Wish they used a little better products; especially lawn and outdoor features

Lack of communication during build. Home finished 3 months late. Home was built well, minor issues right off the bat.

We have reported several issues with workmanship, delivery was not timely and communication of change not well managed, issues reported still outstanding and not settled or fixed..

A good value for the money. Our house is very open and on one floor. I wish you had a few more options like larger laundry room, room for storage, etc. We had a bad construction manager which made for a bad process and many unfinished items once we moved in. Lennar’s process was not built for as many items as we had. However, they eventually were all completed. They need to ensure they look at each home with a critical eye before allowing someone to move in. If not for this experience, my rating would have been much higher.

It’s too early to tell about the quality of the workmanship, but Paul and Alex were great. They answered and responded to questions in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is with Bruce, the new home consultant. He was more of a sleazy car salesman than someone there to actually help you through the process. I would never purchase another Lennar house if he was there.

Lennar stands by their homes. I had some issues yet they resolved them. It took a lot longer than I wanted yet it’s done now and I love my home

Customer service follow up is marginal

Quality control isn’t very good.

The building process revealed many problems that came up - some still exist and can not be corrected .

A couple of weeks after moving into my home, I began to see that doors would not fully close. Floor boards are loose. And a window is cracked. I've listed these issues in another survey with no response.

Lennar is too slow completing repairs because of their reporting system.

Although they did a great job at contacting me but they should hire more quality vendors. The rack or hanging shelf in my master closet came off the wall..right after their vendor fixed, it came off again.. i called Lennar warranty service and tell them the closet wall need additional studs to support the shelf. They were more interested and asking me why the vendor did relocate the shelf or maybe there was too much weight, than listening to my concerns.

Almost everything has been fixed.

Process needs to more transparent and streamlined. Too many surprises. Too many financial manipulations. ie. listening price $178k. Corner lot add 5k. Final cost 183k. 17k builder contribution after adding 17k to the final price. I just got a headache trying to to wrap my mind around this process. There is shortage of housing. Homes will sell at a good profit for the builder without resorting to marketing/gymnastic acrobatics. Straight forward 1+1=2 will go a long way of creating healthy communities that all Lennar organizations will be proud of. What do I know!

Ron, our sales agent was the BEST part of the process. Customer service response to warranty items since closing has been spotty, not always timely, and certainly not going out of their way to meet customer expectations. I think it depends on who is assigned to your property. Have to stay on them and follow up multiple times to get issues resolved.

Do your homework. Use another builder!

Many finishing issues and double work for subs to come back and fix. Had issues with garage floor, paint, garage door etc

The home is alright but not great. If you want to mix and match you can forget that idea. Lennar has specific color schemes you can choose from, but you cannot take an item of a specific color scheme and then a different item from another color scheme and combine them to create a color scheme that suits your individual needs. The interior paint color of home will be white and only white. For the majority of your home it will be a flat white that cannot be cleaned. If you try and clean it, the paint comes off the walls. In the "wet areas" it is semi gloss white. So when you walk through the models and see two-tone paint that is just an illusion, it is not an option. The painters rush through the job, we are still scraping paint off of the floors. When we first moved it we thought the house looked great, but after living in it for a few months, we are starting to see things that look like they just rushed through it so the could get onto the next one. ... Nice homes and usually easy to work with. The exception is the management company that Lennar uses; Campbell Properties- They are HORRIBLE! Difficult to get answers to questions and almost impossible to get a call back.

The structure and neighbors are great. The process with the mortgage loan by Eagle was not good. Communications with the sales staff after signing the agreement to purchase essentially disappeared. Transparency from the corporate group is/was questionable regarding the status of the overall property transactions. Getting a straight answer regarding an estimated completion date for the amenities center continues to be a challenge.

Buyers should receive a gallon of mineral spirits and a box of razor blades at closing to clean up all of paint overspray and tile adhesive. Plus floors were filthy at possession when Lennar had ample time to clean and dead bugs were everywhere!

Cheap materials used for the construction, very bad responsiveness to the issues.

I don’t recommend. Built fast and cheap!

A lot of avoidable warranty work items.

Lots of things undone. Quality terrible, low class Very disappointing
