I would like to call out the Lennar Construction Manager for Fendol Farms, Mike Zehia, for his excellent responsiveness during all the phases of the construction of my home. He promptly addressed all of my questions and resolved the few construction issues we encountered along the way. I am extremely pleased with my home and I would strongly recommend Lennar for anyone looking for a high quality home.

Lennar works with its customers to ensure a positive experience. I wake every morning and reflect on how pleased I am with my new home.

I bought my Lennar home just a few months ago and I am so far impressed with the quality and the value.It’s not a custom home but you would not know it .The builder did a good job of pointing out or finding cosmetic imperfections that i didn’t even spot and correcting them . The efficiency has been great with power bills for my 2200 sq foot home bring only about $.20.00 more s month than my 800 so foot condo I moved from . Eagle home mortgage ,their lender ,was good and easy to work with compared to lenders I have had in the past . I had an issue with my garage door that was corrected quickly. Other than that I have had no other problems. The home automation features are a great convenience and they sent out a tech to hook all that up and show me how to access all the features. We had a good new home buying experience

I’m lost on HOA help Not able to login There is some security key. No clue if it’s given or what it is My garage door glass had scratch from day one but don’t know who to reach My front door key pad doesn’t work, no clue who to call Don’t know how to pay the dues Just a big messy experience once closing happened

Good, when we reached out to them with issues they responded well.

The house was mostly complete when we moved in but they never came in to provide the finishing touches despite requests to finish the job. The sales agents were wonderful, the loan process was okay, but the finishing touches just weren't done.

Our slab is so uneven that you can feel yourself walking up and down as you walk through. The trim work is terrible. Paint all over everything.

Great area and overall process was smooth. Workmanship is poor and sloppy though

I think next time I take my time to tour the In said of the house more that I did. They are few things that I think was rush through. But overall am happy and live my beautiful plan.

Finishing of edges are not good. Counter top base finishing is not properly. Garage out side liner also not installed and aligned. My construction manager is Ryan.

There are few things I had communicated with the builders project manager which have still not been fixed. so not happy about it, there is also a hole in the roofs plywood (not leaking) but example of poor material used. I'm still in my 1 year warranty and will put in tickets to get them fixed, but this is just how my feelings are for an investment like this.

We had been shopping for a new home which offered updated amenities, such as tankless water heater, gas appliances, two car garage, nine foot ceiling, etc.. After looking around the triangle area we ended up choosing a Lennar home thanks to your outstanding sales team. They were very upfront about what was offered with the home and there were no hidden cost.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The only problem is that there are so many people on the team that we never knew who was doing what. When we had a question, we didn't know whom to contact. So much information, so many emails, so many people.

Best part of the process is the builder. Shawn does a great job and follows thru. Everything with delays and what not were not controllable. He updated us every Friday. The purchasing team was responsive. The only issues we had was using Lennar for the mortgage. Yeah part was a nightmare and we ended up using someone else, but it wasn't for a lack of effort on their part. Just disorganized and they sell your mortgage after 6 months anyway.

Great service from purchase to closing. Having many issues with the Hvac system. I wish they would have went with a better a/c manufacturer than Lennox. This is one of the lower end Hvac manufacturing companies. If you are going to build good homes , put a reputable hvac in them. Otherwise, love the affordablity, location and service from the Lennar people.

Could be very helpful if Lennar makes formal introductions of the home owner to all vendors including Charleston Management and all appliances manufacturers where warranty is provided. Essentially a complete guide list. Because of missing secret code I am yet to register with Charleston. Similarly the fridge broke down and tenant wanted to know how to get a work ticket issued.

I am very happy to buy Lennar’s home because home are very beautiful and they are very high quality.

So far it's been great. We been loving the house. It's calm and very spacious. Lennar has been good to us. We like everything except the bathroom near the kitchen and that outside we sometimes have a big puddle after the rain. Overall we like it.

The Lennar staff is easy to work with and always professional and helpful. Their patience was calming for my first time purchase by myself.

Overall quality is OK - biggest complaint is the sheer amount of trash left over from the builders. Rusty metal pins, screws/nails, shingles, concrete pour-over from the patio in the grass. Nightmare for anyone with kids or pets!!
