We had a great experience from the very beginning of this process, to the end now where we have any warranty issues. Lavida was very professional and quick to help us find something, Trisha, Mel, and Toni were so kind and responsive when it came to our mortgage. On the back end, Jordan and Lorena have been truly outstanding with getting our warranty issues fixed.

Overall well built. Parking one's vehicle backwards is important on steep driveways. The Bristol home plan with the stack-able washer and dryer only closet requires more than an 8 ft dryer duct hose, in order for the installer to be able to get out without disconnecting the tube from over stretch. House is cozy with great acoustics. One of the bath tubs had rust stains. Won't come out. In closing, I do appreciate V taking the time and effort in finding me a home quickly!

The Lennar portals were easy to use and navigate. The sales people and agents were very friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. My favorite part though, is how responsive Lennar is to post-sales complaints or issues. They always have a service rep that reaches back out to you and they can get most issues reported resolved within a few days. For example, I discovered a crack in the wall behind the toilet and two days later someone showed up to fix it. This was 5 weeks after sale date.

The staff was courteous and friendly. I feel I got a good home for the price.

All I have to say is that these lennar homes aren’t built with quality but rather with just speed over all - they can build a whole house bottom up in 2 months but won’t fix an issue after close date. After you close it’s like you don’t matter. Quality = what you pay for.

Lennar is a way to go with their specials towards helping with the closing costs if you need help with that. If you don't need closing help I would try other builders. The subcontractors they use, do subpar work, no real over sight by Lennar as they have to many homes being built. The subcontractors constantly quit the job slowing down the build. I am 45 days after my house closed and still waiting for a piece of the framing to be placed and painted right. The constant back and forth with Lennar to get the painter out to do the job right is ridiculous. But overall the few annoyance is better than living in an apartment. ... More

It was a good experience. The only thing that I must say is that at the end of closing process was a little confusing for the changing dates. The Lennar staff were polite and helpful and the builder's crew were great on our walking through.

I had a pretty good experience. I understood delays and all. I did turn down my first home choice because of workmanship. I am pleased with my second choice. Disappointed the designed changed a little. I've had a couple of service calls for minor fixes. All were done in a timely manner. Overall very pleased with my home, sales consultant, loan officer, lennar representatives all together. I would purchase again. Thank you.

Lennar folks were and are great. My problem is with the drainage and the Sprinkler people who were uncooperative and absent.

In March of this year our partnership began with Lennar Homes. A significant change in our family prompted the need to search for a home that could accommodate accessibility needs for our family member. Though the process took over 4 months the team responded to each request. One team member went over and beyond in their exemplary customer service and consistently demonstrated a home buyer centered approach. Travis, New Home Orientation representative, attentiveness to details, follow through for items that required attention, the willingness to research questions with prompt response and resolution, created a comfortable buying experience. We put a contract on a house at the framing stage, and were local so we visited almost weekly. We did NOT have a qualified or present CM and that created a lot of hassles, especially because he was demoted right before we closed and our Customer Care Manager, Stephen, had to really perform miracles to get us to closing. We actually are very pleased and love our house in the end. Pros: Warranty Dept,, Stephen(!), massive kitchen storage (Thayer model), excellent layouts and nice finishings. Cons: Wonky, narrow door openings to bathrooms and closets, houses don't come with garage door openers or window screens or gutters, and lack of disclosure on huge property management companies buying up large swaths of lots surrounding you--my street is probably 80% rental homes which would have definitely affected my decision to buy in my particular community. ... The sales associate was very helpful and courteous thru the buying process and still is involved after the sale.

We made a deal with one Lennar agent, later on he left Lennar and somebody else took over. We didn’t receive the same attention but finally everything went OK. We’ve had previous experiences with Lennar which had been amazing. We understand that the pandemia and shortage of everything caused delays and many problems but this time less quality was evident and less things were included in our home. Regarding the Construction Manager, we can say she was the best, always ready to listen and so executive! Always taking action to fix every problem. Congratulations to her!

i liked the design and layout of the house also the higher ceilings it gives a roomy felling

I had a good experience buying except I wasn't given a key to my mailbox and have to run around trying to get one and post office is not helpful

If I saw something that did not look right to me or if I felt uncomfortable with something, they went out of their way to correct or assure me that it will be okay and it will not be a problem.

A detail checklist with timeline would help a lot and reduce stress with less suspense requirements. We spent time and Money in a hotel waiting for closing on the house.

The house was not cleaned like I was told it would be. So I still have marks on the floor from the glue for the flooring. And they didn't do a very good job of doing the grass in the backyard. I have more weeds than grass. Other than those few things I am happy with the house. I have only been in the house since June so I hope the rest of the year is good.

Offering a lot of necessary items and quality of construction.

The grass needs to be better and in place on solid ground prior to selling.

Some of the staff was very helpful. I was able to call a few at past work hours and they all answered my call and called me back to follow up making sure everything was taking care of.

First I have to thank " James" in sales he was the best, help with each style of home and much more. He made sure we saw all available homes and explained each one. Great value for your money and there is no comparison to the other builders we looked at. Lennar makes sure everything is finished and looks great before you take possession of the home.
