The location was key. I like the look of the townhouses but the roads and parking in the complex was not repaved, the gates and fences were not finished and many of the wires around the complex were not buried. Lots of outdoor things not completed when it was stated they would be done upon building of the houses.

There are lot of issues with padding and even bricks those are outside are not aligned correctly, people who are building has to be careful when they do that and also same as floor padding issues, working with Mario if he can help us Haven’t reached anything about bricks in alignment issue yet

We love our home and the process was relatively easy. Unfortunately they do not invest in their post closing customer care enough because getting small things corrected quickly turns into a frustrating back and forth

Good first home. Materials and workmanship isn’t the best but they are responsive to warranty issues, at least my rep is “terry”. Lennar sell a lot of homes so the cool “first home buyers” feel isn’t really there. They’re detached and focused on selling not really how i hoped . But terry helps. So does standing up for yourself when lennar people think they know what’s better for you. They work for you. Treat them that way, because you won’t really get a lot of personality from them. Overall good experience.

It's frustrating that the subs try to shortcut things and it reflects on Lennar; do it right the first time!

I was told the Community Activities Center would be ready to open in late 2021 and would be like National, I now hear they may not be identical and the opening has now been moved to the 3rd quarter of 2022. That's a big miss

Our overall experience was good, the Lennar team at Hidden Trails have been very responsive and helpful and therefore, they've made things better. However, I feel some the sub-contractors they use are careless and sloppy. We've had a lot of issues, and although most have gotten rectified in a timely manner, they could've been avoided entirely with better workmanship and materials.

I. Have some problems and waiting for help getting things fixt

Be sure to have all concerns documented and taken care of before moving in.

The buying of the house was quick and easy. Now if only the warranty work was as simple. Been waiting since we moved in in May 2021 to have the grading of the lot looked at since I have flooding issues from the neighbors sprinklers.

The experience getting into the home wasn't so bad but when we got in there issues started happening like paint peeling stucco peeling and a dip in the floor only after a month put in ticket requests 3 times sent pics and haven't heard back about anything somebody reached out to offer some discounts and a screen door but the issues never got fix so my rating started out a 9 when we moved in but has gone down because nobody has gotten back to me about repairs.

Horrible service for landscaping, but other than that great experience. When you install completely dead grass after 6 weeks waiting for it, that sucks because the homeowners can’t get it to grow at all!! The worst with the added features!!

The sale person Linda was out standing and the details during the building process. Ober all home was good. The attention to details need improvement our list of issues are around 10 items 3 months in.

Enjoying the new home overall. Sales Represntatives was accessible for questions. We did have have to battle Lennar to provide items/ detail work that were in the purchase agreement. Be prepared for “that’s within tolerance” when doing your walkthrough when there is clearly an issue.

Advertised as LUXURY and has many deluxe features but the flooring and painting were substandard. Some of the woodwork was sloppy. If you buy a Lennar home, be picky and note EVERY flaw on your walk through. Look behind every door, look for paint drips/runs. Our laminate flooring pops and creaks. We asked for repairs which were incomplete and made one area worse than before. I will be requesting additional repairs. Driveway terribly too narrow for two cars forcing us to spend additional time and money plus permission from HOA to widen.

Great price for the all inclusive concept.

These homes are good for first time buyers, who are not particular about quality. Although, this home cost over half a million dollars! I think it was overpriced for the the quality of the materials and the size of the home.

We did a virtual build and our consultant Karl was great about keeping us informed along the way.

Overall the experience with every rep was and has been great! Any time we need or needed assistance they would be there for us. However, I will say even though we purchased a lot of the higher end upgrades the install of them was very messy ie. Paint issues every where around the house, as if it was rushed, and so that was disappointing.

So far satisfied despite the satisfaction on construction maintenance has been dropped from beginning of purchase though.

Title company and Champion Windows are difficult to work with.

I would like other buyers to know that Lennar uses cheap labor, and that a lot of the work done on these houses will have to be redone. Please call me I can give examples. The journeyman workers to cheap labor ratio is really low so what the buyers are getting is not journeyman quality work. On the other hand, Cadence spends their advertising dollars making this place to be so great. Don’t get me wrong, I really like the recreation center, & everything that goes alone with that, but the quality of this home is not there. I had one of your construction folks tell me that “ it’s just a track home, you can’t expect great quality.” Just a track home? Buyers are paying a lot of money for “just a track home.” Don’t get me wrong I don’t need to be negative, but the truth doesn’t lie, and if you take these reviews seriously you know that what I’m saying is true and you should make some serious changes in the labor you hire, and that is more journeyman in every trade. Would that bump your costs higher? Yes indeed, but buyers can expect quality craftsmanship. ... More
