We like the house very much.

As long as Tom is the building manager, I will feel taken care of. From small issues to large, Tom was so easy to contact and fixed anything promptly.

The Lennar team was there from start to finish to answer any questions I had during the building process and still today should I need help sourcing any other services.

The whole Lennar team was extremely easy to work with. We constructed our new house while living in another state and never had any worries about how the building or workmanship was performed,,,, very pleased with our final outcome of our new home!!!!

We love our home. Lennar’s attention to detail and the great quality they put in our home make this a lovely place for us. We love the layout. Bedrooms are separated well. The bathrooms and kitchens are top notch. Lots of well thought of cabinet space and a generous pantry. Room sizes and closet space is such a great asset. The outside is so pretty. Beautiful landscape and a nice size lot. We have had our share of builders and Lennar is number one to us. Thank you Lennar.

Scott made our home buying experience wonderful. He is professional, patient, and knowledgeable of all the homes and all of the areas in Myrtle Beach. He listened to all our concerns in what we were looking for and took us on tours of several communities. He understood that we had to sell our house in order to buy a house with Lennar. He walked us through the whole process and was very patient and encouraging when we had a hiccup with our seller. We are so happy that we met Scott.
