My agent Bill was excellent. This home needed much better and modern fixtures.

The subs need to do the job right the first time. I’ve had 5 major issue with my lawn. 2 broken sprinkler lines, one not burried, lawn died and replaced. This is my 3rd Lennar home I’ve bought and I’m sure Lennar won’t respond to this but that’s life. So probably my last Lennar I’ll buy.

The sales lady was great. The man in charge of the build was great. Both super friendly and made the process tolerable. It was much better experience than we had with Ryan Homes. Decent value with the fence, blinds, sod, and watering g system included. Quality is a concern - back door leaked, water bib not put on correctly so it blew the control valve out. Other small things that are frustrating on an expensive house. The garage is barely long enough for our cars so it is really tight and for as much money as we paid, that is unacceptable. Some fixtures are cheap. Again, some nice features but others belong in a house that is half the cost. I think we overpaid so the value is just not there and to be disappointed with the garage, with cut corners, and other things just does not lead to a good value in my opinion. ... More

Some things was not explained about what was not included in the house when I first toured the house. I did not know there was no doorbell or garage opener.

Needs to fix Warrant issues quicker.

Bill and John in the sales office where absolutely fantastic! 10 out of a 10 would recommend every day of the week! The house I've had issues one after the other starting week 3 of owning it. I've had electrical issues, plumbing, a rood leak, nails popping from the sheet rock, and a crack above a window. These seems like a lot for a BRAND NEW HOUSE. Warranty doesn't communicate very well and I have to reach out to get info. I've only own the house for about 6 weeks and can't fully move in due to all of the issues. Hopefully, I'll get it all fixed and I will get to enjoy my new house.

The home buying was amazing but since then you call or email and it's no response at all, very frustrating, to many issues afterwards to write, just not very happy

The house has poor craftsmanship, it looks they they just threw the home together quickly and didn't take time to check to make sure everything was done correctly

Rat infestation, from Lennar building behind us. Lennar knew this would happen, so they put it in your contract that they are not responsible for rodents. It has cost me over $6,000 to get rid of the rats.

I opened a Lennar warranty request on Jan 25th 2023 shortly after moving in. The reqest Case#05105695. Lennar warranty Customer Care Rep Jacob has been promising the repair work for months now and noboby ever shows up. The backyard and side yard floods and has standing water for days after it rains. Turning the yard into a mudd pit. When I refused to sign a work order complete document they just closed the work case.

Overall a good experience though out the process. The Quality of the home is good and we're very happy with the area and the results

It has been good experience working with Lennar team, be it the sales rep, loan officer or on-ground staff.

I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to close on closing day, which resulted in our getting the keys too late to move in. Overall, the home is, so far, better than expected. Service calls are answered in an average amount of time, with the exception of an EXCEPTIONAL member of the Customer Service team named Sonia.

Great overall experience. I feel some corners were cut, and completion was rushed to make way for new or ongoing project builds. Semi-upgraded appliances and fixtures, no handles or knobs included with cabinetry, poor landscaping that has to be redone due to weeds growing through, laminate wood flooring lifting up from foundational floor in a few areas, maybe due to careless or improper installation. All of the above mentioned scenarios/concerns creates pause with giving Lennar an Exceptional home buying experience rating. Otherwise, pretty great home so far.

Well it took me 3 houses before I got the house I have now. The first house the loan officer was asking me about my Zelle saying I owed Zelle and I even got an inspection for the house that Lennar sold while I was getting all my information together. Then the second house I didn’t get because I didn’t want the high interest rate. So the third house I got because they already had all my information and we closed quickly. But I really wanted the first house. This is my first time buying a house and the salesperson didn’t give a house gift. It seemed that she want interest in making sure the customer was happy. After we closed she didn’t want to answer no questions she told me to talk with someone else. I’m very disappointed by this. I was thinking you would be more than happy once the house was sold. I wish the person had a heart. They should have different sales person and not the same person in that area. ... More

Initially I had doubt in my mind. But after my pre-qualification. I was told it got approved. Then the process begin and end on time of the day closing. They kept their promises, and shown total professionalism toward the customer.

Wasn't a very long process but was worth it

I made a decision quickly and I'm not disappointed...altho it all felt a little rushed... The homes were in my price range and to get something new in a nice development was my goal. Many amenities we take for granted are lacking (ceiling fans, drawer & cabinet pulls, shower doors, garage door openers, and doorbells!, etc). These are items I've added on my own. Some yards have sod that looks well laid, mine was not good whatsoever! It's lumpy, bumpy, very poorly laid and full of crab grass. Overall, I'm satisfied. Good thing I like doing outdoor yard work! This yard needs a lot of work...

My experience was good and everything worked out great at the end.

overall decent experience - the biggest issue was with Ekta, the construction manager, she needed to do a much better job with finish out and getting stuff done right the first time. BEFORE WE EVER SAW IT. for this to be a new home there were way too many things that needed to be fixed. working with Randy to get all dealt with, but if she would have done her job better most of our issues would not have been - Randy and Norman are awesome!

While the process of paperwork is fast and not confusing. The workmanship the houses are mixed. Please check everything when going for a preview of the house as something can be missing. This can be small parts that are not too significant for rejecting, but sometime a whole piece can be missing. Example: Garage Door Strut Bar.

The home buying process was quick and easy for us. Everything was done via the app and the closing was done over zoom. We love the house!
