Ok the house, but you need put it another grass type

Feel more care could have gone into details as well as the deep cleaning before move-in.

Very modern house with all the bells and whistles!

My house is beautiful the issue is the small things like paint splatter all over the flooring, or how a baseboard is separated from the wall, making hole in a closet while making a repair and yet not fixing the hole. The issues I have involve the workers lack of professionalism and realizing this is someone's home that they have worked very hard for. The plumbing works, the roof doesn't leak, and all the wall are up it was just these little details that if they took an extra step would have made a difference. I still love my home.

Listened to my concerns, fixed my problems and never gave me a hassle about anything. Quick, reliable and great customer service

The quality of the home is very good and any issues are typically addressed quickly. There is an issue with the vinyl material used on the floors as it keeps chipping. I am currently negotiating with them to replace the floor with a higher quality material. I am confident there will be a positive outcome.

Lawn Contractor did horrible on grass installation. To many gaps in sod when installed and not enough topsoil to allow grass and shrubs to grow properly. Have dead spots and lots of weeds. Almost break ankle each time I mow. Its like mowing a corn field. Inside finish paint peels to easily. Appears to not bond to prime coat. Even after walk through with warranty manager paint still chipping and peeling. Caulking at doors and floor have already separated in several locations. It appears the floor tile installers didn't remove adhesive in several locations. It becomes apparent after use and cleaning. Touch up painting left paint drops on floor? Did they drop clothes? Had to tighten all door knobs and toilet paper holders. Towel holders were placed above electric outlets in bathrooms. Not good locations. Noticed tile has cracked going into first bedroom. ... More

My wife and I are enjoying our new home. After 6 months of living in it there are a number of things that could have been done better during the construction phase to lower the amount of repair tickets we have opened. Installing damaged trim for example could have been noticed up front. Door frames not square for another. Sometimes doing it right the first time lowers your overall expenses. The service after the fact by our customer service rep has been fantastic. The energy efficiency of the home through the hot summer months was better than expected. I would consider building another Lennar Home. I would have caught the issues during the construction phase and addressed them at that time, but we were 1000 miles away. I have had to have a bunch of stuff fixed or replaced since I moved in. They build these houses at a pretty good clip but a one year warranty should give all homeowners plenty of time to have any issues addressed. But Lennar is very responsive to these issues and they do follow-up in a timely matter. I hope all of the Construction Managers working at Lennar are as good as the one I had the good luck to be associated with. Andre is impeccable, friendly and knowledgeable. My customer care person also has done a good job. I do not regret my decision to purchase a Lennar home.

Definitely recommend financing and purchasing from Lennar.

This is our first new home buying experience and it was smooth and pleasant mainly because of Rob our builder. He held our hands and guided us through the whole experience. I think if he weren’t involved it probably wouldn’t have been nearly as pleasurable and fun. He is still instrumental in getting any of the warranty repairs taken care of.

The overall process was very professional and the crew from Lennar aimed to please. Every issue that they could solve they did as quickly as they could. I would consider buying again and would also refer friends and family.

Like Lennar home overall but some workmanship is not good as expected. My home was kind of one of the last homes in the community and felt like Lennar try hard to close it fast instead of taking care. After move in found out many minor issues but like the home for floor plan

Nice size house and design for the price, but the craftsmanship can be a whole lot better.

Pleased with our home purchase and pleased with the builder and the sales staff. After having lived in the house for a few months now, have three suggestions: 1. Sales staff needs to know the location of the neighborhood pool and actually visit it. 2. Fencing needs to be of a higher quality in workmanship. 3. Garages, if were about 2 feet wider, would be much more functional.

Great Sales Consultant Brian, answered questions by email, text, or phone. Ryan, mortgage officer and loan processor gave satisfactory service, the loan process was overwhelming with documents, turnaround time, and zoom loan closing,website had hiccups, the quality assurance person for walkthrough was awesome! The warranty specialist Miema has also been great, addressing needs w electrical system and paint repairs.

Our Lennar home is very spacious and has a wonderful floor plan. That’s what sold us on the home. Our salesperson was very welcoming and seemed to really care and helped us in our search. She told us what our Lennar home came with and even wrote it down in an email. However when the home was being built things were different. We were told that sprinklers would be installed. She actually wrote it in an email along with our appliance package and garage door opener. We didn’t get the sprinklers and we’re finally told we should’ve looked at the option package that we signed. There were so many emails sent by Lennar about the home and the process with messages that it had to be sent back immediately. I didn’t really care for everything being done online. We didn’t really feel like things were personal and we had questions that didn’t get answers. The actual finish work was quite disappointing. Things were done haphazardly and we had to insist that many items be reinstalled and fixed. There were also some design elements that made no sense whatsoever. The utility room had a space for a fridge next to the dryer. However there was no plug and we were told that Lennar stopped putting them in for that several years ago. Lights were not centered and only the master and the family room were wired separately for ceiling fans. That seemed a bit cheap. We couldn’t even put a light over our dining room table because it had two can lights at either end. We were also told that plugs could not be installed on the island due to new building codes. However homes across the street and around the corner have them. It makes me wonder about the honesty of the builders and their representatives. There were several other designs that just didn’t make sense. Our Lennar loan officer on the other hand was absolutely terrific! She was so helpful and responded quickly to my questions and issues that came up. All in all we are glad we went with Lennar but would be much more content if there were some design changes and communication had been better. Right now we’re dealing with a roof leak and some AC issues. We’ll see how their service team responds. Hopefully they’ll do the right thing! ... More

Not exactly sure about the quality of workmanship. I found things that should have been done differently. Some paint, wood material that should have been changed out or turns another way. Flower beds are crowded. Way too many plants. Just odds and ends. Little things that add up. 90% are too small to call and have fixed. I did them myself

Lots of systems not functioning after move in: irrigation system dead, dead grass, electrical braker issue with appliance, paint peeling on front and back doors, no caulking around sinks, bathroom shower tile grout not sealed, drywall concerns.

Love the home but would have loved better quality and a little personalization.

I have had some issues that really bothered me and Im generally pretty easily please. Overall it was a ok experience but there is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to communication in the closing process.

It was a difficult experience but in the end everything turned out well.

The overall value of the house for what I paid is reasonable. However, when buying a new house, I do not expect things to have been installed incorrectly or cover-up made when contractors clearly broke something. It wasn’t until I took my first shower and my brand new home that I noticed the Shower liner had a crack at the top that had clearly been attempted to be covered up with caulk. At the top of the shower area there is about a 3 inch crack that had a thin layer of caulking over top that blended in and without being up close and personal, I could not see. Obviously, when it was installed, the contractor pushed too hard and cracked the wall, covered it and just carried on like nothing happened. I did call Lennar‘s warranty and they offered to repair it. However, I stated it needed to be replaced as I didn’t buy a new house to have something like that just covered up down the line there could be water damage possibly from The crack. They did replace it, but it was still a major inconvenience for me as I had to take the time first for a virtual appointment, then take a day off to wait for a plumber to come change it, and then have to wait for drywall people to come and fix the drywall. so now I do have a new shower wall, but I had to deal with the thin dust that was left behind from the drywall repair spend hours cleaning that. It now clearly looks like the shower lining has been cut out and re-drywall as it will never be a seamless line like it should be if it had just been done properly the first time. There have also been several other things such as the flooring is separating in several places which could just be from the foundation settling, or again from crappy contractors. Every door handle on every door has had to be re-tightened. I have also found trash underneath the sod and several other places as the contractors clearly were unable to find trash cans to throw their trash away . ... More
