Lennar has some really nice floorplans and finishes but the process could be better. The super we had kept lying to us instead of looking into things. For example, we asked about the flooring and he said the flooring was glued down but when the flooring needed to be repaired we found out it was floating flooring. For a track builder there were so many inconsistencies from one house to the other. Not too sure if we would buy another Lennar home.

Fixtures, wall plates, garage doors, doors in general seem to be very cheaply made. A little surprised at that.

Not the best value for the money.

Lennar is very responsive prior to closing, after closing I have discovered many issues with the house and the response has been slow. The quality and workmanship is not the best and the HOA management company, employed and controlled by Lennar, is very picky and intrusive.

Amazing home - horrible flooring

We've been in your house for 5 months now and reported repairs that need to be done in my opinion too long, we are still waiting to get our deadbolt locks fix they are supposed to be able to be controlled by an app we have to constantly contact whoever was in charge in getting it fixe, we needed one of our Walls by the side gate to be painted and it wasn't why did they not just painted it when they painted my next door neighbor's house I find that to be stupid to end my review things are going to get fix I just wish it would have been faster

While the sales contact I worked with did seem like a used car dealer, he did stay late to get the sale. Lennar hasbeen caught with their hands in the cookie jar a few times. Lennar owns Eagle Mortgage and Eagle Mortgage owns the appraisal company. This allows them to get to closing quickly, which is very nice for the buyer. It also makes it very easy for lennar to put loan packages together that it shouldn't. I am lucky, most of the process was easy and efficient. It's not the best build quality in the final touches, but it is a solid house.

Lennar responds quickly to any issues, however their resolution process is poor. These are not high quality homes, however they are priced appropriately for the product quality.

Buying a home with Lennar was a good experience. Anessa the Lennar rep is what truly made it worthwhile. Other than that I have not had any issues so far except for not enough coats of paint on the wall and having to kill bugs inside the house due to them leaving windows open etc while building the houses.

The construction guys do a great job at laying the block, setting in the roof and handling most of the structural components. However, the outsourced painters, finishing trimmers, tilers and carpet guys are awful. Expect paint in the carpet and windows (the paint to basically be white chalk which comes off the wall when cleaning), the tiles to be irregular in height and to have missing grout (or just black mastic coming through the light tan grout). As a new home buyer, while under construction I would like to select certain things, like flooring preferences/colors, etc. With these homes you cannot make any changes.

The sales part of the home buying went well. Excellent support by sales (Paul). The closing and walkthrough didn't go so well. House was not ready at walkthrough. Communication could have been better but go through it. Construction manager was professional and built a friendship.

As if this moment in time , house is six months old, Lennar has been very responsive to our concerns. I have owned Lennar homes in the past, as long as you hire a home inspector at pre drywall and for the final walkthrough, Lennar has been cooperative in making any necessary repairs.

Should have a higher quality in the workmanship however these communities are built fast so this was not a huge surprise. Nail pops throughout the house and cracks in most window frames. Given the aesthetic issues we are overall pleased with the purchase of the home. Financed through lenses lender which made the process seamless.

The home is above average in construction but there are a number of things that need to be fixed. The construction appears to have been rushed and a number of items still need to be done even though it has been a few months since closing. Trees that were promised to be replaced by the agent haven't been replaced. We were told it was too hot to replace them this past summer, but no effort has been made to replace them since summer. Always get things in writing, even though I didn't do thst.

Alyssa was awesome and always kept us in the loop with what was going on. In terms of workmanship we have already replaced a lot of things in the house due to being or cheaper quality when we bought it but overall was a good experience.

I feel that a lot of things are overlooked. Simple things. The quality control of the different parts of the building process is far from good. I know good help is hard to find. There are things I believe you should change. The stainless sink in the kitchen are passé. There are many options besides stainless and porcelain. The tile work seems substandard. I like my house, but I think you need to get into current times.
