I have struggled to get the "Exceptions/Punch List" worked on after closing. It is push and nag but still nothing. I am working on escalating now to see if I can get anyone at Lennar to respond and get the list of things completed.

The buying process was fantastic. Working with Lennar mortgage and salesperson was a great experience. However the process was rushed and the build reflects that. On the final walkthrough I did not see a completed house and had to go on faith the remaining items (gutters, weep holes, flooring) would all be addressed having to sign just a few hours later. It took 3 months to completely address the original exception list from the final walkthrough. Builder grade: put in decent brushed nickel faucets, but the cheapest looking chrome towel bars you've ever seen. Builder grade: terrible quality carpet. Builder grade: worst white/gray/pink undertone paint on ceilings, walls, doors, and trim...looks like a concrete basement. There was a huge error in the living room ceiling that they didn't mention, but we noticed it. It took several tries to correct and fix the texture. The Electrolux appliances are subpar. We have built with Lennar before. The 1st build was a great experience without any craftsmanship issues. This time, we were not satisfied with the workmanship, and we are still experiencing HVAC issues that have yet to be resolved.

These are slap together homes contracted with the lowest bid subcontractors. They do NOT care about quality. They want you to believe you are their priority. Once you sign. Goodluck with any warranty repair. Their contract states they have 60 days and we have been waiting double.

Overall a great sales experience. After we purchased, warranty issue after issue. The roof had 15 cracks from poor workmanship.....still no warranty resolution. Many neighbors shared the same experience with the roof.

A tale of two Lennars

The sales team is second to none. Responsive, customer oriented, etc. The construction and warranty team are not cut from the same cloth. Not my job, not covered, hustle to get us to sign off on shoddy work. The sales team went above and beyond to make things right.

We love the space, and location the agent was great the guys that we have worked with are super helpful....but cheap paint, cheap fixtures, the granite turns dark green to black has chips in it. Faucets spit, toilets don’t flush properly, paintwork on trim peeling.

In all honesty the town homes are beautiful but the craftsmanship and attention and caring of details were terrible, they don’t complete the house 100% more like 93% I shouldn’t have to ask them to fill in cracks or fix screen doors etc.

Great Buying Experience - Poor follow-up an attention to finishing

Our sales rep Vivian was excellent. She was informative of the process and responsive with any and all questions. Jamal our managing rep however was the polar opposite. It started with no showing me on my initial walk through and having someone arrive an hr late to cover for him. Final touch requests weren't completed or done haphazardly (paint, etc.). I still have a broken rack installed in my linen closet I requested to be changed out in early December still sitting broken. In talking with my new neighbors, they have had similar follow up experiences. Pretty underwhelming.

During original walkthrough we asked for things to be fixed. We waited 3 months for one thing to be fixed. The paint was still over the face plates that we removed. There is still a light switch no one can tell us what it operates. The front door is still has a wide crack that we are trying to find a way to repair it. Lastly we questioned why it takes so long for the hot water to heat in the kitchen sink and the master bedroom. It would of been nice if there s things were taken care of before or even slightly after we moved in.

Sheetrock, trim, paint sub par, but the unit was cheap so I expected that. I am happy with my purchase, but the quality could have been better. I have not had an issue so I do not know the responsiveness. Sales team was great to work with, but the construction quality was poor.

Please have someone from customer service contact us, we have been struggling with fixing the open items. We have had our replacement cabinets on order for 4 plus months. We have a leaky faucet that has been reported 5 times or more. Need an important person to contact us. Our out side electrical panel needs replaced. All items reported since original report.

The purchase of my home from Lennar on the beginning was great. Lennar’s agent Tina was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the home and what was included. Dealing with the construction ma abet Matt was also great during the building process. We were delayed in closing and he kept us informed on the delays. The workmanship was lacking a lot. Flooring tiles uneven throughout. Dry wall was not even and to many of the screws were not covered. Garage floor was not troweled properly.
