We were so pleased with the home buying experience with Michael. He did a great job navigating us through the home buying process. Answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Chris was a pleasure to work with and helped us get settled with our new home. He’s been right on top of any requests and has been a great resource since our closing. I looked at many new homes throughout Sussex County before finding Schooner Landing. The complex was small and well laid out with ponds and open spaces. The style of homes offered were of interest to me as they had various features that I was looking for in a new home. I like that the lots of the homes are large enough where you are not looking into your neighbor's home. The process from contract to settlement was very smooth.

It was our first time buying a new construction, and there were certain aspects of the process that were unfamiliar, but we were overall happy with our experience with Lennar. I was initially uneasy about the fact that they wouldn't let us have an independent inspection before we closed on the house, but they accommodated our request for a pre-drywall walk through with the builder. They were also upfront about an issue with the air conditioner that was present at the time of our final walk through one week before closing, which was subsequently fixed before we closed. We identified a few issues since moving in (door fittings, a leak, scratches in the tub) and they were super responsive and addressed the issues quickly. Buying a house here is a very important and big step, and I only achieved this with the Lennar team. From the first visit to the last step, they helped me with everything. My realtor also said their work is very good. And I can only thank God for allowing me to have this house.

Overall, while there are a few items that require correction, I am pleased with my experience.

The only thing that comes to mind is the sod was supposed to be installed right after closing and was installed during the time we were supposed to close and we did not end up closing till three weeks later so our sod is dead.

We purchased this property as an investment and overall it was a great experience. Jacob and the construction manager Andrew were excellent at communicating every detail during construction. Andrew provided updates on all aspects of each phase of the project since we couldn't visit on-site physically. I would definitely recommend Lennar to my friends and family.

I had a great experience buying a new Lennar home. I appreciate that when issues did come up they were quick to be addressed. Everyone at the Rivington development went above and beyond when needed to ensure my family was well taken care of. I would definitely purchase another Lennar home.

It was 3 weeks from when I saw my house which was already built until I moved in so I consider my experience outstanding

we’ve been in our home for a little over a month and so far we’ve been well pleased. It is a simple tract home but we’ve done several adds to make it our own. It would have been nice if there was a loop on the water line to make the installation of a water softener more convenient. The buying process was simple and straightforward al the way through the closing. I’ve reached out to Lennar on a couple of occasions about some small issues and they were very responsive.

Overall great experience. Townhome was constructed better than expected, with no major issues.

After 25 homes, we settled into what may be our last retirement home. We have been pleasantly surprised at how responsive our construction manager, Bill was. We are pleased with the quality of the home and the value was tops compared to the 6 other 55+ communities in the Summerville, SC area we considered.

Our buying experience was very pleasant and frictionless. Having options included and great incentives simplified the process. We received good support through the mortgage application process as well. When the walkthroughs came we found quite a few quality issues which were supposed to be resolved prior to the final walkthrough. When we returned for the final walkthrough, most of the items had NOT been addressed. That resulted in a scramble to get things taken care of, push back from the construction field manager on some items that weren’t acceptable and a delayed closing while items were resolved. ... More

The team I worked with was Shannon, Whitney and Sam and they have been outstanding in every way through the process, from lot selection, best floor plan to maximize the selected lot. Then moving to the setting up the construction process and the outstanding communication with Whitney to keep up to date on progress and key dates. Sam for ensuring the build was executed with expert craftmanship with the materials provided. The experience has been Outstanding Thank you all for the excellent experience!

We had a very good experience in our home purchase! Our salesperson, Tom Ferrigamo was awesome and still continues to be available after the purchase. The title company was very convenient and made the process stress free.

I am happy with how responsive the Lennar team was during the purchase. They kept things moving forward and kept me informed constantly during the process.
