In a market where everything could have turned, Lennar and their team made it happen for me. My turn around was 30 days and I couldn’t have been happier. Being a first time homebuyer, after going through several agents and other builders, Lennar gave me what I needed. The home is simple, but it’s a great starter home, and I would absolutely buy from them again. Although some teams weren’t as thorough as others, a little persistence got the job done.

With home prices on the rise it was a good purchase. Very disappointed with quality of landscape.

I couldn't get hold of the office. I called alot. Had my loan sold to another lender. I was never told that. House is great

Have had a few issues once I moved into the home. Was not too happy that my driveway is such a steep slope and that i have stairs going into my garage because it takes up so much space and not good for my son who has a disability.

Overall adequate but not exceptional construction work.

Quick and simple.

We bought a model floor plan after bouncing back and forth. The place is great overall. Location in Bulverde/ north SA is great. The home buying experience is way easier and better than going through an agent for a used home. If we were to buy again, we’d leave the appliances out and buy our own due to low quality. Plan on painting your garage and installing your own door opener. The provided home wireless router is not wired in so you have to route your own power. The tile work in bathrooms is par due to broken edges facing out and uneven placement. Overall, my wife and I are happy due to the location, community, and convenience of a new home. The quality of work by subcontractors need to looked at very closely. Seems like they just don't care. A few things can happen here and there but at every turn, the process needs to slow down, your name is on it!!

My experience was okay with Lennar. My biggest let down with the buying process was the closing. I closed online but when I came to get the keys to my home no one was there to greet me or thank or congratulate me. They just handed me a dirty envelope with keys in it. Such a let down after making such a huge purchase and it being my first time. I did express my disappointment but no one seemed to care after the paperwork was signed. As far as the home itself, there have been a few issues. Not big issues, but being a brand new home I didn't expect this many issues one month into my new home. It is also a little tedious getting in contact with the right people to get repairs done. Especially if it's after hours. Most of the time they want to come during regular business hours which means I am also working so that makes it hard to coordinate. Other than those issues, everything else has been good. ... More

When I met Kenneth for the final walk through he was amazing, very helpful. We even offered to help unload my moving truck if I needed help and gave me his personal number. After that absolutely no contact! I have texts from Oct 15 till today that he still can’t reply or call back. I needed some questions answered and he was nowhere to be found. It’s a beautiful home and everything put he does paint a pretty picture for you, after that you can forget about any help. You’re on your own trying to figure things out. Thank God for nice neighbors, I had to ask them for help.

I closed in early October 2025, and after numerous requests I still haven’t received my closing documents. I need the documents. Ridiculous !!!!

Month of delays in completion and last minute or no communication about delays. Some responsiveness to issues and attempts to rectify, but promises were broken.

Love the house, but the problem is.. my warranty deed says one city, but I have to put a different city for shipping purposes. Some companies dont acknowledge/pull up the physical address at all in their systems. Should have been told this in the beginning. Paying one city's taxes bit having g to put another one for daily life. Makes no sense

There were some issues with the house even before going in that weren't fixed and it's sad that you have to submit a warranty request to get them fixed and that can take up to 1 - 2 weeks. They should definitely be more in depth of how to change out lights and other things that you normally wouldn't think to ask. It would also be great if you were a new and first time homeowner to have a contact person with questions as far as HOAs how to submit a service warranty just general things instead of reaching out to people who no longer want to work with you because you've already purchased the home. My overall experience was great! I had some really great people helping me through the process. I did have a few issues with the house once I moved in. Dishwasher not working and roof leaking in light fixture in the bathroom. Roof was taken care of quickly. Going on 2 months and dishwasher is still not working.

The process was easy. All the people were very nice. Overall the house is good. Quikly built. Some issue and a lot of things not included which is what krpt the price down.

Lennard is a huge builder and continue to I grow, good job! I applaud them for providing affordable homes to the nation! Where I live, there is plenty of land, yet the homes were build less than 8 feet apart! Why? May be the more together the homes are is better, just like apartments! Great job and very fast building!

The house was built too fast a lot of stuff on the house that needed to be fix but the warranty is good and the workers responded quick to fix the issues on the house in repairs. Nice new neighbor hood.

We did the walk through and put blue tape. Looks like some of the tape was taken off with no repair done and some of the touch up (especially painting) was made worse by the sloppy work.
