The only suggestion I have is that the position of the outside faucet not place to the side of the house, there should be at least one faucet near the front of the house or near the garage

Not enough space between refrigerator and pantry. The refrigerator's door can not open all the way because the door of the pantry is in its way. Faucets in bathrooms' sink are not functional. The faucets are too close to the sink, so the water gets all over behind the faucet.

Everything is great and they have the best deals. The only problem we had was with the doorbell not staying programmed.

Leaner homes are well built would recommend

From visiting the Sales Center to the closing, this home purchase experience was pleasant because of the well trained, knowledgeable staff. In actuality, Lennar homes do a good job of selling themselves. From the ample homesites to the room layouts, from the landscaping to the all inclusive features, the houses are quality for the cost. Check out the details. At closing, take time to inspect the accommodations inside and out. Who knows, you may find minor details that need repair. Not to worry. The repair team will there at an agreed upon time. This is the third Lennar home I’ve bought. My feelings are when I went with a winner, why look further! The product is nice and well thought out. Other than the sales team, everyone else has been great to work with and provided timely and accurate responses. Their post purchase customer service has been outstanding - Ron is prompt, communicates and gets things taken care of. Most things are just the minor issues that come with new construction. Very pleased with overall product.

We had some issues with workmanship and a few products when we closed on our home. Matt has been responsive to the issues and had many contractors schedule to make repairs. Then the only emergency warranty work got put into place. I have full confidence that once normal warranty work resumes, the issues will be resolved.

Get everything you want

Sales staff are friendly and helpful. Quality of the home is good, some drywall issues as expected, but we have a 1 year warranty, so will have them come do repairs near the 1 year time frame. Very responsive to issues and questions.

Starting to see cracks in the wall. Not sure if it’s the paint.

Making the move in simple with having systems and appliances in place makes it an amazing deal for first time home buyers.

The sales staff were excellent! The house has a great floor plan for our family! The only issue I have is some of the interior finishes weren’t where they needed to be. They are cosmetic issues - texture paint caulking cabinet trim. We were on a tight closing schedule so I accepted the house with minimal corrections. The tight schedule was on my end not there’s! Tips for for new buyers- take your time- if possible walk through the home before orientation. You will miss things that you will find after you move in- this happens all the time- don’t sweat it!! What I really like is that the home is complete! Gutters - sprinklers- smart home features. To install these items after you move in can be very costly!! Lastly- when shopping for a new home look at closet and storage space- it was what we liked about our home. We looked at a lot of other builders and the floor plans had a lot of square footage but a lot of it was waisted. The bedroom closets are a great size!! I hope this helps! ... More

My wife and I love our home. It's beautiful Inside and out. We can't really comment on the responsiveness to issues because this virus has shut everything down. Lennar has been wonderful to work with through out the whole process of getting and owning our home.

Our sales representative was excellent. Home quality is good. Responsiveness to issues has been helpful. A great product for the first time buyer price point.

Good customer service, excelent location. Good house desing. Good distribution of spaces. Excellent information on the progress of construction.

The customer service is great. I feel the quality of the home could be better if you get the right workers to perform the work properly m.

My experience with Lennar in general is a 5... My only concern is that we are still waiting to fix some pending construction works.

Only issue we have is a kitchen cabinet door & panel on dishwasher to be replaced. The order was written up January 7, 2020. I texted & emailed our field representative for Gran Paradiso in Florida a month ago on the status of it with no response.

No pool in the area. Promised remote to open gates to access pool down the road on Rayford Rd. Have not received

Very responsive team!

We have had a few minor issues regarding workmanship, which is to be expected on a new home, but I must say Lennar dealt with everything very quickly & professionally.
