The sale staff and grounds men are great and very professional. I would of love the overhead desk, but I'll reach out to Lennar builders to install the deck after market. Overall, my wife and I love our space. Please fix the drainage outside. When it rain, the street gets flooded very fast.

The entire home buying process went very smoothly from initial signing to closing. All parties involved were very helpful.

Nice home but make sure to hire a home inspector before closing. Found things that needed to be addressed, but Lennar fixed almost everything by closing. Final walk through I found a few things not fixed which they addressed right away upon my walk through on day before close. Just had a warranty claim on an electric outlet and they arrived and repaired within an hour. Great service!!

I was very happy that the escrow officer drove up from Orange County to Simi Valley so that I could sign all the paperwork.

Great quality for the price

We could not be happier with our little cottage on the bluff overlooking the foothills of the Sierras. Our buying experience was incredible and the people at Lennar have been super responsive and accommodating. Our Loan Officer Rachel was extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind. We had a couple stressful moments & her calm encouraging demeanor was exactly what we needed during those times. Our walk-through experience with Lincoln in the Construction Department was amazing too. We could tell right away that a high standard is important to him, so we knew he was taking our concerns seriously. He was responsive and efficient. Unfortunately, the only complaint we have is that during our Sales experience, we were told that there would be no future construction on the hills behind us. We bought the house for the phenomenal view and have since learned that there are indeed, plans for future development there. I will not name the name here because we recognize we should have done our due diligence and confirmed this before we bought the house. In the end, we are still in love with our new community. Overall, it was a great experience from the beginning to the final process.

Agnes was wonderfully helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. She steered the home buying process with confidence and patience.

Firstly, let me say dealing with the team at the community of Willow was a pleasant smooth and easy process. Starting with Nicole, who made the purchase quite easy and relaxed. Dealing with David and his team to obtain my mortgage was great. Finally working with Kim in the title office was stress-free. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience, and I have recommended Lennar to colleagues and family. Even so my sister is buying a place at one of Lennar‘s other communities.

Had a great buying experience. Walked through every step with little effort. It was painless.

House was built on time and was of much better quality than my previous Lennar home in Lakewood Ranch. All of the warranty work has been handled very professionally by Josh. .

Overall I am pleased with the choice we made, we run into a few issues with our WiFi which I thought would take a long time to fix. But the contractor on site when we told him, followed up did what he could and we had like three different people working on it. They all did a wonderful job, and ensured our house was in good standing. My take was the last person who came to finish the work. I didn’t get his name but he did something extra and we noticed it and would like to say thank you to him if Lennar knows who he is. I mean the painter who came on the 18th of June. I am writing this review because I think some people always have something negative to say about Lennar but I think they do a great job communicating with the owners. ... More
