Lennar’s townhouses in Mirada are modern, spacious, and come with great home features. The community is beautiful, especially with the lagoon and convenient location. We had a few minor issues after closing, but Lennar’s warranty team handled them quickly. Overall, a great place to live and an excellent investment.

This group is outstanding. They make sure to go the extra mile to see that you are more than satisfied with every aspect of the purchase.

Although small, too many imperfections all over the house that you wouldn’t normally expect to see from a brand new house

buying and closing were stress free. Got to walk house before closing and get problems corrected. one item not able to correct was that the hose bibs are in wrong locations. the front hose bib is on the opposite side of the house from the garage.

As a former general contractor, I feel that these houses are probably better built than any other builder out here . They do need to pay a little more attention to final details like grout and caulking I will also add that the electrical switches. Need to be changed. They’re very difficult to operate. Otherwise I’m very satisfied with the unit. One other thing is they could’ve used a 3 1/2 ton AC unit instead of a 3 ton this is right on the borderline and gives you no room for growth.

Had a great experience buying with Lennar. We were looking for a quick move and was able to close in less than 30 days. Rusty was a great mortgage rep, got us a great deal on a home they were wanting to get sold. Locked in a great rate in the very beginning.

Our salesman, Aaron, loan officer, Bryan, and the gentleman at the title company who assisted us at closing were each very helpful, patient, and available when we had questions. We’re pleased with our new home and grateful for included features like the sprinkler system.

I was so pleased with my experience with Lennar. I had never purchased a new build before, so I was a little wary. The buying process was really smooth and I felt like they were really willing to work with me to make it happen. The whole crew was friendly and responsive. When final walk throughs were happening, I felt like they really wanted to make sure that any/all issues were addressed so that my home was perfect. There were only a few minor touch ups (mostly cosmetic). I truly only have two things to say that aren’t positive. First of all, my HOA fee was never accurately disclosed - it ended up being about 40/month more than what was on paper. Second, I have an EV and was told the garage had an outlet for charging. There is a NEMA 14-30 R, which technically could work, but the vast majority of home charging equipment has a NEMA 14-50 plug, so I will either need to hunt down a unique box or have a NEMA 14-50 installed in order to fully charge my car overnight. Starting with the viewing of homes Ryan was so helpful then he introduced me o the rest of the Lennar team. From all the Joshs’ to the final closing, everyone I talked with was so nice and patient and helped me through the whole process.

Pleased and excited with Gratitude

I have recently purchased my second home with Lennar, one in SC and now in Florida. I had both homes inspected prior to purchasing and any issues were taken care of in a timely manner. I am pleased with the home and the community and would recommend purchasing a home with Lennar.

Overall, we like our new home. The process was fairly simple and took only about 4 months from start to finish. The one thing that we did not like about the process is that Lennar would not let you alter any plans in any way. So, we ended up with carpet in the bedrooms and had to have it removed after closing. They do not place a second water meter For the irrigation system nor would they let me pay to have it installed before landscaping was done. This meant I had to dig up my yard to do it later. We had no choice in the water fixtures or door knobs etc. so, after closing, I have had to change all the cheap looking chrome out. No options for ceiling fans or light fixtures either. All had to be done after closing. So, overall, we are satisfied with our home and the Lennar sales team (Alex) did a great job. However, the inability to change anything from their cookie cutter plans was a big inconvenience and added unnecessary expenses. The entire process of purchasing a home with Lennar Homes went smoothly. From looking at the different models; signing the contract/loan application; & closing. They kept me informed & answered all my questions or concerns immediately. Even after moving in, I’m still experiencing their great customer service with the Customer Care Team. I truly appreciate the Lennar Homes app that I use for service requests. I receive a 24 to 48 hours response from the Customer Care Team.

Over all, I am happy with my choice to purchase a newly constructed home with Lennar. I feel that I will be able to reach out, at any time, and get a follow-up to my questions. Customer service has been great!

This is our second Lennar home. We are super pleased with the house. The Lennar mortgage process was fairly seamless as well. The build and craftsmanship are of good quality. Whatever small issues we noticed, Lennar has been quick to fix and make right. Overall, we are very pleased!

The entire team involved in our purchase made the experience great. It was extremely smooth and easy. The builders limitation on some standard things that should be included with construction, such as towel bars, or areas soap dish / shampoo shelves in the showers are some examples. We upgraded our appliance package which included frameless glass shower stalls, which still didn’t include some of the standard things listed above. These things highlighted do not reflect negatively on the great customer service and our overall experience with the Lennar team. The lawn was unleveled and weed infested. The home interior was bug infested. And there were some speckled holes in the window trim. They would not fix these issues. The faucets and interior door handles are okay but seem cheap, would have been nice if better ones were included. Aside from that, everything else was amazing. Every team member I worked with at Lennar was tremendous, extremely nice and helpful, and communicated a ton, answered every question or concern I had. I no longer have reasons to reach out to them which is sad lol. But they have a job to do and other people to help.
