Great experience very stressful but well worth it in the end

Everyone who I worked with whose shirt said "Lennar" was very friendly and attentive to all of my questions and concerns.

Our house purchase was very smooth. We have been looking for the right house for years. This house checked off all of our boxes.

Very easy and little to no stress during my process

From start to finish, everyone was great. The mortgage professionals walked us thru everything. The construction manager listened to us and responded immediately. Their lawyers took the time and explained everything to us in clear language. We love our new house.

Lennar staff we worked with are all excellent. Friendly, quick response, get things done.

We were not looking for a new build home. Our realtor who is amazing BTW. Took us Heritage Asante to just "look". We fell in love with the home we were shown. The whole buying experience from qualification for the mortgage to closing to the start of moving in. Has been smooth. We had two small issues. One with the sliding door glass and one with a gate post to the yard and our Lennar builder rep had it fixed within a week of being noted during the walk though. We are not fully moved in yet but I have no worries that if a problem arises Lennar will handle it.

We like the three bedroom, three full bathroom model. The central air conditioning system works great. The building manager Wayne is very helpful, responsible and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions quickly. He also helped us to resolve issues. In general, we are very happy with the purchasing.

Wonderful experience with Lennar title and selling team

The sale was easy, informative and very helpful. From start to finish we have no complains. however, some issues with the electrical in 2 of the bathrooms. I called and they gave me a number for the contractor in charge, but frankly I've been busy. I'll for the number again and I'm sure they will take care of whatever it is. I'' give Lenar homes an AAA rating, the best in the market at a reasonable price.

From the selling agent, to the Lennar finance team, every step of the way was a positive experience. I would recommend the neighborhood to anyone looking to move to the area.

Buying this home was my first home purchase and it was a great experience. I was always kept up to date on the process of what to except. I would highly recommend buying from Lennar.

The Ease to buy our home was smooth, had access immediately to all our documents. My only complaints was that home was dirty from the dust, behind fridge and stove was never cleaned even when building. You saw all the residue. And 3 weeks into moving in a had a plumbing leak. Had taken over 3 weeks to be completed. Although it’s being done the fact it’s taken so long is what I’m not ok with. I wish since they and I mean Lennar made big home I wish they considered when building that there would be a big family and to put and have room for larger items. ie bigger fridge more room in laundry for double washer and dryers with a sink. Had minor issues when it comes to warranty repair which they took care of it after I notify them with no issues easy process on the lennar app very professional and excellent customer service.

The most difficult part was the financing. The house is nice but they could have installed a tissue holder and in the kitchen used a better faucet. The front door could use a peep hole. Everyone in the process from financing to closing was nice and professional.

Overall a good experience, but buyers planning to use their garage for their vehicles need to measure before purchase! Do not rely solely on blueprint measurements. Also, if you use their financing for loan and they offer to pay closing costs, ensure you know how much this will change your purchase price!

Great. Don't change a thing

Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

From the first introductions with Amy, and on through showings, contracts, on into move-in transitions to follow-up support, our whole buying experience built our trust and confidence in our decision to buy our new Lennar home in Erie, CO.

Well I was so happy to become a new homeowner, but had to inquire a few times with Hov director about grass on side of house not growing, eventually having to hire a landscaper to fulfill the problem. Also , the stream of water along the side of house isn’t filling with water but instead the water from the street is gathering a large puddle and not draining into outlet! This makes the neighborhood look run down and I hate that it accumulates directly in front of my house. Visitors can’t park without stepping into a water puddle. I was told this is the builders problem to address. Lastly, I had my electrician here to install a ceiling fan in living room near fireplace, but he found that the present wiring was not adequate to house any type attachment. I’m still waiting for Ceco evaluate the issue so my fan can be installed. My electrician spoke with Jerry about the issue and was going to look into further installs in other homes being built.Hopefully this will be taken care of in a timely manner. Purchasing my new home with Lennar was such a positive and seamless experience. The home was completed right on schedule, and I felt fully supported every step of the way—from pre-approval all the way to closing day. Lorah from the Lennar sales team worked beautifully with my realtor to make everything come together smoothly, and my loan officer, Daniel, was absolutely fantastic to work with. Both Lorah and Daniel communicated clearly and consistently, which made the process virtually stress-free. I’m thrilled with my new home—the quality is excellent!
