At first glance Lennar homes look like a dream. That is only at first glance. The quality and workmanship is horrible. Paint slopped everywhere, granite that doesn't quite fit, boards protruding from walls, baseboard separating from walls, doors that wont close or lock, electrical issues, misshapen walls/ceilings, patched holes EVERYWHERE, you name it, Lennar construction will mess it up and then try to hide it from you. Issues from walkthroughs has not been resolved upon close - had to put a work order in, it took Lennar 4 months to address issues. Still have two work orders in one from January and one from February. Only a few issues have been resolved, and many issues have came back after repair. Lennar reps pass the buck. Not so much a pleasant experience. Communication with sales rep was non existent, but called only when they needed something done on their end.
