Our Lennar home is well built. We love the floor plan and the upgrades they added.

Overall a very good home in a desirable community. For a home of this price I would expect them to polish out the details a bit better from the get go though. They do have Sam, who is excellent at taking care of those issues...after the purchase. No major issues so far though. One advice - if you get limestone tile - seal it right away. Happy with the purchase overall!

Nice home, but some touch ups required by Lennar and the owner.

1. The quality of the drywall tape job in the ceiling was very visible in master bedroom, great room, and kitchen. 2. Some of the painting details was marginable. Paint shown on light fixtures, handrail and excessive paint shown on walls. (stairwell & hallway) 3. Although the garage was unfinished, there was one place the drywall tape exposed with no plaster.

I love my new home. Lennar homes really care about the families that purchase their homes. They have been as little slow at fixing every that comes up ,but I know they will take care of everything in time. You have a 1 yr warranty.

We liked the fact that we did not have to choose every light, faucet, paint colors, etc. The Lennar people do an excellent job of choosing those items.

The overall process was very professional and the crew from Lennar aimed to please. Every issue that they could solve they did as quickly as they could. I would consider buying again and would also refer friends and family.

Like Lennar home overall but some workmanship is not good as expected. My home was kind of one of the last homes in the community and felt like Lennar try hard to close it fast instead of taking care. After move in found out many minor issues but like the home for floor plan

The workmanship is on the sloppy side, for lack of a better word. I’m having to submit customer service request for too many issues that should’ve been taken care of before moving in.

Good for active residents but need to address not so active resident who have dogs. Not even a small dog park or grass in the community center for dogs to play. In my estimation about 40% of the residents have dogs. Even Millenials now love dogs :)

We love our new home and our new community. We've overall had a good experience with Lennar because they have been responsive to all issues and honored their warranty to the maximum. I would even say they've gone above and beyond to fix issues that have cropped up. Things happen and I realize that. My only complaint is the quality of materials used when building the home and the rushed "botched" jobs that occur as a result of poor materials and a fast paced building environment. Measure twice, cut once doesn't always apply with Lennar. We had issues with our stairs and our floors for the most part. All issues are being addressed promptly and the end result has been satisfactory thus far. However, if Lennar just slowed down and upgraded the materials used to the next level of quality then all of these service appointments could have been avoided. It's more work for the homeowner and for the builder. It reminds me of the old saying, "work smarter, not harder". Endless issues we had with eagle home mortgage

The quality of work by subcontractors need to looked at very closely. Seems like they just don't care. A few things can happen here and there but at every turn, the process needs to slow down, your name is on it!!

The people we dealt with were all very professional and extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately we have had a few workmanship issues but the responsiveness of the warranty people has been great. Overall we had a good experience and are enjoying the new home.

We are having a problem with the door. A part needs to be replaced. We had another’s visit but the part was not brought out. Still waiting. We were supposed to receive a text when they were coming. Didn’t receive a text. They came when we had to take daughter to class.

Nice size house and design for the price, but the craftsmanship can be a whole lot better.

Overall we are happy with our home. We were extremely disappointed that the HVAC unit is right outside our master bedroom window, it constantly wakes us up every single night and I am not pleased at all with that. We were never told it would be there, on the model it was on the side of the house by the garage and we assumed it would be there on this house. We've had numerous issues with the carpet, and an independent inspector came out recently and said the company failed to properly seal the seams at the transition, causing constant fraying. We run out of hot water every time we shower.

The base materials (flooring, interior paint, appliances) are very basic at this price point, possibly with the intent of selling buyers on various upgrades. Certain items (i.e., full gutters, better drainage) should be considered essential in this climate.

I was very satisfied with Lennar

We love our home but there are some issues with keeping the ponds maintained (grass around edges next to water and no fish for but control) There is also a vacant lot at the end of Passion flower that is overgrown and unsightly. I also don't like the fact that we are having to pay $5.3 million for the pool and clubhouse that was promised as our amenities when we bought our house.

All involved were helpful and kind in the purchase of my home.
