Friendly and easy process with team Marelli!

We were always curious about Lennar and their workmanship, especially considering how many things they include with the purchase of their homes, almost as if they try to cover their behinds with flashy objects. But thankfully this is not the case! From start to finish it was a great experience, easy to work with, great quality, and we are very happy with our new home.

Our sales agent, Gina was great, making this experience an easy one. She was always available for all of our questions. We are happy with our decision!

This whole experience has been very impactful. Terri was the representative worked very hard and diligently at every stage even far after the closing to make sure I was all set and taken care of. This experience far exceeded my expectations. The builder produced an amazing house as well.

Everyone was very attentive, and glad to help and answer any questions. They stayed in touch daily, and made sure that we understood every step. I was assured that they were on my side all fhe way! This really made me appreciate my "dream home" better!

We adore our new house, the floor plan and space are perfect, the systems and resources you have are so helpful, and everything was smooth and easy. However, it's the PEOPLE who really made the experience outstanding! Mitch, Ryan, Sophie, Taylor, and Kenna went way above and beyond! My husband experienced some significant health issues during the buying/closing process, and everyone we worked with at Lennar was caring, compassionate, responsive, and extremely helpful. With Lennar being such a huge company, we might have been treated like a number, but instead, it was very personal and everyone was very genuine. After visiting many homes for sale our last visit was to a Lennar home. The Lennar home had everything that we were searching for in a home. The lending process was a bit stressful but the entire Lennar team were both professional and very nice. Any questions were answered in a timely manner. The home inspection went well and the minor things that were noted were immediately addressed. We have been in our new home for just a few weeks and we just love everything about our home. I have rented 4 homes and purchased 4 homes prior and this is by far my favorite.

My salesman Erik was very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I really enjoy my condo, the golf and the community. Lennar has been very impressive.

Our Real Estate agent Alley was the best. She is very professional and took care of everything. The Best. The residence was in good shape. There were a couple of very minor problems, but were taken care of immediately. We love our new home and the location. We would buy again if we didn’t already own.

We home searched several used homes in the area, but just couldn’t find the right home that didn’t need a lot of updates. Then our realtor took us to Brunswick Plantation. We worked with Ethan who showed us the model home then to the available homes of our interest to purchase. Ethan was great calling/ texting and answering all of our questions. He was friendly, readily available, knowledgeable about the homes and it was a NO pressure sales experience. My only issue was as soon as we purchased, Ethan didn’t respond to any text messages or phone calls with questions asked. Not even please refer your questions to…. He just disappeared after we signed the contract. We had our pre settlement home inspection with James. He was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! If you don’t mind spending 2.5-3.5 hours- which I greatly appreciated- we went room to room, examined everything. He showed us how every appliance, the tankless water heater, irrigation system, HVAC and how EVERYTHING worked! He made sure every minor issue was fixed prior to settlement . I took pages of notes that were SO helpful as we are in our new home! I can’t say enough about James and hope you get him as your construction manager for home inspection. We are not new home buyers, but ALL of his information given was SO useful and appreciated ! We fell in love with our new home as soon as we saw the model home!!! We love all of the LVP floors ( and color of the floor) , the white granite countertops, the white cabinets, stainless appliances, chrome fixtures, All of the closet spaces with SO much storage available, the 2 car garage, the smart thermostat, the beautiful bathrooms and love the brightness of our home with the number of windows. They even used Sherman Williams paint and it is not a pure white but a grayish white. I don’t feel like I have to come in and paint any time soon. We are SO happy with our home! We purchased the bonus room and even though we will use it only for our guests, it adds 3 very large closets, other storage areas, a nice size bedroom, full bathroom, and family room/ game room area! Well, well worth the money!!!!! I just have a few suggestions: Include toilet paper holders Put LVP in the master suite Add more pot lights in the family room ceiling Put the HVAC system on the side of the house rather than behind the kitchen window. Even though you can’t customize anything, everything is perfect. Made for no decisions except which house to purchase. As we have been in our home, we found a few minor issues that customer care is sending workers out to repair within a few days- a very easy process!!! We highly recommend Lennar homes, and our Hamptons development. There are so many activities that are available to you with golf, the pools and the classes in the activity center. You can stay as active as you want! ... More

Buying a brand new house is a stressful experience, but everyone I worked with at Lennar went above and beyond to make it less stressful.

Beginning with Casey of the Sales Office to the entire Lennar team, I found each phase of the purchase process easy and well guided. My home is comfortable, well built and I'm convinced I made the right decision to join this community.

My wife and I closed on a gorgeous home in November 2025 and couldn’t be happier. We waited a few months to review and no problems or complaints. As first time homebuyers, the New Home Orientation was incredibly valuable and unexpected. Knowing that Lennar cares that we know how our home works rather than just selling it to us showed they care and want their customers to be happy. Sunstone is a nice community. The entire process was fairly easy. Communication to issues was quick and easy. I am satisfied with everything.
