Overall good experience, only area not happy with is responsiveness to warranty issues. Think the closing could have been more personalized as well.

Overall, the quality of Lennar is basic. We’ve found a lot of half-completed items ranging from: no anchors on bathroom hardware so items falling off the wall, corners cut in flooring/walls, tiles uneven, front yard sinking, etc. The view and location is why we purchased this home. Honestly, Debbie & John (warranty/construction) team are why this experience was great. Debbie is the best & Lennar is blessed to have her. There are many items we have to upgrade since Lennar builds basic builder grade homes. If you’re ok with a decent price point & updating items on your own, this is a good place to build. Random things in the house were found to not work or not be installed correctly. Electrical outlets not working is very annoying.

We must have looked at least 13 house ,new and used, to find what we wanted as far as roomy, large yard and we picked one at Lennar Silos community . Even though they are not high standard quality built homes we loved the floor plan. We are happy with our selection.

First time home buyer. Did not realize everything I would have to look out for. If I had thought to check some of these things probably would not have purchased this home. No faucet in the back yard to water my grass. I feel this should be mandatory, but what do I know? All the toe kicks in the kitchen are hanging on for dear life they will all fall off eventually. Had a minor gas leak that I did not report for a few weeks because I was told the faint fas smell near the meter was NORMAL, yes Im the idiot for believing that, this I do realize. Im sure there's more that I can't remember.

Bought my first home with Lennar. Every think went very smoothly and I would highly recommend getting your own inspection done on the home. There were a lot of problems with the roof. The house was everything we asked for and it cost me almost no money for closing costs. Only thing is they forgot to do a final inspection. I was notified once I moved in that they will need to enter my home and take pictures to do the final inspection. We were unable to schedule a date due to me being out side the state at the time so no final inspection for me ?!?!. Also mail boxes take a while get put in we were the first house on the block and we will be mailbox free for 3 months. ... More

Purchasing went smoothly, but then once in the house and items discovered that needed fixing, well then...that takes some time and effort getting anyone to come back to actually fix it. You have to call and call, then call some more and it still isn't fixed. I don't like having to be the squeaky wheel, but if that's the only way to get them to come back, I'll be squeaking all day long.

The process was fine. I wish that Lennar added the small area of grass in the backyard and screens for the cost. But other than that all has been well thus far.

My experience was good, until the lack of construction keys control resulted in a Burglary of my new house. Caution, upon closing ensure your keys are recalibrated to cancel all others. Great floorplan and upgrades. Drywall, paint, and details around the house have been quite shoddy. The electrical breaker for the dryer outlet was never installed! How did that even pass inspection??

Honestly, I do like my house a lot but I am really unsure about so much. Every single employee that I worked with, leading up to closing day, was absolutely amazing. We were not able to pick anything (not customizable) but they did agree to lay vinyl for me throughout the first floor rather than carpet the bedrooms. That was a huge win and I literally could not say enough great things about the local team from sales, to construction managers, and even to the loan officer and lenders, etc. Larissa, Victor, Mickey... all great to us. However, there is just so much that went wrong before closing. Although those on the ground did everything they could to get us into our home, we had to move-in with less than stellar completion because we moved from another state and had nowhere to live and no additional time/money to continue wasting on rentals. While I feel they begrudgingly fixed some of my "nitpicky" things during walkthrough, I am still unhappy with so much when it comes to the quality of workmanship and materials (i.e. the tile in the master bathroom is hideous and only belongs in locker rooms). Not to mention, it still looks like a child caulked it. Plus, as we started living here, so many things have been brought into light. Giant holes behind the lighting fixtures because they were cut out by a one-armed man, apparently. Honestly, I am afraid what we will find after our warranty expires or whether or not I'm living in a "money pit". Based on my feelings dealing with the local team, the "people at the top" were forcing us into signing off on everything too quickly. We had no choice though - with a locked in rate as well. We were made to feel like we were doing something wrong by having SO MUCH on the list to fix before close - and we did multiple walkthroughs. I really disliked the fact that I was made to feel "petty" about things (i.e. paint color touchups with the wrong color paint)! But, how is this our fault? I am paying you for a product that my family needs to be able to enjoy for years likely (with a recession) and feel safe in. Yet, all I heard was "management this" and "management that". Well, maybe the management in their corner offices want to come down next time and take a peek at the quality you are allowing to be put out. Your buyers aren't the problem so to make us feel like an inconvenience was a huge disappointment given the experience up to that point. And, it's very clear that it was not the local team pushing - they were trying to do everything in their power to help us, make us happy, and ensure things were done "right". Specifically, like making them replace the grass in the back that someone just let die instead of saying "it will grow back in a few months" like someone did. I just don't feel good will towards the overall company, and the people running it at the highest levels. The area is great, very pretty, and they've done a nice job on the development. However, the pool is far too small for the number of homes (although I hear they're building an olympic size pool in 2 years), as is the gym. But, likely that will make HOA fees go higher and this area is already highly taxed and has MUD tax. The parks also have zero overhead cover which is insane in this heat and the playground meant for smaller children is definitely not very toddler friendly. The lots are small and hilly in areas; oddly laid out. You see everything; our back deck looks straight into our neighborn's dining room window. For the price I paid, in the market we were in, I had to concede things like lot size. However, I will likely never buy another Lennar home in a box again. ... More

The female loan officer was a total nightmare. She had no clue how to talk to us and couldn't explain what she wanted.

Good experience with Lennar and all involved.

My mom purchased this house because she wanted something brand new, not old and in need of work. The house is nothing fancy, but solid.

Buying home experience was great. Once we moved in found so many little things that need to be fixed. They are building too fast and cut corners.

Experience was okay. When I moved into the home I started noticing the workmanship of the home. I just felt like they rushed to finish the house

Document after Document requested,sometimes for the same Document. Right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. Now the house: Lennar took short cuts or cost saving measures. After moving in found no water spigot for the back yard, no towel racks in the bathroom, no medicine cabinet in the bathroom, poor workmanship in gluing floor, no insulation in the garage. Inspect the house very carefully before you buy.

I which they had explained all the explained extras @ Such as the water softener and no set up, no screens on the windows etc. All things that raise the cost

Great experience until closing, the people that deliver the house to me was terrible unwilling to help with the issues detected at closing

Overall, I am happy with the home. I like the floor plan and it works for me very well. Some things that I would note is that there were things that would have been nice to add, window screens, back door, medicine cabinets, entrance closet, and full grass coverage of back yard. Otherwise my buying experience was good.

We love the neighborhood.

Our overall experience was good, the Lennar team at Hidden Trails have been very responsive and helpful and therefore, they've made things better. However, I feel some the sub-contractors they use are careless and sloppy. We've had a lot of issues, and although most have gotten rectified in a timely manner, they could've been avoided entirely with better workmanship and materials.

The buying of the house was quick and easy. Now if only the warranty work was as simple. Been waiting since we moved in in May 2021 to have the grading of the lot looked at since I have flooding issues from the neighbors sprinklers.

Horrible service for landscaping, but other than that great experience. When you install completely dead grass after 6 weeks waiting for it, that sucks because the homeowners can’t get it to grow at all!! The worst with the added features!!
