Very pleased with service from construction manager., Mitch. He was always available to answer questions and assist. Disappointed with sales representative. The day we signed agreement to buy house was the last time we heard from Patty.

In my opinion for the price point people are paying for these homes there should be much nicer products being put into them. I also think the buyer should be given more options to pick what products are in the home they are buying.

However, I feel like no one wanted to take responsibility for some of the issues that I was experiencing with my new home. Easily and quickly put it off on the development/management company that the house is associated with. Frustrating! I will say that I love my new home and I will work through the issues on my own which unfortunately will have to come out of my pocket because the management company believes that it is Lennar's responsibility per the warranty. I am stuck in the middle!

Love the experience of buying a home. I enjoyed most of the process. There were times at which it was stressful and chaotic but I didn’t plan on buying a home during a pandemic, either. Appreciative of what Lennar offers.

Really happy with the fact that everything was included. Anthony from construction is response, friendly and true professional. Premium materials were not premium at all.

Well designed floor plans. Keeps buyer well informed on progress. Initially very responsive to issues, but drifts to mediocre after six weeks. Work force appears to have incentives to build quickly, not well. Do-overs typically done by different entities so no one accountable. Cheapest grade HVAC, water heater, and appliances.

Good purchase! Still waiting on some things to be taken care of-

the craftmanship was not up to the standard due to multiple defects through out the house. Bad with painting job and missteps with installing of equipment/bathroom/windows. They are not paying attention to the detail

The individuals we worked with were great, but the quality of some of the materials for the price paid were below expectations. Since most of this was done through subcontractors, and given the region we live in, it is understandable that this was the case. This can be very subjective though given our move from a well priced area of the country to the PNW that is heavily overpriced for, in my opinion, no real good reason.

Good people to work with… decent home…but low end appliances…cheaper grade carpet….wall paint could be nicer…Not accustomed to subdivision where all the homes are relatively identical. Rate it 7 / 10

In general, I had a good experience working with the company- I wish they can be more prompt with complaints. We still have leakage in our powder room and outside faucet.

Overall, I am happy with the home. I like the floor plan and it works for me very well. Some things that I would note is that there were things that would have been nice to add, window screens, back door, medicine cabinets, entrance closet, and full grass coverage of back yard. Otherwise my buying experience was good.

The sale was a breeze but the receptivity of the project manager was negative. my back yard was missing sod and the rational provided by the project manger was very disappointing if not ridiculous!

Great house. Well designed with many desirable features. Finishing details were lacking. I believe if this house was not built during the pandemic the finishing touches would have been much better.

Material quality used in house is very cheap, the vinal floor and carpet are of very poor quality.

Have been very good with most problems, still have one inspection problem not fixed.

We like our home very much but the follow up of imperfections seemed not a high priority with Lenar

Unable to reach anyone in construction on a Saturday despite the fact that our house under construction was flooding from a broken pipe.

We love the neighborhood.

Alot of attention to detail issues, wood trim gaps, rough drywall spots, uneven trim, tile work is very bad, uneven floors, uneven paint and colors, gaps in drywall, crown moulding on cabinets were way off, small damage to several cabinet pieces. Besides that the overall experience was ok. We had an issue with the plot size that wasn't disclosed to us and after signing the contract we brought up the issue and the sales person said "I didnt know" which to me is not an excuse as they gave me an answer to the question before like that had known. Regardless we ended up losing over 6500sqft of backyard. Lennar wouldn't do anything about it. Just be sure the sales rep you're speaking to can give you plot size and items in your home in writing. The price of the home was competitive to the surrounding area and home was finished in the general timeframes given to us. I had a great experience with the Lennar Team. The agents were very knowledgeable, professional and patient. All transactions were done in a timely matter without any complications.
