We had a great experience, as the home settled we noticed a lot of things but overall we are happy

The over all experience is great and the house is wonderful. Since this is my first house and as we have been getting to know it better. We have found little discrepancies that could have been caught while the build was going on. I know we have a year to have things fixed but it would have been nice NOT to have anything to fix too. Again, new home and first time home buyer so maybe I am being a little over methodical but then again we are spending a lot of money on our home so things should be what you want them to be.

Overall, it was a very good experience.

this experience has been seamless and exciting. Lennar helped me through every step of the way and allowed me to be a first time homebuyer.

All I can say is Lennar will try very hard to work with you if issues come up. The first sale of my house in another state the biyer bailed out on the purchase. The second buyers of my house bombed out as their co signer was refinancing their residence and could not co sign for the buyers when they were refinancing. The third sale of my out of state home went through in flying colors and I was allowed to purchase the home of my choice after Lennar had me under contract more than once. The company tries to be fair with its clients when things come up I appreciate all they did for me. I can see the workmanship is better than the last home I purchased out of state. The kitchen cabinets are a high quality grade and the flooring is put right up to the wall with a finished look. The flooring looks and feels like wood but is a luxury vinyl flooring that is high quality. It can be washed easily and my dogs and cat can’t make claw marks on it with their paws. The flooring is lovely and you would never see any marks from animals. If you need customer service they will respond quickly. All department that I was involved with in the purchase were polite and professional to me and answered my questions on a timely manner. The front and backyard were landscaped tastefully. Easy as could be expected worst

Great buying experience with new home salesperson Build trim and elevations of Orion were solid but not as nice as other Lennar home collections or home builders in nearby Great Park neighborhoods. For example, not having a dedicated range hood and having a microwave/hood combo was a disappointing shortcut taken in the included appliance selection. The inspection and home delivery process was thorough and smooth. I wish Lennar had a better partner for flooring upgrades/options than Vintage Design, LLC. Vintage Design offered limited options and was very expensive I also wish Lennar's solar installation partner GAF Energy was more responsive in the solar panel setup/enablement process. Lennar should seriously consider a different partner for this going forward. I am 2 months in and still have not been able to access my solar panel settings to setup PTO with Edison ... More

We had to sell our home in Florida before closing on our house here. Lennar was very supportive and patient throughout the process.

Transition was great. The staff was very helpful and professional. Craftsmanship is ok, but I do love the design.

I would say in my experience, loved everyone that we had contact with working for Lennar. They made it easy for us, answered all questions we needed answered. Communication was superb by Lennar.

The home purchasing process was a breeze. Our loan officer was responsive and friendly. The builder’s rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to move in within the month we signed our purchase agreement. The materials in the home are okay. We will be changing out bathroom faucets and toilets to ones that are more to our liking. Needless to say we couldn’t be happier!

Purchasing my new home from Lennar has been a good experience. From the very beginning, the process was smooth, transparent, and thoughtfully managed. What impressed me the most was…..the home came with modern finishes, smart technology, and energy‑efficient features that other builders often treat as upgrades. Walking into my new home, I felt an immediate sense of comfort knowing that it was move‑in ready with all the essentials already in place. Jon from the Inspection team was excellent. He took care of minor issues that were identified by him and us during inspection. He was quick on responding back with any questions we had. The construction quality could have been little better especially the fence in the backyard. Inside the house, I appreciate the open floor plan, natural light, and thoughtful design. After closing, Lennar’s customer care team has been responsive and supportive for most of times. However, I do have concern about solar company. They have not processed our paperwork with PG&E so even after 2 months house is still not on solar energy. We had made several attempts to Lennar customer service and vendor. Lennar customer service gave phone number where we cannot leave message and no one picked the phone even when it was tried different days and different times. Lennar can do a better job on this other than that it was a fabulous experience with Lennar. Overall, buying from Lennar has given me not just a house, but a home where I can build lasting memories. our home was completed slightly ahead of schedule, our initial walk through found several cosmetic items that were all taken care of before our final walk through. Since moving in we found a few items that needed attention all of which were taken care of in a timely manner. For us the customer service has been great, everyone we have dealt with has been super nice and easy to deal with. For the money I believe that our home has been a great investment and would recommend Lennar to everyone.

All staff were very nice and provided us all information we needed. The communication between the staff and myself went very well. They texted me and/or emailed me in order to help me complete the process of purchasing the house.

We love our new home. The whole process was positive! Everyone we worked with answered our numerous questions, helped with our decisions and followed up with our concerns. The communication with all involved was excellent. We have lived in our home now for about a month and have had no issues.

Everything worked out Great except for the Funding .. Loan dept did NOT let Me know 24 to 48 hrs on the dollar amount needed to fund the loan and it was done at the very last minute to where We had to wait tillm the following day to move in....Did Not get keys until the following day... If this would of been done sooner Everything would have been a Great experience....

My home is very beautiful and great work done for me. I’m not struggling for anything right now. I’m able to move around any were I need to go. No stairs for to climb due to my back injury I’m very happy with the great work done for me to enter the house. I have 3 bedrooms plus a master bathroom and two bath rooms. I have a kitchen and so many closet for me to pack something. I have pantry space and closet space for extra storage and 2 car garage. Every thing is intact in place

My home buying experience was every bit of amazing, every step was as smooth as possible Kelli my agent was amazing along with Nichole and my realtor. Originally I planned to hold off on purchasing my home till next year and so many great incentives came down and it was all going so smooth me and my girls got into our home for Halloween. Thank you so much for everything you guys do to make the process amazing for first time buyers.

Velsa has been great since walk through and in assisting all repair request we ask she is a 5 star employee of Lennar Javier realtor was also excellent and helpful both Javier and Velsa are 10/10 service rate performance

Some issues with the quality of the workmanship. Matt your agent has done an excellent job in getting the concerns taken care of and the follow up was great insuring we were satisfied with the repairs.

The experience of buying a home in Summers Corner has been pretty smooth. Our salesperson, Karl, was a true asset in the complete process. Was the home perfect? No, some issues here and there, but the response has been fantastic. Overall, we are very pleased and love the home we chose.

Our new home like many has a few things that need attention, it's taken a month to get one repaired, while another one we're probably going to be waiting for 2 weeks for the part and being the holidays, be next month before it's repaired. The overall expectations of the house has been met, there are some areas that would have been better like the laundry room being a foot wider would have made a big difference. The dining area would be great if they stressed the area for a ceiling fan, it's only set up for a light fixture. The house meets all of our needs and we're excited to see the community grow and all it has to offer. ... More

Had a great time buying a home with Lennar. We've bought other new build homes before and this was the one builder who walked us through every detail and addressed all of our concerns. The process after closing was also good if we needed something done for warranty, some issues take longer to fix than other but that is due to the availability of the contractor. Overall we would recommend buying a Lennar house because it has been a very positive experience for us.
