I was quite impressed by the construction manager's responses to our questions and concerns. Also, after closing, Lennar responded very promptly on the problem reports. One area that we wish to have a better/quicker response was the financial area.

Kristi was excellent. Always there for whatever I needed. Same with Vance and Chris.

Lennar was a good choice as a first time home buyer. The team was professional, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process. Ultimately the home is what we needed at this point in time and while it's not perfect due to some blemishes left behind, it still turned out solid. One of the biggest hiccups we encountered was our mortgage/loan office left the company mid-way through the process and we were never told. We were given a new office and he never reached out to introduce himself or anything. We only found out who he was because we inquired about something and the person who reached out to us mentioned our officer's name and we didn't know who that was. When you're applying for a loan to build a home, it would be nice to stick with the same office the entire time, but obviously changes can/will happen. So, when they do it would be great to be informed so we know this is our new dedicated point of contact for any serious questions regarding your loan. Overall good experience. Following items can be improved- 1.Use Blink security systems instead of Ring. There is no subscription associated with it. 2.Most of the Door locks are not properly tightened to the door. 3.Provide coaxial and LAN cable ports in all bed rooms. Mesh WIFI is not that great sometimes.

From the first day I entered the management office and discussed options to fit my need the caring, kindness and attention to detail was outstanding! The project manager addressed all concerns, making suggestions was with us every step of the way. We are very pleased.

Overall we're satisfied. Things I would change is cheap plastic handles to open, close windows, cheap plastic handles on toilets for over a $500,000 expect more quality overall. Wasn't happy with tile work in Kitchen or area where furnace was stored was a mess and super dirty.

Lennar kept home owners up to date on the progress as Sales Team & Construction Manager were constantly in touch. Workmanship was great. Overall experience was awesome

The communication between Lennar sales team and construction team is very good. As an out of state buyer, I am satisfied with their service, especially the construction manager Tony Baine. I had experience with building my own house before, and understand how many small works to be done every stage of the construction. But Tony made me feel that he was the onsite manager only for my house when he actually have more than ten houses in progress at the same time. Appreciate your hard work, Tony, thank you so much!

Matt, the Lennar sales/agent, is awesome. There’s nothing he could do better. Super responsive, kind and thoughtful in helping decide what house and lot would work best for me. Lennar Mortgage was also super easy to work with, and close was an easy process once we got the close date nailed down. Austin, my construction manager, was also very easy to work with, and a good guy, wanting to make everything right. Feel like he’s got too much on his plate, despite that, a positive experience.

Customer service was great ,the main building manager has lots of knowledge.

Our home was built during the pandemic under unusually circumstances and closed on time.

The level of communication was great, and they were eager to resolve any issues we brought up.

The mater bathroom and the master closet is big.

Overall was good experience, however 2 big negatives were : My deck is 20+ feet above ground and I have a nice big backyard and they didn’t build stairs off the deck so I can access that nice yard! Also, there’s no warranty on trees or bushes !

The purchasing process was executed with professionalism and we were provided the necessary information to make choices and decisions. The construction process had some initial hiccups but our construction manager got us back on track and was extremely proficient in keeping us informed, responding to construction issues and maintaining the timeline for completion. Lennar could provide the home owner with less technology and a little more functionality.

I really valued the walk throughs and the onboarding that was provided to me. I would love to have another follow up with customer care just to go over some things as we’ve moved in.

We were actually not looking to build when we moved to the area but thanks to shady moves by Zillow and the crazy market, our hand was forced. That said, our Lennar build offered a floor plan and options that we really liked for a reasonable price in an area where we are sure to make back the value plus. The options offered were nice and despite the delays we are comfortable in the space now. We're looking forward to the amenities (pool and playground) and being able to be more interactive with our neighbors here.

The help from the construction department which I had contact with every week and gave me a weekly update. Also after we closed the customer care department which reacted in a very timely matter to solve any issued that we had.
