On-site customer service is great. If there are any issues, they are quick to fix them. Everything included makes life easier. The color that comes with the house is hideous, I wish they paint it all white so buyers can choose. I am happy with my decision to buy a house with Lennar.

The house is very complete besides options.

Good job in completing the job

Only issue is the abysmal site prep and landscaping on our lot. We have a pronounced drop off/slope in our backyard. We were advised that some basic ground covering could be expected come spring. Unfortunately all that appeared was clover and an assortment of weeds and nuisance grasses. Two trees were planted which didn’t didn’t survive to spring. Please be aware that Lennar does NOT provide any warranty on grass, plants, or trees after closing. If you have any concerns about greenery be sure to address those before you close.

Look behind all doors, cabinets, around windows inside and outside, behind commodes, all around garage.

They deliver on time, no hidden costs, honest staff. You are kept constantly updated.

Buying experience was good but we had few issues in the buying process. Provided different appliances to each individuals. Few got the updated ones. Responsiveness to issues in the house is slow

Roseanne is awesome. However, I urgent homeowners to check out their appliances. My frig is still not operational it it has been 4 months!

All the design and quality of furnishings with trims is great, they also gave special attention to the backyard and put very detailed work in the fences etc,

This is perfect for a part-time home.

The quality of the overall work could have been better. There were things during the building process that I caught that shouldn’t have been my job to catch. Also the sod was horrible, they had to redo it and it still is a mess. Sales Rep Gina was amazing and customer service Heather has been amazing! Overall still happy with my home but I feel as though Lennar needs to focus on quality over quantity as I feel they have gotten away from that.

We moved in winter 2021- our grass is terrible and Lennar does not warranty the lawn. My dishwasher didn't work. I have already had service on my dishwasher and stove and have only been in the house 3 months. They put cheap light fixtures in. We have replaced all the fixtures in the house (or should I say the boob lights). You can see sheet rock lines on the ceilings. The back siding was not finished - but Lennar did come back out to fix. I personally don't think I would by a lennar home in the future.

The sales department was amazing. The mortgage department is lacking at best.

A little unhappy with quality of drywall install and sod could have been layed more evenly.

We found the the Application then the Mortgage Application very difficult to complete especially using Docu Sign! We had just completed renewing another Mortgage at Hall Financial and UWM and it seemed very simple. Maybe there is something to be learned here

Not the best materials or workmanship. Stairs and 2nd floor creaks in several places. Too many places for the builder to fix without ripping out entire carpeting.

do a VERY good job of inspecting your home before closing. Get your list of problems in as soon as possible, it take Lennar's contractors along time to get to your problems. Lennar need to change the door on the laundry room so when the washer walks in front of the door it does not block the door from opening.

Great experience with loan officer

Lennar had nice homes but they go cheap on a number of items IE hollow doors and no shower doors. There were a number of quality issues and they are more interested in building the next house vs fixing the problems in existing homes

Cheaped out on paint quality and carpet quality. Besides that, excellent job.
