Pleased with our home purchase and pleased with the builder and the sales staff. After having lived in the house for a few months now, have three suggestions: 1. Sales staff needs to know the location of the neighborhood pool and actually visit it. 2. Fencing needs to be of a higher quality in workmanship. 3. Garages, if were about 2 feet wider, would be much more functional.

My new Lennar Home is a good value for the money, but like almost any new home and home builder, there were a few issues with workmanship. These issues were quickly and completely resolved to my satisfaction. I would have given the overall experience 5 Stars, but the mere process of building a home precludes ANY builder getting 5 Stars.

I like the quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the lawn care, the .security guard on duty, and close to shopping.

Still have dead plants around the house and have not heard from the electrician regarding moving the switches

The buying experience was smooth. I would buy from Lennar again!

THE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE AND THE PEOPLE PRE-SALE WERE WONDERFUL. EVERYONE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND REACTED VERY QUICKLY TO ANY ISSUES. HOWEVER, AFTER THE SALE SUPPORT IN SOME CASES IS LACKING. THEY NEED TO FINISH THE HOMES TO COMPLETION BEFORE MOVING ON TO NEW UN-SOLD HOMES IN THE DEVELOPMENT. MOST OF THE CURRENT HOME OWNERS IN OUR DEVELOPMENT FEEL THE SAME WAY. THERE IS SUCH AN EMPHASIS ON BUILDING NEW SOLD & UNSOLD HOMES THAT FINISHING EXISTING NEW OCCUPIED HOMES IS PUT ON THE BACK BURNER. SUGGESTION......FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEW PROJECTS.

The local sales person helped in every way that she could. The middle management of the sales department sold our house out from under us with no warning even though we had sold our house, put $10,000 down and were 6 weeks before their closing date. We had to find housing and spent 4 months waiting for another house to be built.

I truly like the everything included concept as there are no pricing add ons/surprises. The house is trust to move in ready with blinds and ceiling fans. Just add groceries, friends and furniture! This is my 2nd Lennar home and I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

No changes and limited choices.

I do love our new home, but I must say they dropped the ball on the finish work. Scratches on wood floors, nails protruding from walls, paint on carpet, dent in tub etc. It looks like it was rushed to complete and I don’t really think the finish workers cared that it was someone’s home. The neighborhood is great and the house is solid, but a bit more concern with the finished product would be good.

Grant and Sou with sales were great and were very responsive to questions. Chad and Jim with customer care treat us great and are always responsive to our questions and concerns. A little disappointed with the quality of the cabinets and the wood floor is a really low quality product. Would also like to have seen more interior paint color options.

We are overall happy with our new home, our home took about seven months to be built from the date we purchased it, and the home Is very modern and clean looking, the house is built with the latest materials in all areas, very energy efficient, LED lighting, appliances were included as well except for the washer and dryer, they are very good quality and not cheap base models, the only issue we had Word minor imperfections such as painting in very small spots, We pointed this out during our first home walk-through and some of it got fixed but some of it never was, The home itself is very good quality but I think the contractors they use for somethings do a quick rush job and don’t realize that things don’t look perfect, in our case it was just some of the painting in areas was a little out of place, The home itself is very good quality but I think the contractors they use for somethings do a quick rush job and don’t realize that things don’t look perfect, in our case it was just some of the painting in areas was a little out of place, (i.e door frames look like they were painted too much and started to drip then then dried that’s way, front door paint can easily tell it was touched up with a brush therefore has a different pattern in small areas) ... Positive: The follow-up of the construction manager and assistance from customer service Negative: Sales; unresponsiveness and unnecessary stress including incorrect documentation, sales price, closing experience. Took up to 5 months waiting to receive my home and even then it was at the last moment to go to closing because of missing CO. A lot of unnecessary costs could had been avoided but the stressed caused by the sales agent will NEVER be forgotten. Good construction company but expected a better experience such as K HOV.

Lennar makes the home buying process very easy.

Sales team (James) was very supportive and helpful, even months after the sale. Resolution of punch list items was handled slowly but very professionally and thoroughly by Lennar staff (Danna).

Lennar sells a great product! Value was important and we definitely received that with our new home. As with any new home, there will be some issues that have to be addressed after purchase but Lennar’s CustomerCare team is quick to respond.

The Lennar home buying experience went well except for one thing. I had an unexpected medical issue and asked for an extension on the closing date. Lennar denied it and it almost cost me the home.

Lennar has used mediocre materials in the home which reflects the price paid. Response time for getting things fixed is good.

The overall experience was good. We ran into delays but that’s expected. The sales staff was great, the customer care experience post closing has been great. The construction manager was average as he was not as detailed and peculiar as needed (thus resulting in lots of fixes afterwards). The worksmanship of the subcontractors used are average, could be better. However, any issues we’ve had since closing, they’ve addressed with no argument so that part of customer service is superb.

For the price of the home it matches the quality.

I was in the process of looking into my first house for last 3 years, and finally Lennar had the one that was my first Home.

we moved in March 2018, so far we haven't had too many issues and when we do have issues they are looked and possibly resolved within 7 - 10 business days. We live on a Greenbelt and a development vacant lot that is supposed to be cleaned up - well the Greenbelt is a weed infested eye-sore the weeds/misc plants are as tall as the iron fence (5-5.5ft) and the vacant lot that is supposed to be grassed with sprinklers is a catch all for the construction workers for concrete, bricks and extra dirt from other areas - large dump trucks come and dump misc stuff and a small back hoe brings bricks, concrete chunks, etc...we have notified the sales office and the HOA office and still get the same answer "we are working on it" "we will keep you posted" -- so far nothing. ... More

Mostly a positive experience but disappointed in craftsmanship in some areas.

We have had some gardeners out to re seed the dead areas a few weeks ago, we have watered day and night (which is at our cost) grass is still patchy, we are very disappointed, we would like to see the garden re turfed so we do not have to go through this hassle.
