No gutters in the backyard created water ponding and a health issue. However, the builder refused to correct it.

Customer care programs from beginning to 1year after is a real win. Starting with Kent, not over selling me and answering all my questions through the whole process and even after I purchased. The personal touch of my Customer care rep. Cory. Helping with all the new owner questions once I moved in. Great extentions on warranty for registration of product's, heating & air-conditioning, kitchen appliances. Plumbing, roof, windows all covered on lennar new home warranties. Even landscaping, provided a hose and sprinkler to get started. Covered grass and plants for 60 days after move in. Wow above and beyond wonderful. The team on the ground was great to work with!

My experience was very good. The only disappointment was that I had no option to pick out even interior paint color, could.only choose what was already predetermined. And the interior paint is not the quality I am used to.

The experience we had with Lennar was good. Our construction manager was very helpful and responsive to the different concerns we had.

Salesperson and Construction portion of Lennar is excellent. Mortgage side needs improvement and is disorganized. After sale warranty division is great at communication but rigid and not on customer's side. Overall we are happy with our home. If I had another chance, I would use my own mortgage company.

During the underwriting process you should take control and hold them accountable for timely communication. It will go smooth if you stay on top and understand what the next is.

Our hone buying experience was complicated from the beginning. We signed when Lennar was offering “smart home” packages. When we moved in and saw that we were missing the package, the rep told us they discontinued the package. He did however give us a gift card to purchase the ring doorbell and items we could install ourselves. The day we moved in was a mess. The house wasn’t ready even though we had done a private home inspection and done the walk thru with the Lennar rep. We waited at the Lennar corporate office for several hours because they had overbooked themselves on the closing day. We never even met the title guy or anyone we did our original paperwork with. The person who walked us through the closing documents told us she was only a notary and couldn’t answer any of our questions, which is why we opted for the in person closing in the first place. When we showed up for closing they still had no idea how much money we needed to bring with us so we ended up over paying and having to get a refund for the over payment. After closing we went back to the sales office and the rep couldn’t find our keys. We had to wait while the construction manager drive back from his house with them. After all that it was finally time to move in. We showed up bright and early with a moving company the next day, only to find out that half of our house didn’t have electricity. Several back and forth calls between Centerpoint, Lennar’s electric company, and the builder after a few days we finally had the repairs completed. We have had the “trades” come back to our house about a dozen times to make small repairs. Lennar’s customer service people are great but scheduling and actually getting the contractors out is a huge headache each time. They are no call no shows or show up at completely different days/times without regard to our personal lives. We are first time homeboys so we had no idea what to expect when we started this but after speaking to friends and family who purchased new homes from other builders, it seems like we may have made a bad decision choosing Lennar. We love our house but the actual construction and closing has been a nightmare. One positive thing was that Lennar addressed the issue with the builder and fired the construction manager that overlooked our home. Too bad it was AFTER us. ... More

I really do enjoy my home, but I have issue with the completed work. There were a bunch of small things that seemed rushed when we moved in. The walls seem thin and let in a good amount of noise. Overall though, I am very pleased with my home.

I’ve never purchased a new home before, so this was a new experience for me. Overall, everything went smoothly and we love the community that’s evolving. We are having issues with the installed yard drains (they’re not French drains) and incompatible grading, so familiarize yourself with the warranty and ticketing system. Overall, I would consider buying a Lennar home again.

Overall Lennar has been easy to work with from home purchase to resolving most of the warranty issues.

Great customer service was the main reason I bought my home from Lennar. The sales team was professional and friendly. The customer care team is responsive and efficient as issues addressed quickly after move-in.

Overall this was a very good home buying experience with the highlight being working with Elisabeth on the build! I would've rated the whole experience 5 stars if it wasn't for some challenges dealing with Lennar financing including them pulling my credit report 3 times.

Lennar is definitely the best value for your dollar!

Really enjoyed the builder sales rep, construction site manager, and customer rep. All three have customer service personalities and are easy to communicate with. They also respond quickly.

Our salesman was nice but our builder David was excellent. He really made it a great experience and made us feel very confident that we were getting a quality home. He dealt with all of our concerns no matter how minor, very quickly. He was prompt, efficient, professional but most of all kind,, understanding, easy to talk to. He explained everything along the process and was excellent to work with.

It was a long process and wish I would have hired a private inspection.

There has been a few issues with any new home built. One thing does bother me is a lot of the issues was electrical and even during construction there were issues with electrical installation. The Foreman and Sales staff were easy to work with.

I would give Lennar a 4.2 Star rating for the most part. I believe most everything is pretty good as well as the incentives. My only issue is that after living in my home for 6 months, I noticed there were a few things off about my house. I think the attention to detail should have been better when building. Wish I would have seen some of these during my inspection so I could have them fix it.

Ok. But the roads in the neighborhood are too narrow. Only one flow through vehicle when double parked. It’s an inconvenience
