Overall good experience due to all this Covid situation.

The only issues I had with the complete experience was with the mortgage people and their under writers. The mortgage staff were not that responsive and could have cost me a lot extra money by not paying attention to the market and how the interest rate was going up. I would hope that their job was to help people get the best rate and to watch what was happening and advise the buyer to lock in sooner then they did. The sales team and all the construction managers who work on the site have been excellent and are a pleasure to work with.

Lincoln was great in resolving punch list items.

There is no clear communication on who should we reach out to in case of any support required. Also, I was disappointed that support takes a long time to respond to any help.

I was not very impressed whatsoever with the entire process. Never once did my salesman take the initiative to send me any photos of the construction process being that I am out of state. They told me they would do that. If the non-English-speaking crews that came in to complete each phase was not paid until the work was done to satisfaction, the quality of work would be much better. I feel as though there is absolutely no supervision, just everyone collecting a pay. sure, the houses look great from the outside but speak a different story upon closer inspection. The lending process was like being harassed. I basically had to tell my loan officer that I have the means, via my investments, to purchase the house in cash. That’s when he backed off. I think he was fearful of it I was going to go ahead and do so, especially because interest rates were quickly rising. Has been difficult to get the dying grass in my yard replaced due to springer system being inoperable for a good amount of time.

Well, I felt during my home buying process, the communication between different departments was lacking in which it affected me at times. There are too many websites that Lennar has and getting on the portal wasn't user-friendly.

Overall we are very pleased with our new home. COVID-related issues caused delays and unexpected changes but I don’t fault Lennar for those. The home is well built. External issues should have been avoided. Our home is on a cul de sac and was positioned such that the driveway has to be curved. The issue is complicated because utilities and a street light are located adjacent to the driveway. Lennar is working with the county to improve access, but this should have been addressed long before closing. The same issue affects other nearby homes on our street and the next street with a cul de sac.

Overall I’m happy I went with lennar, trying to work with lennar mortgage was a complete nightmare. So I ended up going with a different mortgage company.

Overall happy with the home. Unfortunately the closing was delayed a few times, no fault of our own.

This is my second Lennar home. I purchased this home because of the craftsmanship in my first Lennar home. Unfortunately Lennar did cut corners in the craftsmanship in my new home which was twice the price as my first Lennar home.

Very good homes but the mortgage process needs improvement

The quality of materials used to build the home is top notch. Also the built-in technology is great, such as solar panels, water leak detection, sprinkler system, fire alarm, ring alarm, etc. Customer Care has been quite responsive to resolving issues.

During the build process, Lennar did a great job of communicating the process via a weekly email. Unfortunately, beyond anyone control, the process took way too long. The impact of Covid-19 on the build was huge. Materials like windows seem to take forever to arrive. Matt and Tina were very good and providing updates. I have built many homes in the past. The overall workmanship on this home is average. There have been many minor issues that we found after we moved it. Lennar has been responsive in making the changes, but I feel like Lennar should have caught many of these in the process of QC'ing the work from their partners. Lennar was upfront regarding request to changes in the home. Lennar does not modify the home from the specification of the model. Simple request to add additional outlets were not agreed too, which meant having an electrician come in after we moved in to add outlets. This would have been much easier before the drywall and painting were done. Overall, we are happy with the home. Our sales rep TK was awesome and really made it a smooth process. They have been responsive with messages pertaining to issues we have brought up but there are things that still remain that were supposed to be fixed or cleaned that have not been. I will say that the quality of the finish work was not very good. Also the paint they use is terrible quality.

The house was very dirty on move in. Floors, inside and outside of all cabinets and carpets were very dirty. Caulking at baseboards was very sloppy throughout house. It looks terrible. Management of contractors was poor which led to long delays due to failed inspections of power and gas connections into house. I have had many new homes. This was the worst exoerience on a home build

The floor plans are amazing. The space inside the home is incredible. I love it.

Smart home, smarter designer. I like the way they think for all details using in these homes.

Good value overall, but lots of cracking on walls and paint spills on floor.

Everyone in this process has been amazing. However the 2 areas identified above were less than helpful. Loan Process: Slow response on loan process. Duplicate loan process requests. Very confusing. Sales department: The sales office was less than helpful and not professional at all.

My overall experience was good. I do not want to fault them for the craft folks they hire and workmanship that they do. There were items along the way that concerned me, but overall most were taken care of. I have yet to receive my exterior house colors for touch up . I have emailed my salesperson and he keeps sending me the same document of the items included in the house, BUT I want to know the NAMES of the colors used for the exterior. Anyway, for the price at the time it was a good value.

Our best experience came with the team who met us at the home; the Construction Manager “C” who should in my opinion play a much bigger part with Lennar. The young man who did the walk through was fantastic and made us feel comfortable. Anna was very warm in person and helpful. We have NO love for your Loan Department at all. The lie “$11,000 towards your closing cost” shouldn’t be used anymore. Though there was a bright spot with “J” the rest of everyone else was unprofessional and extremely pushy. I have been very vocal in discouraging anyone from financing with Lennar. There also is a person who needs remedial sales and customer service training in your “Home Protection Mortgage Insurance”. He was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. We do love the home, however there things that could be done to improve it. Our overall experience and totality of it all is a C plus. ... More

I feel like they are in such a hurry to throw these houses up that the workmanship gets compromised. I have been in my home for 2 months and have had multiple repair orders put in 4 things that should have been taken care of the first time. I feel like once they get your name on the dotted line you are just a number. They are more concerned with getting their bonuses then the customer experience of getting a quality product. Not having a pool in Phase 5 was a terrible decision on the part of the builder. 1 pool for all of Belle Harbor is ridiculous.

Underwriting is tough but trust your getting a good home build! A home with good bones, & good materials. Lennar is excellent at responding to issues. They make sure you love your home! They guide you virtually every step of the way! If you choose lennar like we did you will not regret it just be diligent and don’t overpay!

Quality of materials is not great compare with my first home with Lennar. I am not happy with value of the price paid.
