Nobody should have to spend their first week dealing with sewage issues, leaks in bedroom walls or non working appliances. Your first week should be filled with happiness and joy. I understand 1 item but multiple is unacceptable. Other homes in the development have had similar problems. Where Lennar shines is post customer service. They took care of the problems immediately and for that I am greatful to the people who resolved them. Would I buy another Lennar home? Absolutely not.

Everyone who played a part in the purchase of our home was Amazing and so nice and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process.

Overall great experience ran into a few problems like front door getting stuck after a raining day over all living the neighborhood. So peaceful and quiet.

From the initial visit we felt the experience was going to be smooth and we were correct. Choosing the floorplan was easy for us but we had no idea what to expect about the rest of the process. Between our realtor and the homebuilder, we were happy with the journey to today: Being a Lennar owner for almost 2 months. We recommend you consider Lennar as your builder.

Underwriter had questions every day about my finances. It would be less stressful if they waited until they had all questions and present they at one time. I keep thinking I would be turned down for financing. If you have influence with Still-water Community Association should be ready to put new residents on the list and see they are oriented in reasonable time period. I still do not have a number for charges. Neighbor have been helpful in answering questions

The process of choosing the lot and material was a great experience. Any issues found was rectified fast. Love the home and the neighborhood. No complaints

Scott made our home buying experience wonderful. He is professional, patient, and knowledgeable of all the homes and all of the areas in Myrtle Beach. He listened to all our concerns in what we were looking for and took us on tours of several communities. He understood that we had to sell our house in order to buy a house with Lennar. He walked us through the whole process and was very patient and encouraging when we had a hiccup with our seller. We are so happy that we met Scott.

The home buying experience was fairly quick and painless, less than a 30 day turn around as we picked a model home. We moved back to IL from MO and like it much better here. House is very nice, new and fresh. Just what we were hoping for.

Tract home, but the guys in charge of construction oversight are good and experienced. Structurally good, so far. Windows are better quality than expected while we looked at homes. Insulation is very good throughout the home. Cabinets are tract quality. Painting and texture was good, not perfect. Floors are good. Leaky dishwasher, so waiting to get that fixed. Appliances are GE, so... Lot grading is good. Fences won't go too much more than 7 years. Neighbors are great. Good mix of old and young. Mostly ex Commiefornians. Overall got what we paid for. Fair price, good location. Happy to be here. Hope the state does not go wacko like where we came from. ... More

Great home layout. What you see is what you get so there are no questions on what you’re buying. Totally customize to your taste as its interior is all white. Neutral color floors also makes it easy to add rugs and color. I recommend Lennar homes.

We started the process of home buying in Nov '25, and it was completed in Feb '26. This may not seem like a long period of time, but it was a very stressful and nerve-wracking time. Other than the length of time it took, everyone and everything was handled in the most professional and courteous manner. Thanks to everyone who made this journey so much better.

The entire process of buying the house went smoothly and without incident.

Shawn is an amazing human. He answered all of our questions. We love our home. We have nothing but issues with the appliances. The refrigerator leaked water, the dishwasher didn't work, and now the stove is broke. Thank goodness one of us doesn't work so we could be home for all of the repairs. We are now waiting for a new memory board for the stove, the clear button is suck down and turn everything off.

Very thorough process when buying a new build home. Very understandable. Learned a lot ,watched it being built in the late stages . The Lennar builder inspector was great,showing us everything we to know.

I love Lennar house

When we had a question we received quick responses in a majority of the cases and again, the quality of the home and the complimentary garage floor coating was greatly appreciated - it's beautiful. One thing I wish Lennar offered was providing optional add-on features for such things as plantation shutters, ceiling fans and lights as well as having quality paints used instead of the Pure White super flat that comes off by merely rubbing your finger across it. Spraying an empty house with flat white is quick and cheap but not a quality solution.

We looked at Lennar with the intention of buying one of the houses, when the Lennar realtor couldn't make it happen (she was new); our realtor suggested the townhomes and we lucked out! The mortgage guy Wes and the title person Erin were great - patient and so helpful! The GC Ryan and the Justin the warranty guy have been trembdous! Quick to respond to our issues (which have been minimal) and so very very helpful. They don't blame anyone they just solve the issue! Our only wish was that the Lennar realtor had been able to get into a house across the street!
