Overall very happy with my home building and buying experience. There are some corners that were cut to save costs by Lennar that I feel should be reconsidered such as not including a refrigerator with purchase, as well as the glass door for the walk in showers. It is very hard to purchase a major appliance in the middle of financing for a mortgage and this is a huge added stress to the home buyer that shouldn’t be. The walk in shower glass not being included allows for hot/warm water to seep onto the floor at times even with a curtain up, and with rollout vinyl flooring this will overtime create a problem with the floors adhesive pulling up. The grading of the yard on the side of home was poor and doesn’t drain correctly which will cost me now to install French drain. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. For the money everything looks good and the designs are very well thought out. Upgrades in he cabinet quality and flooring would be a good thing. The ability to make minor changes in the interior would also be nice.

We felt that the value we received for the price paid was great. We love our house and look forward to personalizing it and making it our home

This team is most accommodating. Things were all done in a timely manner also they kept me updated. I am enjoying the lake view; this house is beautifully built. I wish I had another Lenin Closet.

I have not been in my home long enough to know how great the warranty service will be, but if they are as responsive as the items we found during the walk thru, then they will be Johnny-on-the-spot. From meeting the on-site realtor to closing, all of my questions were answered and concerns eased. Thank you Lennar Team which includes the personable and knowledgeable Lennar Mortgage loan officer.

As this was my first home I had many questions and concerns. All my questions and concerns were handled in a prompt and concerned way.

So far everything has been great. There were some minor issues but most of those have been resolved. There are a few issues that we will address once we get to the 10-month time frame to make sure there is nothing else that comes up. The only major issue we have had is our HVAC is making a loud noise when it cycles off. Paula at Lennar Warrenty is working on this issue with the HVAC company and the manufacturer. Ian our construction manager was great. He was very involved and kept us infromed with the progress of our build as well as addressing any issues we asked about. Overall very happy here since we moved in

My experience with Lennar was great. Everyone on there team was well appointed in their skill. I felt like I was in the right hands from the beginning. There were a few problems after doing the inspection but Lennar was quick to resolve them and made the process easy. I’ve had the pleasure of working with their consumer service team and I couldn’t be more happy with the experience. They were prompt and thorough with helping me take care of any problems. All in all I’ve been very happy and confident with my purchase. Thank you so much.

It went relatively smooth and was a great experience every step of the way.

All that was involved in this process were knowable.

Our only "large concern" we had with the builder was for the Granite countertops as the stone that was selected for our house had some spots in it that "did not" feel part of the granite at all. In fact every time we look at those 2 spots, it feels like its dirty or a stain, looks very unnatural in comparison to the rest of the granite.

We were over all happy with working with your team Eric, Justin and Chris they were really helpful. Painting inside the house could use a better upgrade in Paint and the landscaping could have been better if the dirt under the sod was graded better before the sod was laid down..

This is the first NEW home I ever purchased, all the others were pre-owned homes. Our sales representative “Shannon “ did an excellent job in helping me through the process. The new home orientation was very good and Desmond was very thorough in showing me all the operations of the home. I have 2 comments, first the space for the refrigerator is not deep enough to accommodate a 25 - 27 cf. I had to buy a smaller 22 cf refrigerator. The space needs to be 36” not 24” deep. The last comment is there should be a written outline of the house orientation, naming service companies by trade (ie) HVAC, sprinkler system, on demand water heater, etc. given at time of the walk through. We’re too busy trying to absorb all the information at walk through. Also provide the name and phone number of whom we contact in needed service repairs. ... More

The buying process was smooth and quick.

Learning experience and for the most part a good one.

Moving to South Carolina from Florida was a big step for me and my family. Finding a new home became the spot lights for us. Lennar homes made our pick really easy. We have 3 kids and finding a home with well spaced rooms, open living rooms spaces and storage spaces are critical. The Lennar team also made it easy along the way, everyone was very helpful and provided key insights and suggestions along the way. Over all this was a great experience!

Karl the sales person was great. Can't say enough good things about him. John Proffitt mortgage person was great very informative. Both of these people made the home buying experience stress free. The only problem we have is responsiveness to warranty issues. This has been sub par

Found a house almost ready to move in. Able to finalize and close in two weeks.

Our home buying experience was not stressful. We did a complete walk through a couple of weeks before closing and then a final check the morning before we closed. Any items that needed to be addressed after closing were handled in a very timely manner.

Very pleased with our house purchase from Lennar. The buying process was easy and straightforward. They don't let you customize anything really, but that's a good thing for me. There were several items brought up during the final walkthrough that were not fixed as requested (even though the construction manager tried to convince otherwise), but they have been worked on after the closing. Overall, I would recommend Lennar for others looking to buy a new construction.
