make sure all items are completed and done properly because you have a great hassle trying to get them resolved with the 'Warranty/customer service dept". Also, really check the outside of your home for slope and drainage... it has been 4 months and the drainage/slop from and between homes has yet to be properly addressed. there are times we have a small bass pond between the homes. it seems there is always something else to blame vs fixing the problem! will strongly stray away from a Lennar build again.

I was expecting better quality and customer service. I still have issues that are taking too long to been resolved and hope some one do something about it as soon we get out of this virus situation.

A lot of patch work around the house that we are just now noticing. Paint job was definitely subpar. Wood floors have so many chips in different corners. There is cement on my grass from when they did the back porch. Patch job around the ceiling fan outlet caps. Let’s just say there are a lot of signs that the home was made in a rush. Really annoying but improvements in terms of workmanship are needed

Everything was good up to the closing of our property, we been having some serious issues within our landscaping, and after reaching to them several occasions for options in how to fix the issue, not for them cover the expenses, but for us to get guidance on how-to work the issue. This is a huge "red" flag in any future problems that might come up, which is a shame since everyone up to this point were been really helpful from Sales (Julie) and Finance (Alex) true MVPs. I hope that we can get it sort it out.

Home was not ready at 2nd walk thru

They don’t fix things after you move in. Seems the house is cheaply made.

Get everything in writing and all work completed before you close.

Submitted a work ticket to have my doorbell relocated due to it being extremely low compared to other houses and visibility of doorbell camera for my household safety & security. Followed up with sending messages to representative and have not received any response.

Beautiful houses do not inspect or follow up contractors on the quality of their materials and finishes when delivering “the house of my dream

We love our home. We love the Next-Gen aspect. However, we have had electrical issues, cabinet doors instead of being replaced when drilled wrong, painted over and flipped around. Backyard littered with trash...not just construction materials you would expect. Interior floor a mess when we moved in with adhesive left on it. Some of the outlets look like they are puckered out of the wall. I tired of typing things...

It is a nice neighborhood, the design & rooms in our unit are fair to good. We did have so many issuses to be addressed which took forever until Don ,the construction manager took over, then things started getting fixed, he is a good man. The HOA is Ok as of now , but once the so called resort style pool gets built , then our HOA will more then double which. is very High & Unfair. And I may add when the so called resort style pool gets built it will be a very small pool for the room that is there ,which was & is very misleading. The windows are Terrible, the condensation is overwhelming at times. I didn't buy a brand new house to put buckets on the floor so it catches the condensation running off the window sills. Also we have dead spots or zones in our home for our internet. There is NO over the stove ventilation. The driveways in the complex should have been longer because most people have two or more cars, that would have been nice. I did pay an additional $10,000 for a site upgrade which I think was much, much too high to look @a man-made so called lake. The workmanship in general was rushed, so I would rate it fair. Sloppy workmanship Cheap materials

The agent was amazing and she worked out a fantastic price. Worked with us on our time table to sell old house and was just an overall great person. The neighborhood is top notch and is the primary reason to move here. However!! The workmanship on the model home shows they rushed it and cut many corners. Flooring is uneven, ceiling dry walking was poorly done, Ethernet runs are bad, rokus access points are pointless, base boards already coming off and random holes where dry wall should meet in tiny corners. We knew what we were getting and accepted it. They just should have never built it this rushed. I would have Lennar build next time. ... More

We are now going on for five months since we have move to our new house and so far we have two toilet bowls that have clogged. This is just for regular use, object was put in, just regular use and appropriate toilet materials. I suspect the toilet bowls are the cause.

Final quality is compromisesome material is cheap specially in bathrooms

Lennar could do better. In an effort to push out as many homes as possible, they missed the mark on quality and service. It’s unfortunate because it could be a great value, and many of the people involved want to provide a better product and experience.

The homes are nice but quality and attention to detail is not great. The paint on the outside of the homes is so poor quality it already looks like they needs to be re-painted. In a few years the neighborhood won't look good if homeowners don't paint. The builder could at least put gravel down the walk way so it is not mud, which is causing homeowners to leave their garbage cans in the front yard. The common areas are not maintained, weeds over a foot tall in the parks and greenbelts. There are a lot of little things that add up to a lot of aggravation.

Be sure you are totally aware of what you will get going in to avoid disappointment. Closets are outfitted cheaply with coated wire that will need to be replaced sooner than expected. Lennar placed houses without regard for privacy, butting patios and windows directly opposite one another and leaving new owners with challenges. Simple mirror image placement would have solved the issue, but there was no thought about that by Lennon. Similar lack of thoughtfulness was shown in our master bathroom design, where the door was positioned to open directly into the wall with the towel rack, result easy for Lennar inconvenient for home owner. Quality could have been much better and for the amount of time it took to build. I would expect more. The lack of options is terrible. The “everything included” sounds great until you actually are in the buying process and you can’t add any options. You can pick counters, cabinets and floors. We weren’t even allowed to pick our paint color. They used flat paint everywhere in the house besides the wet areas which is easily marked and not easily cleaned. We decided to repaint the whole house before moving in because of it. Many neighbors are regretting not doing the same. They give what THEY think makes people happy and skimp out on the rest. Sales and our construction manager were the best I’ve ever had throughout my years. Moving from Virginia I had to adjust to the ways of the area. Some materials were at the lower end and some workers didn’t take pride with their job. Still waiting for a warranty item to be fixed for a second time.

My wife and I were happy with our Lennar buying experience until we found mold behind our kitchen cabinets. We only discovered this because we decided to upgrade the kitchen on our own after purchase. Lennar was good about fixing the problem after the fact and checking the vanities for mold, but the moldy kitchen cabinets were never replaced even though they promised to do so. Even though we remodeled the kitchen, we had plans for the original cabinets elsewhere in the house. We paid for them, so we should have been reimbursed. It has been over five months and we still have yet to see new cabinets or even hear from Lennar management about the problem. Overall, I love my home and my location. However, I would definitely recommend Lennar tanking a good look into their manufacturers/materials/ vendors/ mortgage company & title company. Also, looking into training their employees and customer care.

Waited months for some repairs , you write work order day after day. Caller Regional manger just get the run around.

It’s been extremely difficult to schedule after sale repairs and there appears to be a complete lack of communication on the Lennar team.
