Our Loan officer was Dylan. He was exceptional and always honest throughout the entire process for us. Our process was a bit complex but we were successful in our home search and got our home. We thank you guys for everything.

The whole experience was well done. Due to all the computer work involved, Lennar 's people were very helpful and very patient with helping me work through the process. The house is very well built and is very comfortable. A word of warning...the HOA is very difficult to deal with and everything is written to favor them.

I’m impressed overall with the quality of building and don’t see a lot of shortcuts or compromises. I was pleasantly surprised for example to see a hybrid heat pump with a gas heat, a comprehensive insect control system installed during the construction process, a whole basement dehumidifier with automatic pump and the like. I was a bit disappointed that red clay was tracked all over the basement during construction and is nearly impossible to remove with muriatic acid followed by recommended floor cleaner. A minor complaint and hard to avoid if construction season is rainy but looks like I may need to hire a professional to get this resolved or end up tracking red clay dust up the stairs for years to come. ... Great service and communications

Make sure your yard is level and the sod is weed free before you close. The landscaping company (sub-contractor) did a terrible job, knows it, and doesn't care about fixing it.

The home was built great, no issues, the mortgage experience was a different and terrible experience.

The staff is friendly and responsive, the quality is good, only gripe is the inability to add some customizations (like having rooms painted ahead of time, or different fixtures).

We are very happy with the home we purchased. We are now in the process of making it our home. They build the basic home that is wonderful to build upon and make it a special place and not a like cookie cutter home. But I have to admit, you will laugh out of control when you see the 2x2 patio they give you.

We had several minor issues that were corrected quickly. I grew up in Pa. and moved to NC. 10 years ago. Drywall finishing in the south is very poorly done. I'm guessing part of the problem is the rush to finish. It makes no sense to me that the garages are not painted. That could be done in less than 2 hours. Sales people were awesome. Very professional and helpful. Grass was put down in late October and were told there is no warranty on that. Pine straw is messy and blows around and we replaced that with mulch during Christmas week.

The entire process was very smooth and my Lennar agent was available anytime I had a question. Any issues that came up during my walk through was resolved.

This was our third Lennar home purchased in the Carolinas. Never had a problem with them before and overall we are satisfied with our purchase. That being said, there does seem to be a downturn in the quality of work. Hoping this turns out to be the right move.

I had a great experience after the real estate agent handed me off. Lauren gave us incorrect information about the home that would later cause issues for me. Everyone else was great. Jake especially, the construction manager, was really on top of everything. He handled all issues seamlessly. Love my home!

Was happy to move in until we needed heating. We had no heat. It took 3 repairman to figure out the problems. 1. Heating was set up for heat pump and we should have been set up for gas. 2. Had a shut off valve that kept overheating. 3. The reason the valve was overheating because the blower for the exhaust was blowing into the condensation drain. Causing a loud noise in the laundry room and not venting the gases away. This makes me believe other problems will arise due to lack of follow through by quality ensurance.

Make sure you do a good home inspection prior to final.

It has been a good experience with good communication along the way. The portal is a great tool and glad to see it.

I have only been here for 6 weeks and the problems I found have been fix except for appliances, backyard rubble the builders are letting fly into my yard. So I think ill let you know more in 6 months.

The home buying experience was the best I have had. This is my third home and I can say that it was the best out of the three. They have an orientation for the home where they explain how to take care of your home and applicances. New homes come with a few issues here and there and they have been more than willing to help in a timely manner.

Gina Woods is an extremely good and very helpful snd friendly tealtor for Lennar. She has helped us all the way through the process. A true knowledgeable professional we cannot say enough good things about her.

In today’s world can’t really complain how house was built. I’ve seen garbage from high end builders and vice versa so they did a fine job. Only major complaint is lack of customization options. Basically getting the exact model home. Paint colors, moldings, finishes, etc. would really cut down on future work and added cost.

I had an overall good experience purchasing a Lennar home. Lennar has great people serving the company, including the sales agent, my loan officer, the construction manager and customer service rep., who were all excellent in their roles to support my purchase. However, I was personally challenged with a number of problems that showed right after signing the contract and moving in, which can happen. There is a warranty process in place meant to aid the new home buyer, which I did not find smooth and reponds with greatly reduced urgency. While some things were taken care of promptly, others were not, particularly when it came to appliances. I inherited a bad dishwasher. There were considerable delays to get that in working order and, frankly, when you purchase a new home, one expects new appliances in good working order. Lennar is a good company, offering offering attractive and decently made homes. The company has excellent staff and can do even better by improving the support and warranty process if and when problems arise, especially within the first weeks and months of home ownership. ... This was my first home so cannot compare with other builders but it was a decent experience. The consultant I worked with would quickly respond to my questions. I feel they could have made closing more exciting, you do not meet any lennar representative while closing and getting keys.

Professional and focused representatives. From the initial contact and sales experience through the construction management process to our new home finalization and orientation, everyone has been thorough and helpful. We expect and hope to not need to move again for a long long time, but know the builder and employees do seem to care well for potential and current homeowners.

Be sure everything is exactly as you want it. Once you close on yours home they are not so Really available! They do respond eventually, Just not as quickly.
