Great experience with consistent communication and follow up

Salesperson was responsive to our request, and found the house plan & lot that fit our needs. Contract was signed using Docusign and pictures were sent periodically on our homes progress. It was built exactly as planned.

I would like to thank all lennar team for all the help for getting me in new home. my special thanks goes to karran who not just did her job being a administrator but went out of her way to help us getting into the house. i really appreciate all her help in communicating with us even when she was on vacation. once again thanks to each and everyone in Lennar team.

In these trying construction times with low volume availability of materials and completed homes, we were glad to find a builder that could meet our accessibility needs and deliver on time. Lennar staff at Timber Creek kept us informed on the progress of our home and addressed all warranty items with a tracking system to ensure quality completion

My experience was great! The build had some minor things to fix but the responsiveness with the warranty was fast

There was an electrical outlet missing at the backyard. Lennar was contacted and fixed the issue within the following day.

We enjoyed a wonderful working relationship with Jennifer and Boone. Both of them were friendly, knowledgeable, organized and responsive, Any initial (and follow-up) problems that came up were quickly addressed to our satisfaction. We couldn't ask for a better home building experience.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Sooo much easier than in prior years of buying houses. This will be the fourth house I've had built in my life. Unfortunately, I didn't get to pick anything out this time like I would normally. It was done by the sales guy. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing though. I probably would have priced myself right out of the house picking stuff out at the showroom! lol. Lucky for me, he did a good job in picking! Prices are off the chart. I think I should have paid a LOT less for this house, but it's the nature of the current state of things. I'm just grateful and blessed that I was able to get anything at all! I would purchase again using Lennar. My only issue is the paint is is more of a primer than paint. It needs 2 coats and I wish Lennar left a little paint, floor,carpet in the garage for touch ups.

Lennar has put a great deal of thought into their floor plans and features. They were very easy to deal with from start to finish, including sales, design center, and construction management. Their “everything’s included” program simplifies the buying process and our home was move in ready, including all appliances, window blinds, bathroom hardware, etc. Love my new home!

A good all round experience.

Lennar is reliable and i will recommend

The builder is extraordinary in the design and default options installed in the homes.

Lennar homes include all the windows doors fireplaces unlike other builders like Richmond. So what you see is what you get and you don’t pay more to add it to the purchase price of the home. Quality of home is excellent. Downside is there’s no say in closing. With one months notice you could be going to closing six months early stuck paying for 2 homes.

Everyone has been so helpful throughout this process.

You will end up with a great home, just make sure you point out and issues you see so they can be addressed.

Overall a very good experience. Our one critique would be that there seems to be a lot shuffling around. We would turn in paperwork or information to one person and then another person from a different section would ask for the same thing. A lot of duplicate steps in the whole process. It would feel more comforting if we had one person handling our case from start to finish. A few times we were worried it wouldn’t happen because all the different people involved didn’t seem to have our information and we would miss our closing deadline.

All staff were great and they were very informative about what was happening

My overall experience with Lennar, and all active players on the team in making the purchase of my home a great experience. I truly appreciate all the help that I received to make this process of buying a home less stressful for me.

During the sales phase of my experience with Lennar the staff were much more responsive. Now that I have some small incidental repairs, they are not timely in completing these requests. Still very satisfied with my purchase.

Sales and maintenance men were very responsive to our requests
