Everything was smooth as can be. From viewing to signing, my experience was great. Jose was great help when needed and didn’t hesitate to help out with any questions, even if they didn’t exactly have to do with him. Overall a great experience and would highly recommended Lennar to any future homebuyers.

There were some concern areas but they were quick to assist.

I had a great closing experience. The process was quick and trouble-free. No delays or time lost, all t’s were crossed and i’s dotted.

Overall, service was great. The lender, salesman, and superintendent was very responsive. We did have issues getting keys. I also wish Lennar would install some basics into the house, even if I had to pay for it a bit more. For example a garage door opener or shower doors. The workmanship was not great, but was fixed for closing and I didn’t like the video walks.

The house is really nice. You can tell some of the contractors just rushed the job and do not take pride in work. For the cost though it is worth it. For example, where the driveway meets the garage door is not level, there is spilled concrete in the driveway and near the garage door. Door hinges and screws are painted rather then be tape off when painted. All little things though.

About a year ago I started looking at Lennar. The homes seemed affordable. I submitted an online request and they called me at least two months later. I went in person to look at a model and I was able to talk with someone. They were very responsive and the process moved quickly. The loan officer and loan process was also great! The craftsmanship is not quality. The floors were dirty, we had to ask for them to be cleaned again. The lady came to clean and she cleaned about 1/4 of the issues I presented and just left. You get what you pay for. We have had several warranty issues resolved and investigated very quickly which is reassuring. The materials used seem of poor quality, like drywall. Not sure what kind it is because it seems to bend and chip in various places. I don’t feel comfortable using fasteners as I feel they’ll slip right out it’s already happened. Overall, I like the house but if I could afford a better home, I wouldn’t buy from Lennar. ... More
