New home consultant and Loan officer was very helpful in my home buying process. They really went above and beyond.

We have really struggled with the responsiveness of Lennar to repair items. The virtual assistant is a nice concept, but many of the repairs even six weeks later still have not been complete. This has dulled our overall desire to represent the company in a superior light. There are individual workers who are committed to their job, but many of the subcontractors are often late or they do not show for schedule appointments.

Great Experience of purchase !

It's a brand new house which is nice. Materials used are very low end. Quality of products could definitely be better. Workmanship also could be better. Lots of debris, construction material, paint droppings, etc left behind.

Overall the home buying process was fairly straight forward, however when I finally closed and moved into the house, the home was unfinished, there were chunks missing and scratched in my cabinets which should have been fixed when they were first installed since they were that obviously damaged, my attic access was the wrong size and was makeshift put together, the workers left a huge mess in my back yard and front yard of trash, pipe endcuts, and also the A/C wasn’t even hooked up so for the first week there was no A/C or heat. I would’ve been ok waiting and extra couple weeks to move in to have these issues fixed, but they said the home was finished and move one ready. ... More

Document after Document requested,sometimes for the same Document. Right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. Now the house: Lennar took short cuts or cost saving measures. After moving in found no water spigot for the back yard, no towel racks in the bathroom, no medicine cabinet in the bathroom, poor workmanship in gluing floor, no insulation in the garage. Inspect the house very carefully before you buy.

Quality of the finishing workmanship was not good.

The purchase price is reasonable. Overall, it's a good experience.

We found the people at Lennar generally very professional to deal with. From the sales process to the choices of site and features, through to the financing. The people at Lennar are generally very good, great to deal with personally, and knowledgeable about their products. We did shop around and did comparative pricing and found that Lennar pricing was reasonable. We had 3 walk thrus prior to our closing, all three were very informative and revealed the quality of the workmanship. However, our experience was not without a couple of difficulties. Two weeks after relocating into our new home, which is very nice by the way, our dishwasher became unusable due to a main processor failure. The dishwasher is considered a “non-essential” component of the home so replacement was not an offered option. We instead are having to wait about six weeks for a back-ordered part to arrive from overseas to repair the unit. While this is not a terribly serious problem, nothing like failing heat in the winter or toilets that don’t flush, it has been an inconvenience, particularly because of the long delay. We understand that supply chain problems are an issue at this time but that does not eliminate the problem. These things being said, we would rate our experience with Lennar as a 9/10. lennar is a serious and committed company

If you weren’t rushing to hit a close date to keep the transaction in the fiscal calendar I feel we would have moved into a more ready home and avoided the issues we face

I have had a few issues and the response has not been great.

Builder and sales agent were great.

Carelessness of the workers created dissatisfaction and more work! Many items on the punch list could have been avoided. Primarily the painters. 7 weeks after signing still don't have our surround for the fireplace and master shower door!

The quality of work was fair. The sales team was good.

We bought early, great value. We are new to condo living, had some initial issues that should have been resolved BEFORE we closed... took some time, but finally got done. Would appreciate a list of fees and the companies BEFORE we bought and closed... still unaware of who and how much to pay and when. Overall, I would defiantely buy from Lennar again !

Lennar has chosen Quantity of homes being built over Quality of those Homes. While Lennar Sales team , Customer Support team and After Sale Support team are awesome, the quality of construction has gone down. It is also imperative to share that different Lennar entities like Lennar Homes, Lennar Mortgage and Lennar Insurance, Lennar Title are so disjointed, that left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Most of the people these days are buying Lennar homes for investment and don't care much about the quality of homes and the issues that are there in new Lennar construction. Responsiveness to issues has been a problem.

Decent Home. Love the layout. Workmanship can be better. Noticed a bunch of crooked wall finishes and wall outlets.

Mostly all good, just still need two areas of stucco replacement completed.

It is an overall good value
