I absolutely love my home and have enjoyed working with Chad Aycock and John Faircloth. Matt from customer care has been helpful too. My main issue has been with my property. The yard was poorly graded and the yards are not 100% sodded. This is causing erosion on the back part of my property. The poor drainage was causing a lot of standing water on my property and it took a few months for it to be fixed. The issue has been addressed and a French drain was put in. Love our new villa. Four months and still no answer on how to clean the stucco off sliding glass door tracks. Seven homeowners unhappy with same problem. Hope this gets a response. Super still trying to find an answer. Should have been fixed immediately.

We have a pair of defective double panel window install and found out after we close the sale. Garding and landscaping need to work on how to manage the water drainage system works for the long term of the house. Buying a house is long term investment perhaps and I hope the builder can focus more on quality control and extend customer care after the house is closed.

Lennar is a big company and will push you around if you let them. Don’t let them. Workmanship is ok, it’s goibg to depend on the contractors they hire. Just make sure you keep track of things and don’t let them get away with poor workmanship. Full disclosure: Our house was prebuilt so we didn’t get that chance and your mileage may vary.

The workmanship of the home could be better. The home is settling really quickly, showing some work that could've been done better. There are no walk-out basements which was not disclosed and no porch or patio out back which also was not disclosed. There is water pouring outside the back of the home constantly and I don't know why. This "new" stuff is not all that great.

The home we bought from Lennar is perfect for us to downsize into. The floor plan is perfect for empty nesters. Lennar did provide a lot of extras for the price of the house. For the most part Lennar has responded to issues we have. One area that we have been ignored on is the grading in the back of the house. I feel there is a low area that needs attention but have not been able to get them to respond even after sending pictures of ponding. Nail popping on the walls is not considered a warranty item. I do wish builders would use screws to install sheetrock inside the house to avoid ...

They will build you a nice house, just make sure you get everything in writing and even then be prepared to either wait or have to go back and forth about it. They don't always do what they say they will do. I would avoid closing on a house in the winter as all the spring things they say they will comeback and do have not happened. And finally, I would suggest you just get the full sod package because if you don't you will regret what they do instead.

House is made of goof products but Lennar tends to rush some of the construction in which now warranty has to get involved and that is a never winning battle. Overall the house is good, the grading is bad, but we are happy overall.

House is just ok. Builds cheap material and finish work is not that great. Final inspection finds weren’t fixed and never really were for a new house but that is Lennar’s standard on their builds. Our common area was all done and Lennar drives their construction trucks to drop off new material for new home building community next door tearing up the grass and making a mess.

Our experience with Lennar has been mixed. The buying process went smoothly, communication was good, and the home was finished on time. Overall, the purchase experience was positive and the quality of the home appears solid so far. After moving in, we noticed a few issues. There are some grading concerns around the property that we will be requesting to have addressed. After Closing is all downhill

Lots of issues that the CM could have caught before final walkthrough. Planting dead trees in the backyard and tried to convince us it is alive and well. Poor painting, lazy finish. Contractors parking all over streets. Garbage left behind daily from contractors. Rude follow up when needed repairs or assistance. Overall I’d never buy with Lennar again after this experience. It was extremely stressful after closing and it just didn’t need to be.

We bought a Lennar home in Arizona and we were very pleased about the quality of the home. Our experience in Texas has not been the same. Not one towel rack in 3 bathrooms. No loop in the garage for installing water softener or water filtration system. No refrigerator or laundry washer or dryer. No hooks in bathroom. Over $8000 in expenses. Plus no garage door opener or painted walls in the garage. No baseboards in the garage as well. I’m sure all these things left out will have an immense impact on Lennar’s bottom line. We truly like our new home. However, the process of getting there was a little rough. The loan process - really bumpy, then they sold our loan. The responsiveness to issues with the house, and there were several, has been slow to resolve and have had to keep after them to get some of the items fixed.

For a new home, I found so many mistakes, it’s unbelievable. The washer area was flooded, the wall and floor were soaked and stained. They still haven’t fixed it yet. I am concerned there may be mold in the wall now. The wall is yellow with the water stains. The cabinets have small cracks in all of them. If they don’t fix them, I heard when it gets very hot, they will just open. The dishwasher is roasted in the outside, and a few other mistakes. I am so sorry for that review. I hope they fix those mistakes, so my review will be so much better next time.

My only request during the whole home buying process was for the house to be cleaned prior to closing. During my initial tour of the home there was paint splatters/spills on the floors and in the showers, which I was told would be cleaned up prior to closing. The paint was still there during the new home celebration, and once again, I was told the house would be cleaned prior to closing. Needless to say, none of the paint was cleaned up when I picked up the keys after closing. Disappointed that they didn’t do the only thing I requested. Home buying process was very simple and quick!

The home buying process was easy… I’m a first time HB so, if things were complicated I would have known. I did not have a realtor, after my initial interest, I could not get a realtor. The materials are very cheap and the damage to the material during the build are not replaced or repaired. My new home came with extra tenants (rodents)! I cried for nights because I couldn’t believe I moved into a new home with RATS! I called the rep that said “call if you need anything”! I never heard back from here. I’m thankful to have a home and I ask God to bless our home!

We have been in our home for a little over 30 days and we have had to call warranty on a few things, however the builder is nice and will come fix what needs to be fixed. Its a little disappointing with some of the workmanship as the workers had urinated in the tub while it was being built. We ended up getting that replaced before we closed. This is a starter home for my husband and I and overall it has been an ok process, but some things need improvement with the build process.
