Hope they have a more knowledgeable project manager as far as codes & not tell you things he knows nothing about .

Appearance of house is beautiful, and rooms are bright and spacious. Personnel are friendly and accommodating.

Sloppy workmanship. While it is great that Lennar gives you a full year to file issues that you find with your new house and they would come and fix at no cost, I'd rather not have to do that. Especially on kitchen cabinets and outdoor paint job. These are issues that are easily spotted.

Multiple issues that took some time to fix. Slow response time. Paint is poor quality and they do the bare minimum. We moved into a smart house but it was a dumb house for a couple weeks due to no communication from builders and subs needed to hook everything up.

Overall good a experience. But critical construction mistakes were made which are being fixed. List: Leak in the foundation wall. Cracks and holes in the drive way. Lot boundaries incorrect (missed by engineers for lot 66 and 67)

Had a great time buying the house and love the aesthetic. The quality of the materials and workmanship is clearly low cost. Lots of little defects around the house that are noticeable. Responsive and promptness from the Customer Care team has been abysmal. Very difficult to get things fixed after you've purchased. Very disappointed with that aspect.

Be careful that you review all the promises that they make to you on the home. Review with the sales agent verbally any issues that you have and get them to put into writing any promises made. Review the extras in the house and make sure you get them when the house is completed. Find out exactly who will be handling any issues that arise. The walk through is important and put in writing what needs to be done and have their person sign for it. Verbal issues just disappear as does the rep they send with you. Make sure they review and meet with you to get the keys and the complex rules.

Lennar Homes at Aliana is over priced and interest rate isn't as competitive and anticipated.

Over all a good experience sad I had a horrible experience with eagle home mortgage. The worst possible treatment a client should ever receive. Jc

The homes here at Wildwing are very nice! We are extremely happy with our new home and quality appears to be good. We had a few small items along the way but I think that can happen with any upper end track home.

The people I worked with from the contract all the way through to the Home Orientation Specialist were amazing and everyone had great personalities. I have noticed as time has gone on, that the finish work in my home is very questionable. I definitely have a house that is structurally sound, however, on a daily basis I see screws/nails popping, caulking not applied well enough, etc. I have also heard that there is an issue with the annual reviews being completed on time or even people getting a response. I have not completed this process yet but I foresee this being an issue for me as well.

no mail for six weeks i am still ticked off, Lennar dropped the ball stop blaming the post office should have been done a year ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Initial trip here was told only one plot open which you still cannot sell next to horse farm, glad we came again to find other plots available, house is great price is right but could have been handled better in the beginning

Details such as scratched appliances, chipped counters, scratched bathtubs/showers were things I readily spotted through out the house after moving in. I also didn’t realize the house didn’t come painted like the model, the dining lighting wasn’t included, and the front landscaping is a joke. The landscaping looks nothing like the model. They literally put in random plants in no specific pattern. Ive already changed the lighting over the dining table as the cheap chandelier they put in looked nothing like the model. This review may sound negative but it’s actually not, I do love my house. I just find all the small details extremely annoying as I’ll have to fix it later $$$. I’m already planning on replacing the bathroom counters as the chips and stains I didn’t notice until after closing really annoy me. I’m also planning on completely redoing the front yard to look somewhat more decent, half of the cheap plants they put in are dead. They didn’t really choose appropriate drought tolerant plants for direct light etc. All in all, I’d recommend Lennar, but know that all included comes at the cost of the fine details. ... More

My lamps shake and rumble loudly when my wife walks in the master bedroom horrible built no firewall in the floors to keep noise quiet

I have had granite in 3 other homes and never had to seal it right after purchase. Home Depot gives a 15 year warranty on their granite purchases for kitchens and bathrooms. After I moved in I started to get stains on my granite in the kitchen and bathroom and that is when I found out I had to seal it. They have a full page disclosure in the thick purchase contract that covers them that they are not responsible for stains in granite. Very convenient. I put a sack of oranges on the granite and one leaked and now I have a huge stain on may brand new counter. I called a professional grout sealer company and they would not take the job as they said they can not guarantee on this type of poor granite. Lennar then sent someone out who said they can't do anything about it and said that was all they could do. After I pushed back. I understand they are sending someone out after the lock in place is over. My concern is why use such bad material in such an important location as kitchen and bathroom and why was I not warned upfront when I picked it out so I would have at least had a chance to pick something else out. So my brand new kitchen has a big old stain on my granite which to me only means they use substandard materials. ... More

Not enthusiastic when fixing issues presented by buyer.

Overall Lennar is a great company to work with. The staff that they have are very nice, great to work with and very responsive to issues. The area that is lacking is the details of the work. After moving in I realized that there are window frames that the nail marks that were covered with sparkle were never wiped/sanded down so there are just clay clumps all over the window frames. Also, we had 3 different water issues (dishwasher base cracked=water in basement, washing machine hose not tightened= water behind washing machine and on bathroom floor, cracked ceiling vent= water all over floor of bathroom during rain. Another issues is several nails sticking out of the carpet on the stairs. While these issues were definitely disheartening, I am still happy with our purchase overall. ... More

Overall, we are very pleased with our home! We have had a few issues with repairs after we moved in. Our Ring doorbell has not worked properly - we've been in the house for 4 months. They have come and replaced it twice now and it is still not working. We are waiting for the electricians to be back in the office(out of office due to COVID-19) to see if the electrical needs repaired.

House was suppose to be move in ready. They told us any issues would be addressed. (Not really). The virus only slowed things down more. It started several months before.

Happy with our purchase. There were minor issues after we moved but they helped us resolve it.

We do like our new home, but you do and will feel the subcontractors build .. this home could be called a custom, but nothing close .. The builder should of been more involved with every step, but in my opinion chose to stand on the sideline and watch the subcontractors take charge.. flooring and paint are the worse, and will take thousands to replace it up grade .. the structure is awesome but the bones are definitely the biggest disappointment..

Overall, the house was built to fast and cheap. There are things that have already degraded within the house such as flooring, and as well as in the yard with standing water. The house is beautiful from an outside glance, however, once taking a closer look, the imperfections tend to add on.

Overall satisfied with things- minor repairs that showed up shortly after move in.
