I have owned many homes in my life but this was the first time I bought new from a builder without the home being done first. I put a lot of trust into the builder that everything would be as expected. I have to give 5 stars overall because everything I expected came true. We love our new home, it was finished in a timely manner, the quality of materials are excellent, workmanship is excellent. I feel the price I paid is a good value for the home. Being new to this I didn't know what to expect with any concern I had but when I called I got an immediate response and solution. All of this makes me say that I could trust them throughout the whole process and have confidence going forward that the warranty on the home will be treated the same. Great experience. Beautiful home. Excellent team.

The only thing I'm not completely happy with is the fact that top soil was never installed under my sod in the yard. It's very obvious because the yard is very bumpy and some areas the grass has died.

Wonderful experience! Great team working with you every step of the way! If anything needed to be taken care of after you moved in, they got it fixed quickly and efficiently!

Our construction manager with the first name of Bo. He was great during the process and responded to our inquiries promptly. The only problem was the building wasn’t ready when promised by sales people but we realize Covid was delaying the process.

Having the my home completed on time made it easy to schedule everything from movers to utilities to deliveries.
